The working principle of the invention is as follows: the motor controller consists of four circuit boards, namely a control board 6, a drive board 17, a capacitor board 5 and a power board 4, wherein the four circuit boards are sequentially provided with the power board 4, the capacitor board 5, the drive board 17 and the control board 6 from bottom to top in a vertical and upward manner; the wiring terminals of the power board 4 are linearly distributed, the power tubes 31 are uniformly distributed on the power board 4, the power board 4 is fixed on the metal bottom plate 1 through the fixed wiring terminals, and the power board 4 is further installed in a reinforcing mode through the first fixing holes 9; one side of the capacitor plate 5 is tightly attached to the power plate 4, the B + wiring terminal 42 and the B-wiring terminal 43 are arranged on the capacitor plate 5, and the capacitor plate 5 and the power plate 4 are simultaneously fixed by fixing the B + wiring terminal 42 and the B-wiring terminal 43; the capacitor plate 5 is upward, namely the driving plate 17, the driving plate 17 is connected with the power plate 4 by the overhead binding post at the half waist by adopting a flexible flat cable, and the interference of large current and the influence of high temperature on the power plate 4 are eliminated; the driving plate 17 is provided with a control plate 6 upwards, one side of the control plate 6 is fixed on the heat dissipation boss 7 of the metal bottom plate 1 and has a heat dissipation effect on a power device on the control plate 6, and the other side of the control plate 6 is fixed on the B + wiring terminal 42 and the B-wiring terminal 43 and plays a role in fixing and conducting electricity; in addition, a groove 15 is formed in the joint of the metal bottom plate 1 and the plastic shell 2, a waterproof sealing ring 16 and a waterproof sealing O-shaped rubber ring 12 adopted in the joint of the binding post and the shell are placed in the groove 15, the sealing performance of the controller is improved, liquid such as water is prevented from entering an inner cavity of the controller, a circuit is prevented from being damaged, and the waterproof performance of the controller is improved.

A motor controller is characterized by comprising a metal base plate (1) and a plastic shell (2) on the metal base plate (1), wherein the plastic shell (2) is connected with the metal base plate (1) through screws, a cavity is formed inside the plastic shell, and a power board (4), a capacitor board (5), a driving board (17) and a control board (6) are placed in the cavity from bottom to top; the power board (4) is provided with a plurality of power tubes (31), a U-phase wiring terminal (32), a V-phase wiring terminal (33) and a W-phase wiring terminal (34), wherein the U-phase wiring terminal (32), the V-phase wiring terminal (33) and the W-phase wiring terminal (34) are arranged in a straight line; the capacitor plate (5) is provided with a plurality of capacitors (41), a B + binding post (42) and a B-binding post (43), wherein the B + binding post (42) and the B-binding post (43) are arranged according to two parallel straight lines, and the capacitors (41) are positioned on the same side of the B + binding post (42) and the B-binding post (43); the capacitor plate (5) is positioned on one side of the long edge of the power plate (4) and is tightly attached to the power plate (4); the driving board (17) is positioned right above the power board (4), is supported by a binding post and is connected with the power board (4) by adopting a flexible flat cable; the control board (6) is positioned right above the driving board (17) and is connected with the driving board (17) by adopting double-row pin connection; the upper end face of the metal bottom plate (1) is provided with a radiator (3), and the radiator (3) is located below the power plate (4).

The motor controller according to claim 1, wherein the power board (4) is fixedly positioned in the middle of the circuit board through the U-phase terminal (32), the V-phase terminal (33) and the W-phase terminal (34), the plurality of power tubes (31) are arranged in the center of the power board (4), and the power board (4) is made of an aluminum substrate.

The motor controller according to claim 1, characterized in that the metal base plate (1) is provided with a heat dissipation boss (7), the control plate (6) is supported and fixed on the heat dissipation boss (7), and a heat conduction silicon pad (8) is arranged between the control plate (6) and the heat dissipation boss (7).

The motor controller according to claim 3, characterized in that a plurality of first fixing holes (9) are reserved right above the heat dissipation boss (7) on the metal base plate (1), and a gap for accommodating the power board (4) is arranged on the inner side of the heat dissipation boss (7).

The motor controller according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of the plastic shell (2) is provided with five through holes (11), a B + terminal (42), a B-terminal (43), a U-phase terminal (32), a V-phase terminal (33), and a W-phase terminal (34) respectively pass through the corresponding five through holes (11), and sealing O-rings (12) are arranged between the through holes (11) and the terminals.
