Detailed Description
The following is a preferred embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications are also considered as the protection scope of the present application.
Before the technical solutions of the present application are introduced, the technical problems in the related art will be described in detail.
Currently, electronic devices are usually provided with side keys on the sides thereof, so that users can touch or press the side keys, and control operations on the electronic devices are realized. For example, pressing the side key may lock the screen and wake the screen up. Or may increase and decrease the volume. In the related art, the side key is usually installed on the extending portion of the middle frame, that is, a first groove is formed on one side of the extending portion, which is away from the body, and the side key is installed in the first groove. But this requires the side keys to be fixed to prevent the side keys from falling. Therefore, at present, a hole is usually formed in the extending portion, and the side key fixing bracket is inserted into the first groove from the hole, so as to fix the side key.
However, since the through hole is formed on the surface of the extending portion and the battery cover is adhered to the surface in the following step, the adhesive layer cannot be adhered to the opening, so that the length of the opening on the surface is increased and the waterproof sealing width is reduced. Water entering the first groove from the side key is easier to enter the electronic equipment from the space between the middle frame and the battery cover, and the sealing and waterproof performance of the electronic equipment is reduced. In addition, some have filled seals into the hole in an attempt to plug the hole. But the surface of the sealing part can not be completely flush with the surface of the extending part provided with the hole. When the surface of the sealing part is lower than the surface provided with the holes, the bonding layer can not be adhered to the positions of the holes. When the surface of the sealing part is higher than the surface provided with the hole, the problem of top printing of the battery cover occurs, and the above technical problem cannot be effectively solved.
In view of this, the present application provides an electronic device, an assembling method and a disassembling method, by disposing a first portion in the second groove, the second portion is connected to the side key. Therefore, the positioning piece can limit the side keys to move along the direction far away from the middle frame, so that the side keys are prevented from falling off, and the connection performance of the side keys is improved.

Therefore, in the present invention, the seal 40 can be added in the gap and the seal 40 can connect the moving part main body 221 and the side key main body 21, even if the seal 40 fills the gap. This prevents the moving part body 221 from moving backward again, so that the first portion 31 moves out of the second recess 14 and the side key 20 falls out again.
Please refer to fig. 7, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 1 provided in fig. 7 of the present application is substantially the same as the electronic device 1 provided in fig. 4 of the present application, except that in this embodiment, the opening size of the second groove 14 close to the side key body 21 is larger than the opening size of the second groove 14 far from the side key body 21.
The extension portion 12 further includes a second bottom wall 141 forming the second groove 14, and a second side wall 142 extending from the periphery of the second bottom wall 141. I.e. the bottom wall of the extension 12 forming the second recess 14, can be understood as a second bottom wall 141. Alternatively, the sidewall of the extension 12 forming the second groove 14 may be understood as the second sidewall 142. Therefore, the present application will be described below with reference to the second bottom wall 141 and the second side wall 142 instead.
The positioning member 30 of the present application needs to enter into the second recess 14. Therefore, the present application can make the opening size of the second groove 14 close to the side key body 21 larger than the opening size of the second groove 14 far from the side key body 21, that is, the opening size of the second groove 14 away from the second bottom wall 141 is larger than the opening size of the second groove 14 close to the second bottom wall 141. This makes the side of the second recess 14 close to the side key body 21 open more, which allows the positioning member 30 to enter the second recess 14 better.
Please refer to fig. 8, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 1 shown in fig. 8 is substantially the same as the electronic device 1 shown in fig. 4, except that in this embodiment, a surface of the positioning member 30 close to the bottom wall of the second groove 14 formed by the extending portion 12 is arc-shaped.
This application still can make the setting element 30 be close to the one side of second diapire 141 and set up into arc, like this when setting element 30 moves towards the direction that is close to second recess 14, because one side of setting element 30 is arc, can reduce the frictional force between setting element 30 and the second recess 14 to make setting element 30 change and get into in the second recess 14.
Please refer to fig. 9, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from the disclosure of the embodiment provided in FIG. 6, an embodiment of the present application can better limit the movement of the positioning member 30 in the direction perpendicular to the second bottom wall 141 by adding the sealing member 40. In the present embodiment, the above object can be achieved by the snap connection of the snap portion. For example, the first engaging portion 51 is provided in the retainer 30, and the second engaging portion 52 is provided in the second recess 14. And the first buckling part 51 is buckled with the second buckling part 52, so that the positioning member 30 is limited to move in a direction away from the second groove 14, and the connection performance of the positioning member 30 is improved. This improves the aesthetic appearance of the surface of the side key 20 and reduces the structural complexity of the appearance of the side key 20.
As can be seen from the contents of the embodiments provided in fig. 6 and 9, the present application provides two embodiments to limit the movement of the positioning member 30 in the direction away from the second recess 14, thereby improving the connection performance of the side key 20. The positioning member 30 is further restricted from moving in a direction approaching the second recess 14. In an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 10 together, and fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 1 according to another embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 1 shown in fig. 10 is substantially the same as the electronic device 1 shown in fig. 9, except that in this embodiment, a third locking portion 53 is further disposed in the second groove 14, the first locking portion 51 is disposed between the second locking portion 52 and the third locking portion 53, and the first locking portion 51 is abutted against the second locking portion 52 and the third locking portion 53, respectively.
In the present application, a third fastening portion 53 may be further added, and the first fastening portion 51 is disposed between the second fastening portion 52 and the third fastening portion 53, and the first fastening portion 51 is respectively abutted to the second fastening portion 52 and the third fastening portion 53. In this way, the second latching portion 52 can limit the positioning member 30 from moving in a direction away from the second recess 14. And the third buckling part 53 can limit the positioning member 30 from moving in a direction approaching to the second groove 14. The second buckling part 52 is matched with the third buckling part 53, so that the movement of the positioning piece 30 in the direction departing from the second bottom wall 141 is limited, and the connection performance of the positioning piece 30 is further improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 11 together, and fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 1 shown in fig. 11 of the present application is substantially the same as the electronic device 1 shown in fig. 9 of the present application, except that in this embodiment, the side of the positioning member 30 close to the bottom wall of the second groove 14 formed by the extending portion 12 abuts against the bottom wall of the second groove 14 formed by the extending portion 12.
The present application can also make the side of the positioning element 30 close to the second bottom wall 141 abut against the second bottom wall 141.
