Detailed Description
As used herein, an "electronic device" (or simply "terminal") includes, but is not limited to, an apparatus that is configured to receive/transmit communication signals via a wireline connection, such as via a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), a digital cable, a direct cable connection, and/or another data connection/network, and/or via a wireless interface (e.g., for a cellular network, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), a digital television network such as a DVB-H network, a satellite network, an AM-FM broadcast transmitter, and/or another communication terminal). A communication terminal arranged to communicate over a wireless interface may be referred to as a "wireless communication terminal", "wireless terminal" or "mobile terminal". Examples of mobile terminals include, but are not limited to, satellite or cellular telephones; a Personal Communications System (PCS) terminal that may combine a cellular radiotelephone with data processing, facsimile and data communications capabilities; PDAs that may include radiotelephones, pagers, internet/intranet access, Web browsers, notepads, calendars, and/or Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers; and conventional laptop and/or palmtop receivers or other electronic devices that include a radiotelephone transceiver. A cellular phone is an electronic device equipped with a cellular communication module.
The inventor finds that the sealing modes of most mobile phones for devices such as a microphone, a loudspeaker, a receiver and the like are generally foam sealing, silica gel sleeve sealing, PET film bonding sealing and the like, and the sealing modes can realize the sound transmission function and simultaneously have the waterproof and dustproof performances required by the mobile phones. However, the sealing gasket of most mobile phones is only attached to the rear shell or the middle frame through the back adhesive, and because the size of the sealing gasket is small, the area attached through the back adhesive is limited, and the adhesion firmness of the sealing gasket is often insufficient. In the subsequent assembling process of the mobile phone, in order to ensure the sealing performance, the sealing gasket needs to be tightly abutted against the rear shell and the middle frame. Consequently, when the backshell lock when the center, sealed pad, center and backshell three will take place to interfere, lead to setting up sealed pad between center and the backshell and receive the scratch to make sealed position of filling up to take place the skew, what more directly drops, influenced the waterproof and dustproof performance of cell-phone greatly, still reduced the yields and the reliability of cell-phone simultaneously.

Referring to fig. 8 to 14 in conjunction with fig. 5, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of the gasket 14 in fig. 4, fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a connection structure of the middle frame 12 and the gasket 14 in fig. 4, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the middle frame 12, the gasket 14 and the dust screen 15 in fig. 4, fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of another positioning groove 124 in fig. 6, fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of another positioning groove 124 in fig. 6, fig. 13 is a schematic structural view of another positioning groove 124 in fig. 6, fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of a positioning groove 124 in some embodiments, and fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of the dust screen 15 in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the sealing pad 14 may be made of flexible materials such as silicone, foam, and rubber, and has strong waterproof and dustproof performance. Meanwhile, when the electronic device 10 is subjected to external impact, a certain buffering effect can be achieved. In the present embodiment, the gasket 14 is located between the frame 121 of the middle frame 12 and the rear case 13, and is located in a region where the sound transmission passage 1231 and the sound hole 131 communicate with each other. The sealing pad 14 has a through hole 141, the through hole 141 is connected to the sound transmission channel 1231 and the sound hole 131, and at least a portion of the sealing pad 14 is disposed in the positioning groove 124. Due to design tolerances of the two structural members of the middle frame 12 and the rear housing 13, a certain amount of clearance is often formed between the two structural members. Therefore, the sound hole 131 of the rear housing 13 is not only communicated with the sound transmission channel 123 of the middle frame 12, but also communicated with the gap between the rear housing 13 and the frame 122, so that external water stains and dust can enter the gap between the rear housing 13 and the frame 122 through the sound hole 131, and enter other internal spaces of the electronic device 10 through the gap. The gasket 14 of this embodiment is used to fill up the gap between the frame 121 and the rear housing 13 in the communication area between the sound hole 131 and the sound transmission channel 123, so that the sound hole 131 can only communicate with the sound transmission channel 123 through the through hole 141, thereby enhancing the sealing performance of the electronic device 10.

For example, in the present embodiment, the positioning slot 124 may be shaped as a dovetail groove, and the positioning portion 142 may be in interference fit with the positioning slot 124. When the gasket 14 is scratched by the rear housing 12 in the fastening direction X, the positioning groove 124 is a dovetail groove, and the positioning portion 142 is in interference fit with the positioning groove 124. Therefore, the positioning portion 142 is forced to be caught in the positioning groove 124, so as to position the gasket 14, and reduce the probability that the gasket 14 is separated or deviated after being scratched by the rear case 12. Further, the inner wall of the positioning groove 124 can be coated with a gum 1241, the positioning portion 142 is fixed in the positioning groove 124 through the gum 1241, the connection firmness of the positioning portion 142 and the positioning groove 124 is enhanced, and the probability that the sealing gasket 14 is separated or deviated after being scratched by the rear shell 12 is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 11 to 14, in some embodiments, the shape of the positioning slot 124 may also be a T-shaped slot or an L-shaped slot, or a combination of a T-shaped slot and a dovetail slot, and it is only necessary that the shape of the positioning portion 142 is matched with the shape of the positioning slot 124 and can be fixed in the positioning slot 124, which is not limited in this embodiment. In some embodiments, the positioning post 1211 may be disposed on a surface of the frame 121 opposite to the rear case 13 in the positioning groove 124, and the positioning post 1211 is disposed through the positioning portion 142, so as to further enhance the firmness of the connection between the positioning portion 142 and the positioning groove 124 and reduce the probability of the gasket 14 being separated or deviated after being scratched by the rear case 12. The number of the positioning posts 1211 can be specifically set according to the actual size of the positioning slot 124, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, a filling part 143 is disposed in the mounting groove 125, and the filling part 143 is used to seal a gap between the rim 121 and the rear case 13. Wherein the filling part 143 is disposed around the first passage port 1231 to form the through hole 141 so that the sound hole 131 can communicate with the sound transmission passage 1231 only through the through hole 141. In this embodiment, the filling portion 143 may specifically include a body 1431 and a protruding wall 1432. The body 1431 may be attached to the mounting groove 125 by a double-sided adhesive tape, and is flush with the surface of the frame 121 near the sound hole 131, so as to reduce the area of the rear case 13 scraping the sealing pad 14. In some embodiments, the thickness of the body 1431 may be less than that of the mounting groove 125, and only when the middle frame 12 and the rear shell 13 are fastened, the rear shell 13 may not be scratched to the body 1431. The protruding wall 1432 is disposed on a surface of the body 1431 close to the rear housing 13 and abuts against the rear housing 13, and the protruding wall 1432 is disposed around the first passage opening 1231. Through protruding wall 1432 and backshell 13 butt matched with mode for filling portion 143 can also reduce the area of scraping of backshell 13 to filling portion 143 when can filling up the clearance between center 12 and backshell 13 and guarantee electronic equipment 10 leakproofness, reduces the sealed probability that 14 drops or deviate after receiving backshell 13 to scrape.
As shown in fig. 15, the dust-proof net 15 may be covered on the first passage port 1231 to separate the sound hole 131 and the sound transmission passage 123, so that dust entering from the sound hole 131 can be blocked at the dust-proof net 15 to prevent the sound transmission passage 123 from being blocked by dust. The dust screen 15 is further provided with a dust hole 151 to communicate the sound transmission channel 123 with the sound hole 131. For example, in the present embodiment, the area of the protruding wall 1432 of the filling portion 143 surrounding the first passage opening 1231 is larger than the area of the body 1431 surrounding the first passage opening 1231, so that the dust screen 15 can be attached to the area of the body 1431 exposed near the first passage opening 1231, and the dust screen 15 can be fixedly mounted. Meanwhile, the protruding wall 1432 may also be disposed around the dust screen 15 and be in interference fit with the dust screen 15, so as to enhance the firmness of the dust screen 15.
As shown in fig. 3, the PCB 16 and the electroacoustic device 17 are disposed in the accommodating space 100. The PCB 16 is disposed on one surface of the middle plate 122 close to the rear case 13 in the thickness direction, and covers the second opening 1232 of the sound transmission channel 123. The electroacoustic device 17 is disposed on a surface of the PCB 16 close to the rear housing 13, and electrically connected to the PCB 16. The PCB 16 is opened with an opening 161, and the opening 161 penetrates the PCB 16 in the thickness direction of the PCB 16 and is communicated with the second passage 1232. The electroacoustic device 17 is covered on the opening 161, so that the electroacoustic device 17 is communicated with the sound transmission channel 123, and the electroacoustic device 17 can perform corresponding work through the sound transmission channel 123. In the present embodiment, the electroacoustic device 17 may be any one of a microphone, a speaker, and a receiver. In some embodiments, the electroacoustic device 17 may also be another device that needs the sound transmission channel 123 to operate, which is not limited in this embodiment.
