本发明公开了一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板及其制备方法,所述复合铝板从上至下包括有上铝板,芯层与下铝板,所述上铝板于下铝板于芯层四周封闭连接,所述芯层上下两端通过高分子粘结膜进行粘结,所述上铝板外层铺设有一层PET复合膜,所述PET复合膜上还喷涂有一层PVDF氟碳层,所述芯层由上至下包括上非金属复合层,蜂窝层和下非金属复合层,所述蜂窝层与上铝板、下铝板固定连接,本发明的优点在于隔音效果优异,全封闭的铝板寿命更长。

本发明涉及复合板技术领域,特别涉及一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板及其制备方法。
背景技术
铝塑复合板作为一种新型装饰材料,自上世纪八十年代末九十年代初从德国引进到中国,便以其经济性、可选色彩的多样性、便捷的施工方法、优良的加工性能、绝佳的防火性及高贵的品质,迅速受到人们的青睐。
铝塑复合板本身所具有的独特性能,决定了其广泛用途:它可以用于大楼外墙、帷幕墙板、旧楼改造翻新、室内墙壁及天花板装修、广告招牌、展示台架、净化防尘工程,属于一种新型建筑装饰材料,但是先阶段的铝塑复合板的隔音效果不好,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板及其制备方法。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板,其特征在于,所述复合铝板从上至下包括有上铝板,芯层与下铝板,所述上铝板于下铝板于芯层四周封闭连接,所述芯层上下两端通过高分子粘结膜进行粘结,所述上铝板外层铺设有一层PET复合膜,所述PET复合膜上还喷涂有一层PVDF氟碳层,所述芯层由上至下包括上非金属复合层,蜂窝层和下非金属复合层,所述蜂窝层与上铝板、下铝板固定连接。
优选的,所述非金属复合层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙烯30-36份,秸秆粉45-52份,脂类增塑剂5-7份,其他助剂2-4份。
优选的,所述其他助剂包括如下重量比的组分:环烷油1-2份,硬脂酸2-3份,云母粉1-2份。
优选的,所述蜂窝层内填充有吸音海绵。
优选的,所述上铝板为底部开口的槽型结构,所述下铝板与上铝板底部焊接。一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量比取制备非金属复合层的各组分先投入至高混机中混合20-40分钟,温度设置为70-80℃,混匀完成后投入至已经预热完成的密炼机内,密炼时间为10-15分钟,温度为130-145℃,最后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出热切造粒定型,温度设置为120-150℃;
(2)取上铝板通过折弯机从而弯折成底部开口的槽型结构,将四周连接处进行焊接;
(3)取(1)制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至60-65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将涂覆有高分子粘结膜的一面与上铝板内面贴合压实;
(4)将尺寸匹配的蜂窝层放入,与非金属层贴合后,将上铝板四周与蜂窝层进行固定焊接,焊接完成后蜂窝层内放置入裁切好的吸音海绵;
(5)再取(1)中制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至60-65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将没有涂覆的一面与蜂窝层贴合,并将下铝板与涂覆的一面进行贴合压实,随后将下铝板与上铝板底部进行焊接;
(6)最后在上铝板外层贴合一层PET复合膜,最后通过湿碰湿的喷涂工艺将PVDF氟碳层喷涂在PET复合膜外层。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明采用的非金属复合板加入了秸秆粉,从而提升了非金属复合层的隔音降噪效果,降低了密度,也减少了质量。
2.本发明采用上铝板加下铝板的全包围结构,使得整体更加统一,防止外围杂物的进入,提升整体寿命,特别在幕墙应用领域,性能更加稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所述的一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板,所述复合铝板从上至下包括有上铝板1,芯层与下铝板2,所述上铝板1与下铝板2于芯层四周封闭连接,上铝板1为底部开口的槽型结构,所述下铝板1与上铝板2底部焊接,所述芯层上下两端通过高分子粘结膜进行粘结,所述上铝板1外层铺设有一层PET复合膜,所述PET复合膜上还喷涂有一层PVDF氟碳层,所述芯层由上至下包括上非金属复合层3,蜂窝层4和下非金属复合层5,所述蜂窝层4与上铝板1、下铝板2固定连接,所述蜂窝层4内填充有吸音海绵6,所述非金属复合层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙烯30-36份,秸秆粉45-52份,脂类增塑剂5-7份,其他助剂2-4份,所述其他助剂包括如下重量比的组分:环烷油1-2份,硬脂酸2-3份,云母粉1-2份。
所述上铝板为底部开口的槽型结构,所述下铝板与上铝板底部焊接。

一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

(1)按重量比取制备非金属复合层的各组分,非金属复合层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙烯30份,秸秆粉45份,脂类增塑剂5份,环烷油1份,硬脂酸2份,云母粉1份,先投入至高混机中混合20分钟,温度设置为70℃,混匀完成后投入至已经预热完成的密炼机内,密炼时间为10分钟,温度为130℃,最后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出热切造粒定型,温度设置为120℃;
(2)取上铝板通过折弯机从而弯折成底部开口的槽型结构,将四周连接处进行焊接;
(3)取(1)制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至60℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将涂覆有高分子粘结膜的一面与上铝板内面贴合压实;
(4)将尺寸匹配的蜂窝层放入,与非金属层贴合后,将上铝板四周与蜂窝层进行固定焊接,焊接完成后蜂窝层内放置入裁切好的吸音海绵;
(5)再取(1)中制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至60℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将没有涂覆的一面与蜂窝层贴合,并将下铝板与涂覆的一面进行贴合压实,随后将下铝板与上铝板底部进行焊接。
(6)最后在上铝板外层贴合一层PET复合膜,最后通过湿碰湿的喷涂工艺将PVDF氟碳层喷涂在PET复合膜外层
实施例2
(1)按重量比取制备非金属复合层的各组分,非金属复合层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙烯32份,秸秆粉48份,脂类增塑剂6份,环烷油0.5份,硬脂酸1份,云母粉1份,先投入至高混机中混合30分钟,温度设置为80℃,混匀完成后投入至已经预热完成的密炼机内,密炼时间为10分钟,温度为140℃,最后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出热切造粒定型,温度设置为130℃;
(2)取上铝板通过折弯机从而弯折成底部开口的槽型结构,将四周连接处进行焊接;
(3)取(1)制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将涂覆有高分子粘结膜的一面与上铝板内面贴合压实;
(4)将尺寸匹配的蜂窝层放入,与非金属层贴合后,将上铝板四周与蜂窝层进行固定焊接,焊接完成后蜂窝层内放置入裁切好的吸音海绵;
(5)再取(1)中制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将没有涂覆的一面与蜂窝层贴合,并将下铝板与涂覆的一面进行贴合压实,随后将下铝板与上铝板底部进行焊接。
(6)最后在上铝板外层贴合一层PET复合膜,最后通过湿碰湿的喷涂工艺将PVDF氟碳层喷涂在PET复合膜外层
实施例3
(1)按重量比取制备非金属复合层的各组分,非金属复合层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚乙烯35份,秸秆粉50份,脂类增塑剂7份,环烷油1份,硬脂酸1份,云母粉2份,先投入至高混机中混合4分钟,温度设置为70℃,混匀完成后投入至已经预热完成的密炼机内,密炼时间为15分钟,温度为135℃,最后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出热切造粒定型,温度设置为140℃;
(2)取上铝板通过折弯机从而弯折成底部开口的槽型结构,将四周连接处进行焊接;
(3)取(1)制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将涂覆有高分子粘结膜的一面与上铝板内面贴合压实;
(4)将尺寸匹配的蜂窝层放入,与非金属层贴合后,将上铝板四周与蜂窝层进行固定焊接,焊接完成后蜂窝层内放置入裁切好的吸音海绵;
(5)再取(1)中制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将没有涂覆的一面与蜂窝层贴合,并将下铝板与涂覆的一面进行贴合压实,随后将下铝板与上铝板底部进行焊接。
(6)最后在上铝板外层贴合一层PET复合膜,最后通过湿碰湿的喷涂工艺将PVDF氟碳层喷涂在PET复合膜外层
本发明采用的非金属复合板加入了秸秆粉,从而提升了非金属复合层的隔音降噪效果,降低了密度,也减少了质量,通过采用上铝板加下铝板的全包围结构,使得整体更加统一,防止外围杂物的进入,提升整体寿命,特别在幕墙应用领域,性能更加稳定。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板,其特征在于:所述上铝板为底部开口的槽型结构,所述下铝板与上铝板底部焊接。
6.一种幕墙用隔音复合铝板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量比取制备非金属复合层的各组分先投入至高混机中混合20-40分钟,温度设置为70-80℃,混匀完成后投入至已经预热完成的密炼机内,密炼时间为10-15分钟,温度为130-145℃,最后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出热切造粒定型,温度设置为120-150℃;
(2)取上铝板通过折弯机从而弯折成底部开口的槽型结构,将四周连接处进行焊接;
(3)取(1)制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至60-65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将涂覆有高分子粘结膜的一面与上铝板内面贴合压实;
(4)将尺寸匹配的蜂窝层放入,与非金属层贴合后,将上铝板四周与蜂窝层进行固定焊接,焊接完成后蜂窝层内放置入裁切好的吸音海绵;
(5)再取(1)中制备定型好的非金属复合层,预热至60-65℃,一面涂覆上高分子粘结膜,再将没有涂覆的一面与蜂窝层贴合,并将下铝板与涂覆的一面进行贴合压实,随后将下铝板与上铝板底部进行焊接;
(6)最后在上铝板外层贴合一层PET复合膜,最后通过湿碰湿的喷涂工艺将PVDF氟碳层喷涂在PET复合膜外层。
