The PLC controls the second motor 35 to be started, the lead screw 37 is driven to rotate under the supporting effect of the bearing 36, the lead screw 37 acts on the adjusting block 38 through threads, the adjusting block 38 moves along the axis of the lead screw 37, the air cylinder 17 is driven to move, and the fastening position of the label is adjusted.
Preferably, in order to prevent the sealing plate 13 from separating from the sealing tube 12, a plurality of stoppers 39 are disposed on the inner wall of the sealing tube 12 at the opening. The limit block 39 limits the moving range of the sealing plate 13 in the sealing tube 12, and prevents the sealing plate 13 from separating from the sealing tube 12 when moving downwards.

Compared with the prior art, this UV sign printer with dustproof and dampproofing function can plug up the opening of seal shell 2 below through sealing mechanism, realizes the dustproof and dampproofing to shower nozzle 23, avoids shower nozzle 23 work to break down, moreover, removes dust through filtering mechanism in to seal shell 2 and dehumidifies, guarantees shower nozzle 23 steady operation, avoids appearing blockking up, dripping black or leaking the china ink, improves the printing quality to the practicality of equipment has been improved.

the filtering mechanism comprises a fan (6), an air inlet pipe (7), a filtering component and a return pipe (8), the fan (6) is fixed at the lower part of one side of the sealed shell (2), the fan (6) is electrically connected with the PLC, the fan (6) is communicated with the sealed shell (2), the fan (6) is connected with the filtering component through an air inlet pipe (7), the filter component is communicated with the upper part of the other side of the sealing shell (2) through a return pipe (8), the filtering component comprises a filtering box (9), a cover plate (10) and a filtering unit arranged below the cover plate (10), the filter box (9) is fixed above the sealed shell (2), the cover plate (10) is covered on the filter box (9), the air inlet pipe (7) and the return pipe (8) are respectively communicated with the upper part of one side and the lower part of the other side of the filter box (9);
the sealing mechanism comprises a lifting plate (11), a sealing pipe (12), a sealing plate (13), a vertical rod (14), a spring (15), a bottom plate (16), two lifting components and a plurality of fastening components, wherein the sealing pipe (12) is vertically and downwardly fixed below the lifting plate (11), the periphery of the sealing plate (13) is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the sealing pipe (12), the bottom plate (16) is fixed below the sealing plate (13) through the vertical rod (14), the sealing plate (13) is connected with the bottom in the sealing pipe (12) through the spring (15), the spring (15) is in a compression state, two ends of the bottom plate (16) are respectively connected with the base (1) through the two lifting components, the fastening components are circumferentially and uniformly distributed above the lifting plate (11), and the outer diameter of the lifting plate (11) is larger than the inner diameter of an opening;
the fastening assembly comprises an adjusting unit, a cylinder (17), a clamping plate (18) and a connecting pipe (19), wherein the cylinder body of the cylinder (17) is arranged above the lifting plate (11) through the adjusting unit, the cylinder body of the cylinder (17) is communicated with the sealing pipe (12) through the connecting pipe (19), and the clamping plate (18) is fixedly connected with the air rod of the cylinder (17).
