Abstract
本发明是一种保健鞋垫制作方法,现有技术制作保健鞋垫是用铜粉压制在塑料鞋垫中制成。存在不易被人体吸收,有毒性,不吸汗等缺点。本发明用无水硫酸铜与环乙酮(或松节油),聚苯乙烯配成的864胶一起涂在布料上制成,具有无毒性,吸汗除臭抑菌等优点,原料易得,制成容易,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明属于保健用品制作方法,具体地说是一种保健鞋垫的制作方法。
背景技术
世界上脚(气)病患者甚多,尤其是日本、东南亚地区及我国南方各省较多,患者脚部奇痒难忍,脚臭脚汗污染周围空气。各国都在研究防治此病的方法,如我国重有色金属情报网网刊(86年第四期)在“日常生活中的铜”一文中介绍了日本的一种方法,即在塑料内掺入铜粉,制成塑料保健鞋垫。此方法的缺点是铜粉为金属粉末,不易被人体吸收,铜粉受潮后被氧化成毒性很大的碱式碳酸铜,并且塑料鞋垫不吸汗。
发明内容
本发明提出一种新的保健鞋垫的制作方法,即能制造出一种含有易被人体吸收的铜元素,无毒吸汗,价格便宜,穿着舒适的保健鞋垫。
本发明的制作方法是将864胶与无水硫酸铜和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯组成1号胶;864胶与酞菁兰和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯组成2号胶。先将1号胶在制作鞋垫的布料上涂布两次,每次待干后再进行下一次,待干后再在其上涂布1次或两次2号胶。干后即可按鞋样裁剪成型。
864胶的制作。用环乙酮(或松节油)与聚苯乙烯(即可用包装用聚苯乙烯废料)按1∶1.5(重量比)溶解即成。
1号胶的制作。将无水硫酸铜与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯放入864胶内混合搅拌均匀,其配比为:864胶∶无水硫酸铜∶邻苯二甲酸二丁酯=2∶0.5∶0.2(重量比)。
2号胶的制作。将酞菁兰与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯放入864胶内混合搅 拌均匀,其配比为864胶∶酞菁兰∶邻苯二甲酸二丁酯=2∶0.001∶0.2(重量比)。
1号胶和2号胶制备好后即可在烫平的布料上按要求涂布。在涂布过程中如果发现胶太干,可用松节油稀释。
该方法采用的是无水硫酸铜,性能稳定,无毒性,又可吸湿,被864胶固定在布料上,保持长久。当用一段时间后,无水硫酸铜吸湿性变差,可用电熨斗熨烤再生。
该方法采用的原料都是极易得的,特别是配制864胶的废料聚苯乙烯,鞋垫内的无水硫酸铜无毒性,抑菌效果好,吸湿性强,可以再生,价格便宜。
具体实施方式
实施例,用环乙酮和聚苯乙烯(废料)按1∶0.5的重量比配制成4kg864胶,要求溶解充分。取2kg864胶与0.5kg无水硫酸铜和0.2kg邻苯二甲酸二丁酯混合搅拌均匀组成1号胶。取2kg864胶与0.001kg酞菁兰与0.2kg邻苯二甲酸二丁酯混合搅拌均匀组成2号胶。
在烫平的布料上涂1号胶两次,每涂一次待干后再进行涂第二次,待干后再涂2号胶1次或两次。凉干后即可按鞋样剪裁。
该鞋垫经试用、医院验证,效果很好。
Claims (3)
1.一种保健鞋垫制作方法,其特征是: ①将864胶与无水硫酸铜和邻苯三甲酸二丁酯组成1号胶;
②将864胶与酞菁兰和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯组成2号胶;
将上述1号胶和2号胶涂布在制作鞋垫的布料上。
2.根据权利要求1的保健鞋垫制作方法,其特征是: ①1号胶(重量比)配比是864胶∶无水硫酸铜∶邻苯二甲酸二丁酯=2∶0.5∶0.2; ②2号胶(重量比)配比是864胶∶酞菁兰∶邻苯二甲酸二丁酯=2∶0.01∶0.2。
3.根据权利要求1或2的保健鞋垫制作方法,其特征是先将1号胶在布料上涂布二次,待干后,将2号胶在同一布料上涂布1次或两次。
