The dust removal type chip detection device according to claim 1, wherein the air extraction assembly comprises an air extraction pump (5), an air inlet pipe (4) and an air outlet pipe (6), the air extraction pump (5) is fixed above the drying box (7), the air extraction pump (5) is communicated with the air inlet pipe (4), the air extraction pump (5) is communicated with the inside of the drying box (7) through the air outlet pipe (6), and the air extraction pump (5) is electrically connected with the PLC.

The dust-removal type chip detecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member further comprises a guide rod (25) and a fixing plate, both ends of the guide rod (25) are fixedly connected to an inner wall of the side of the gas cylinder (14) away from the branch tube (13) and the fixing plate, respectively, the slider (17) is provided with a through hole, the guide rod (25) passes through the through hole, and the slider (17) is slidably connected to the guide rod (25).

9. The dust-removal type chip detecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the dehumidifying mechanism further comprises a negative ion needle (27), and the negative ion needle (27) is fixed inside the drying box (7).
10. The dust-removal type chip detection device according to claim 1, wherein an operation panel (29) is fixed on the workbench (3), a display screen and a plurality of keys are arranged on the operation panel (29), and the display screen and the keys are electrically connected with the PLC.
