Abstract
The invention discloses a method for improving the foaming defect of varnish after spraying water-based metal paint, which comprises the following steps of S1: before coating, wiping and cleaning the surface of a workpiece by using clean water and a solvent, removing organic solvent, oil, acid, alkali, salt, mechanical impurities and the like on the surface of the workpiece, and if the surface of the workpiece is rusted, polishing by using abrasive paper to remove rust or pickling; s2, diluting the water-based metallic paint: pouring the water-based metal paint into a stirring drum, and then adding a proper amount of clear water for dilution, wherein the weight ratio of the clear water to the water-based metal paint is 0.4-0.6: and 1, adding water for dilution, fully stirring, standing for 10 minutes after stirring is finished, and testing viscosity. S4, drying: and standing and leveling for 7-8 minutes after the spraying is finished, and then placing the mixture into a flash drying furnace for baking, wherein the actually measured baking temperature in the flash drying furnace is 70-75 ℃, and the baking time is 13-15 minutes.
Preferably, the viscosity of the aqueous metallic paint in the step S2 is 20 seconds to 27 seconds.
Preferably, the water-based metallic paint is filtered by a 200-300 mesh filter screen before being filled into the spraying equipment.
