The environment-friendly waterproof tung oil is characterized in that: the formula comprises the following components: tung seed, soybean oil, manganese dioxide, litharge, a wear-resisting agent, a plasticizer and a leveling agent, wherein the components are as follows in parts by weight: 86-92 parts of tung seed, 1-3 parts of soybean oil, 2-4 parts of manganese dioxide, 2-4 parts of litharge, 0.5-1 part of wear-resisting agent, 0.5-1 part of plasticizer and 0.5-1 part of flatting agent.
2. A preparation method of environment-friendly waterproof tung oil comprises the following steps of, firstly, husking and seed extracting; selecting raw materials; step three, preparing tung oil; step four, mixing the tung oil; step five, centrifugal packaging; the method is characterized in that:
picking mature tung nuts in the afternoon of a sunny day, removing impurities, putting the tung nuts into a seed removing machine for shelling and seed taking, performing hot reflux treatment on the obtained tung seeds, drying the tung seeds with hot air until the water content is less than or equal to 11%, taking the treated tung seeds, putting the treated tung seeds into an earthen pot at the temperature of 75-85 ℃, frying the tung seeds at constant temperature until the tung seeds are brown, crushing the tung seeds, sieving the crushed tung seeds by a 20-mesh sieve, and collecting the tung seeds for later use;
in the second step, the components are selected according to the following weight parts: 86-92 parts of tung seed, 1-3 parts of soybean oil, 2-4 parts of manganese dioxide, 2-4 parts of litharge, 0.5-1 part of wear-resistant agent, 0.5-1 part of plasticizer and 0.5-1 part of flatting agent;
adding the tung seeds weighed in the step two into a squeezer, and carrying out working squeezing to obtain crude tung oil;
adding the rough tung oil obtained in the third step and the soybean oil, the manganese dioxide and the litharge weighed in the second step into a stirrer, heating to 40-50 ℃ for stirring, wherein the stirring time is 20-30min, then sequentially adding the wear-resisting agent, the thickening agent and the flatting agent weighed in the second step into the stirrer, heating to 60-70 ℃, stirring for 50-60min, adding the tung oil after stirring into a settling tower, carrying out downward constant-temperature closed settling at 23-32 ℃ for 4-7 d, and controlling the pressure in the settling tower to be 85-100 MPa;
in the fifth step, the tung oil subjected to precipitation treatment in the fourth step is filtered to remove the bottom layer precipitate, the filtrate is added into a centrifuge for centrifugation, and the supernatant is taken to prepare fine tung oil which is packaged in a sealing way; taking the middle layer liquid to prepare the middle-quality tung oil for sealing and packaging; filtering the subnatant with 300 mesh screen to obtain qualified oleum Verniciae Fordii, and sealing and packaging.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly waterproof tung oil according to claim 2, characterized in that: the process of the thermal reflux treatment in the first step comprises the following steps: soaking semen Verniciae Fordii in ethanol solution at 75 deg.C for 25min, and filtering.
