Description

Household textile containing wormwood fibers and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile, in particular to a modified household textile.
Background
In recent years, natural plant extracts are paid more attention by people due to good environmental compatibility, degradability, nontoxicity, health care and other properties under the global concept of green, ecological and environmental protection.
Artemisia argyi H.L.v. & Vaniot, also known as Xiaomao, Bingtai, Thymus, Artemisia, Polygonum, mugwort, moxa, moxibustion, medicinals, yellow grass, moxa, etc. Perennial herbs or semi-shrubs are formed, and plants have strong fragrance. Stem simple or few, brown or sallowly brown, slightly lignified at the base, with few short branches at the upper part, thick paper of leaves, grayish white short, soft hair at the upper part, usually without or with very small pseudoleaves at the base; the upper leaves and bracts have half-feathered and half-split shape, head-shaped inflorescence is elliptical, the corolla is tubular or high-foot cup-shaped, the exterior has glandular spots, the flower is narrow-line-shaped, and the style is nearly equal to or slightly longer than the corolla. The slim fruit is oblong. Ben Cao gang mu records that "Bai Hao" and "Bai ai", the leaves are kneaded into cotton-like shape; it is warm, bitter, pungent and slightly sweet in nature when used as a medicine.
The wormwood is a common plant and a common traditional Chinese medicine, but contains rich knowledge and connotation in elements of Chinese culture. People not only use the tea to pray for the delightful and safe life, but also use the tea to relieve the pain of themselves, and meanwhile, the tea is warm and fragrant, so that people can enjoy the taste of the tea delicately and finely. The eupatilin is an effective component extracted from natural wormwood, and the active substance of the eupatilin has the functions of antibiosis, mosquito repelling, dehumidification and allergy resistance, and has broad-spectrum health care function. The effective component eupatilin of the wormwood is endowed to the textile, so that a product with antibacterial and mosquito-repellent functions can be obtained, and is favored by consumers.
At present, the home textile product has the additional functionality of an industrial trend, and the home textile product with the functions of antibiosis and mosquito repelling gradually appears in the home textile market, but the functional home textile product derived from natural plants is less, the effect is poor, the durability is poor, and the primary color of the fiber influences the later-stage dyeing and printing, so that the dyeing and printing is not pure in color and poor in brightness.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a home textile containing wormwood fiber and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems of the prior art that plant functional fiber is not durable and the original color of the fiber affects the post-dyeing printing.
To achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions.
The invention provides a preparation method of a home textile containing wormwood fibers, which comprises the steps of carrying out mixed spinning on wormwood modified viscose fibers, LF tencel and long staple cotton to form yarns, preparing a beam by sectional warping, and producing wormwood modified viscose fabric grey cloth on a shuttle loom; then the fabric is subjected to pre-finishing, printing and dyeing treatment and post-finishing.
Tencel (Tencel) is a high wet modulus regenerated cellulose fiber produced by wet spinning after cellulose is dissolved in an aqueous solution of N-methyloxymorphone. The short fibers are divided into three categories of G100, A100 and LF, wherein the G100 is not crosslinked, the ordinary Tencel G100 fiber has very high moisture absorption swelling type, particularly in the warp direction, and the swelling degree is as high as 40-70%; when the fiber swells in water, the bonding force such as hydrogen bonds between axial molecules of the fiber is broken, and when the fiber is subjected to mechanical action, the fiber is split in the axial direction to form longer fibrils. Tencel A100 is cross-linked, and hydroxyl in cellulose molecule reacts with cross-linking agent containing three active groups to form cross-linking between cellulose molecules, so that fibrillation tendency of Lyocell fiber can be reduced, smooth fabric can be processed, and fuzzing and pilling are not easy to occur in the process of wearing. Tencel LF is between G100 and A100, and compared with common Lyocell fiber, the fibrillation degree is lower, so that the Lyocell fiber is very similar to pure cotton, has better fiber performance parameters, and is not easy to fluff and pill; the fiber has natural crimpability and presents natural textile characteristics.
According to the technical scheme, the length of the LF tencel is 30-40 mm, and the denier is 1-10D.
The long stapled cotton is the kind of cotton, so the long stapled cotton is famous because of longer fiber, has excellent quality and flexible and long fiber, is suitable for spinning high count yarns, and has softer and glossy fabric. According to the preparation method, the number of the yarns is 21 s-60 s.
According to the preparation method, the total number of the warp yarns and the weft yarns in the wormwood modified viscose fabric grey cloth is 150-300 yarns/inch.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention takes wormwood modified viscose, tencel and cotton fiber blended yarn as raw materials, and adopts reactive dye printing and weak alkali or enzyme desizing technology to obtain the household textile with lasting function.
The method mainly has the following advantages:
firstly, the functional source of the textile is eupatilin extracted from wormwood, and the textile is natural, ecological, environment-friendly, strong in degradability and harmless to the environment;
secondly, the effective components of the wormwood are positioned in the viscose, so that the wormwood is strong in washing fastness and lasting in functional effect;
thirdly, the wormwood fibers are in grass yellow originally, and moderate chlorine bleaching is adopted in the bleaching process, so that the color effect of the fabric after printing is prevented from being influenced by the original color of the wormwood fibers, and the loss of effective ingredients of the wormwood in the dyeing and finishing process is reduced to the greatest extent;
fourthly, the reasonable proportion of the wormwood modified viscose fiber not only ensures the content of effective characteristic substances of the wormwood, but also ensures the shrinkage rate of the textile.
