本发明涉及一种用于机动车内衬的装饰装置,装饰装置具有承载层、设置在承载层上的装饰层和设置在装饰层上的保护层,其中装饰层由木材料或薄木片材料组成,并且其中金属结构设置在装饰层的区域中。此外,本发明涉及一种用于制造这种装饰装置的方法。
背景技术
机动车的内衬在很大程度上决定了车辆用户关于机动车的价值和功能的印象。特别地,仪表板或门衬板的装饰装置在此提供了根据客户要求来个性化机动车的可能性。为此开发了一种新的装饰装置,其名称也被已知为“网格”光学装置。在此,由木材料或薄木片材料制成装饰层,在装饰层的区域中设置有金属结构,如果可能的话,金属结构由窄金属腹板构成。为了制造这样的装饰装置,例如从DE 20 2004 021 271 U1中已知将金属结构施加在木材料上并借助于保护层粘合到该木材料上。明显的是,通过这种制造方法,虽然这两种材料可以相互连接,但是不能产生精确、高质量、均匀的整体印象。此外,保护层与木层的最小嵌入会导致不希望的不规则性。而且,由于金属结构作为丝织物的必要设计,不同金属结构设计的数量非常有限。此外,为了能够加工这种丝织物,要确保丝的最小厚度在毫米范围内。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种装饰装置和一种用于制造这种装饰装置的方法,其以简单且成本有效的方式避免了上述缺点。
该目的通过根据本发明的装饰装置通过以下方式来实现,即,将金属结构插入装饰层中。由此,制造了金属结构与木材料或薄木片材料的真正复合体。在这种情况下以特别有利的方式,金属结构由最大宽度为0.5mm,优选为0.2mm的金属腹板构成。
为了确保关于金属结构的形成的特别高的灵活性,金属结构可以由金属膏制成。
有利地,承载层至少部分地由塑料制成。
保护层有利地由透明漆制成。
由于装饰层背离视线具有层压,则装饰层特别容易变形以使得装饰层适应特定的内衬部件。
在可见侧,装饰层可有利地具有漆层。
该目的还通过一种用于制造这种装饰装置的方法来实现,其中,在第一步骤中,通过喷射压印将装饰结构压印到装饰层中,其中装饰层放置在喷射压印工具中,并通过液体塑料在背离视线的一侧产生喷射压力,由此,所需的装饰结构被压入到装饰层中,其中塑料在固化后形成承载层,其中在第二步骤中,装饰结构填充有金属膏,其中在第三步骤中,将具有金属结构的装饰层加工成额定尺寸,并且其中在第四步骤中,将保护层施加到具有金属结构的装饰层上。
通过这种方法,可以生产特别窄的金属腹板和金属结构的装饰物。因此最小宽度可以约为0.2毫米。
有利地,装饰层可以在第一步骤之前改形成3D几何形状。
同样能够有利的是,在第二步骤之前去除装饰层的过度压印的部分。由此确保了特别锋利的边缘。也可能的是,在除去过度压印的部分之后,通过磨削、酸洗和/或密封处理装饰层。以特别有利的方式,喷射压印工具具有深度轮廓TWK,其中TWK>TSDK,TSDK对应于装饰结构的深度轮廓。结果,在装饰结构的整个表面上产生过度压印的部分,由此确保清晰的棱边锋利的边缘。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本身已知的仪表板2的示意图,仪表板具有根据本发明的装饰装置4,装饰装置设计在所谓的“网格”光学装置中。为此目的,在特别是由薄木片材料构成的装饰层6中插入了金属结构8。在这种情况下,金属结构8由最小宽度为0.2mm的金属腹板构成。金属结构8由已知的金属膏22(参见图3)制成,利用该金属膏22填充具有喷射压印的槽11(具体尤其参见图2)的装饰结构10。
