The invention discloses an antistatic softening agent which comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the mixing mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 2-1: 4; the component A comprises 2-3 parts of parachloroxylenol, 10-50 parts of bis (hydrogenated tallow amidoethyl) hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium chloride, 1-1.5 parts of calcium chloride and 7-10 parts of 2-undecylimidazoline by mass; the component B comprises, by mass, 15-25 parts of cyclopentanone, 5-6 parts of urea, 40-60 parts of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and 3-6 parts of diethylenetriamine. The antistatic softening agent disclosed by the invention has a good antistatic effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antistatic softening agent.
Background
The cloth is charged with static electricity when the air is too dry, so that discomfort is brought to people. It is generally an option to add antistatic agents to the fabric.
The English name of the Antistatic agent is an Antistatic agent, which is called ASA for short. Because the volume resistivity of the polymer is generally as high as 10-10 omega/cm, static electricity is easy to accumulate to cause danger, the antistatic agent is multi-surfactant, water can be absorbed on the surface of the plastic, and the ionic surfactant also has a conductive effect, so that the static electricity can be leaked in time. the component A comprises 3 parts of parachloroxylenol, 50 parts of bis (hydrogenated tallow amidoethyl) hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium chloride, 1.5 parts of calcium chloride and 10 parts of 2-undecylimidazoline according to parts by weight;
the component B comprises 15 parts of cyclopentanone, 6 parts of urea, 40 parts of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and 3 parts of diethylenetriamine by mass.
