Of course, the controller may perform an immediate start/stop control for the extractor fan 12 in the dust collection assembly, or may perform a delayed start/stop control for the extractor fan 12. The controller may employ an MCU chip. The technical means for controlling the start and stop of the execution device by the controller is conventional, and is not an improvement point of the embodiment, and thus is not described in detail.
Furthermore, three open windows communicating the inner cavity of the filter box 13 with the outside are formed in the top of the filter box 13, and three filter layer mounting grooves are formed in the bottom of the inner cavity of the filter box 13; the positions of the windows and the filter layer mounting grooves correspond one to form three groups of filter layer limiting structures; a water filtering layer 14, an adsorption layer 15 and a dust filtering layer 16 are sequentially arranged in the inner cavity of the filter box 13, the water filtering layer 14 is closest to the air draft pipe connector, and the water filtering layer 14, the adsorption layer 15 and the dust filtering layer 16 are respectively arranged in the limiting structures of the three groups of filtering layers; meanwhile, the lower part of the windowing is a filtering layer mounting part which is close to the inner cavity and has smaller width, and the upper part of the windowing is a sealing plug mounting part which is close to the outside and has larger width; an elastic sealing plug is arranged in each sealing plug mounting part in a matched mode, and a clamping groove matched with the elastic sealing plug for use is further formed in the inner wall of each sealing plug mounting part.
The air mixed with paint liquid enters the inside of the filter box 13 through the exhaust pipe, and is discharged from the air outlet after the water and impurities are sequentially adsorbed by the water filtering layer 14, the adsorption layer 15 and the dust filtering layer 16. Because the pollution of the filter layer in the filter box 13 is very fast under the paint spraying working environment, and the filter layer needs to be frequently replaced, the filter layer limiting structure is specially arranged on the filter box 13, and each filter layer limiting structure consists of a window arranged at the top of the filter cavity and a filter layer mounting groove arranged at the bottom of the filter cavity.
After filter chamber is put into to filter layer 14, adsorbed layer 15, the three filter layer of dust filter layer 16, the top of filter layer is arranged in windowing and the bottom of filter layer is arranged in the filter layer mounting groove, more specifically speaking, this moment, the top of filter layer is arranged in the bottom of the filter layer installation department of windowing and filter layer and is arranged in the filter layer mounting groove, the position corresponds a set of filter layer installation department of windowing that sets up, the filter layer mounting groove is spacing in filter chamber with a filter layer to separate into four spaces with filter chamber from air inlet to gas outlet after the installation of the three filter layer of this structure.
When the filter box 13 normally works, the opening of the window at the top of the filter layer is sealed by the elastic sealing plug, and at the moment, the filter cavity only has an air inlet connected with the exhaust pipe and an air outlet for exhausting; when the filter layer needs to be replaced, the elastic sealing plug on the window is taken down, the filter layer can be taken out from the window above, and the filter layer is put into the window after being cleaned or is directly put into a new filter layer for replacement.
Usually, activated carbon is used as the adsorption layer 15.
Further, the elastic sealing plug comprises a cover body 17, a fixing block 18 fixed at the middle position of the cover body 17, and elastic buckles respectively located at two sides of the fixing block 18, wherein the cover body 17 is provided with two sliding grooves corresponding to the positions of the elastic buckles along the direction of the fixing block 18 extending towards the edge; the elastic buckle comprises a spring 19 with a fixed end installed on the fixed block 18, a sliding block 20 capable of sliding in a sliding groove in a straight line is connected to the telescopic end of the spring 19, a clamping rod 21 capable of being clamped into the clamping groove and a moving rod 22 extending out of the cover body 17 are arranged on the sliding block 20, and the moving rod 22, the sliding block 20 and the clamping rod 21 move together.
The embodiment provides an optimized elastic sealing plug structure, the elastic sealing plug is provided with two groups of elastic buckles capable of elastically stretching, an operator extrudes the moving rods 22 of the two elastic buckles, whether the two sliding blocks 20 can be close to a fixed hole by the elasticity of the spring 19 or not, and the elastic sealing plug can smoothly enter a sealing plug mounting part with a window; the force application to the elastic buckle is released, and the clamping rod 21 is embedded into the clamping groove in the inner wall of the sealing plug mounting part to perform limiting mounting.
Further, a baffle is installed on the upper surface of the cover body 17 in a snap-fit manner; a space for accommodating the fixing block 18 and the elastic buckle is formed between the baffle and the cover body 17, and two strip-shaped holes for the moving rod 22 to penetrate out and move transversely are formed in the dust guard.
The baffle in this embodiment can reduce the pollution of remaining pollutant in the air to the inside elasticity buckle of elastic sealing plug.
Furthermore, a rubber sealing ring is arranged between the elastic sealing plug and the sealing plug mounting part of the windowing.
Furthermore, rubber sealing gaskets are arranged on the side wall and the lower surface of the elastic sealing plug.
Further, the transmission line that sprays paint is including installing two mounts 2 in the paint spray booth, installing two runners 3 on mount 2 through pivot separately respectively, connecting the conveyer belt 4 of two runners 3 and passing through the motor 5 that the shaft connector is connected with one runner 3 in two runners 3, and motor 5 drive one runner 3 initiative is rotated and is driven another runner 3 through conveyer belt 4 and is driven.
Further, the motor 5 is installed on the side wall of the fixing frame 2, or the motor 5 is installed on the inner wall of the paint spraying chamber.
Furthermore, the trigger assembly further comprises a fixed seat 9 for mounting an infrared receiving device 10, the fixed seat 9 is mounted on the inner wall of the paint spraying chamber, and when no part to be painted exists in the paint spraying chamber, a light path between the infrared emitting device 8 and the infrared receiving device 10 is not blocked; when entering into a piece to be painted in the paint spraying chamber, the piece to be painted shields a light path between the infrared transmitting device 8 and the infrared receiving device 10 when moving below the paint spraying gun 7.
Furthermore, the number of the conveyor belts 4 is two, and when no part to be painted exists in the paint spraying chamber, the two conveyor belts 4 with parallel light paths between the infrared transmitting device 8 and the infrared receiving device 10 pass through; when entering into a piece to be painted in the paint spraying chamber, the piece to be painted shields a light path between the infrared transmitting device 8 and the infrared receiving device 10 when moving below the paint spraying gun 7.
Further, rubber curtains 23 are arranged at the feed inlet and the discharge outlet.

Claims (10)
1. A paint spraying and dust absorbing protective device comprises a shell (1) with an inner cavity of a paint spraying chamber; a feed inlet and a discharge outlet are formed in the shell (1); the paint spraying and dust collecting protection device is characterized by further comprising a controller, and a paint spraying transmission line, a paint spraying assembly, a triggering assembly and a dust collecting assembly which are respectively connected with the controller;
two ends of the paint spraying transmission line respectively correspond to the feed inlet and the discharge outlet, and a piece to be painted enters the paint spraying chamber from the feed inlet and is transmitted to the discharge outlet from front to back to be output;
the paint spraying assembly comprises a gun seat (6) arranged at the top of the paint spraying chamber, a paint spraying gun (7) arranged on the gun seat (6) and with the downward spraying direction, and a paint storage box (24) which is arranged outside the shell (1) and used for conveying paint liquid to the paint spraying gun (7) through a paint conveying pipe;
the trigger assembly comprises an infrared transmitting device (8) which is arranged on the gun seat (6) and has a downward transmitting direction and an infrared receiving device (10) which is arranged corresponding to the infrared transmitting device (8), and when passing below the paint spraying gun (7), a piece to be painted can pass through the space between the infrared transmitting device (8) and the infrared receiving device (10);
the dust collection assembly comprises a wind collecting barrel (11) arranged at the top of the spray chamber, an exhaust fan (12) arranged in the wind collecting barrel (11), and a filter box (13) arranged outside the shell (1) and communicated with the inner cavity of the wind collecting barrel (11) through the exhaust pipe, wherein the filter box (13) is provided with an air outlet for discharging filtered air; the air collecting cylinders (11) and the exhaust fans (12) are arranged into two groups, the transmission direction of a piece to be painted is taken as reference, and the two groups of air collecting cylinders (11) and the exhaust fans (12) are respectively arranged in front of and behind the gun seat (6);
the controller is respectively connected with the infrared transmitting device (8), the infrared receiving device (10), the paint spraying electromagnetic valve for controlling the working state of the paint spraying gun (7) and the air draft electromagnetic valve for controlling the working state of the air draft fan (12).

The paint spraying, dust collecting and protecting device according to claim 1, wherein the top of the filter box (13) is provided with three windows communicating the inner cavity of the filter box (13) with the outside, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the filter box (13) is provided with three filter layer mounting grooves; the positions of the windows and the filter layer mounting grooves correspond one to form three groups of filter layer limiting structures; a water filtering layer (14), an adsorption layer (15) and a dust filtering layer (16) are sequentially arranged in an inner cavity of the filtering box (13), the water filtering layer (14) is closest to an air draft pipe connector, and the water filtering layer (14), the adsorption layer (15) and the dust filtering layer (16) are respectively placed in three groups of filtering layer limiting structures; meanwhile, the lower part of the windowing is a filtering layer mounting part which is close to the inner cavity and has smaller width, and the upper part of the windowing is a sealing plug mounting part which is close to the outside and has larger width; an elastic sealing plug is arranged in each sealing plug mounting part in a matched mode, and a clamping groove matched with the elastic sealing plug for use is further formed in the inner wall of each sealing plug mounting part.

The paint spraying, dust collecting and protecting device according to claim 2, wherein the elastic sealing plug comprises a cover body (17), a fixing block (18) fixed at the middle position of the cover body (17) and elastic buckles respectively positioned at two sides of the fixing block (18), and the cover body (17) is provided with two sliding grooves corresponding to the elastic buckles along the extending direction of the fixing block (18) to the edge; the elastic buckle comprises a spring (19) with a fixed end installed on a fixed block (18), a sliding block (20) capable of sliding linearly in a sliding groove is connected to the telescopic end of the spring (19), a clamping rod (21) capable of being clamped into the clamping groove and a moving rod (22) extending out of the cover body (17) are arranged on the sliding block (20), and the moving rod (22), the sliding block (20) and the clamping rod (21) move together.

A paint spray protection device according to claim 3, wherein a baffle is snap-fitted to the upper surface of the cover (17); a space for accommodating the fixed block (18) and the elastic buckle is formed between the baffle and the cover body (17), and two strip-shaped holes for the moving rod (22) to penetrate out and move transversely are formed in the dust guard.
5. A paint spraying and dust collecting protector as claimed in claim 4, wherein a rubber sealing ring is provided between the resilient sealing plug and the windowed sealing plug mounting portion.
6. The paint spraying dust absorption protective device as claimed in claim 4, wherein rubber gaskets are arranged on the side wall and the lower surface of the elastic sealing plug.

A paint spraying dust absorption protection device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the paint spraying transmission line comprises two fixed frames (2) installed in the paint spraying chamber, two rotating wheels (3) respectively installed on the fixed frames (2) through respective rotating shafts, a conveyer belt (4) connecting the two rotating wheels (3), and a motor (5) connected with one rotating wheel (3) of the two rotating wheels (3) through a shaft connector, wherein the motor (5) drives one rotating wheel (3) to rotate actively and drives the other rotating wheel (3) to be driven through the conveyer belt (4).

The paint spraying dust absorption protection device according to claim 7, wherein the trigger assembly further comprises a fixed seat (9) for mounting the infrared receiving device (10), the fixed seat (9) is mounted on the inner wall of the paint spraying chamber, and when no piece to be painted exists in the paint spraying chamber, the light path between the infrared emitting device (8) and the infrared receiving device (10) is not blocked; when entering a piece to be painted in the paint spraying chamber, the piece to be painted shields a light path between the infrared transmitting device (8) and the infrared receiving device (10) when moving to the lower part of the paint spraying gun (7).

A paint spraying and dust collecting protection device as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the number of the conveyor belts (4) is two, when there is no piece to be painted in the paint spraying chamber, the infrared ray transmitting device (8) and the infrared ray receiving device (10) pass between the two conveyor belts (4) with parallel light paths; when entering a piece to be painted in the paint spraying chamber, the piece to be painted shields a light path between the infrared transmitting device (8) and the infrared receiving device (10) when moving to the lower part of the paint spraying gun (7).
10. The paint spraying and dust collecting protection device as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, wherein rubber curtains (23) are arranged at the feed inlet and the discharge outlet.
