一种含有氟合金膜的耐候建筑外墙铝扣板,所述铝扣板包括内衬层,所述内衬层的顶部设置有隔音层,所述隔音层远离内衬层的一侧设置有第一铝板,所述第一铝板顶面依次设置隔热层及防潮层,所述顶部设置第二铝板,所述第二铝板顶部粘结有含氟薄膜层,第二铝板与含氟薄膜层构成外墙扣板。与现有技术相比,本发明通过第一铝板和第二铝板的设置,增加了外墙板的稳固性,便于更长时间的使用,避免了层结构出现裂缝和渗水情况的发生,延长了隔板的使用寿命,减少了使用者的使用成本,通过氟合金膜的设置,提高了建筑物外观的持久装饰性,提供易清洁,易保养,免维护的附加功能。且氟合金膜可以搭配各种颜色基膜,增加了外墙色彩的变换种类。

本发明涉及建筑建材技术领域,特别涉及一种含有氟合金膜的耐候建筑外墙铝扣板及氟合金膜制备工艺。
背景技术
建筑是建筑物与构筑物的总称,是人们为了满足社会生活需要,利用所掌握的物质技术手段,并运用一定的科学规律、风水理念和美学法则创造的人工环境,建筑物在建筑的过程中会用到大量的外墙板,但是现有的外墙板只能提供简单的挡风遮雨功能,耐候性能较差,使用一段时间后就会出现毁坏或腐蚀的现象,给使用者的使用带来了的极大的不便,同时也降低了建筑的美观性。

一种含有氟合金膜的耐候建筑外墙铝扣板,所述铝扣板包括内衬层,所述内衬层的顶部设置有隔音层,所述隔音层远离内衬层的一侧设置有第一铝板,所述第一铝板顶面依次设置隔热层及防潮层,所述顶部设置第二铝板,所述第二铝板顶部粘结有含氟薄膜层,第二铝板与含氟薄膜层构成氟合金膜。
优选地,所述含氟薄膜层包括基体树脂,所述机体树脂内添加耐温型耐候型紫外吸收剂,所述耐温型耐候型紫外吸收剂包括无机型的紫外屏蔽剂与有机型的紫外截止剂。
优选地,所述含氟薄膜层与第二铝板顶部通过粘合层粘结,所述粘合层包括双组分聚氨酯胶水、无溶剂性的热熔胶或者水溶性的丙烯酸酯胶水。
优选地,所述内衬层和隔音层之间设置有弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层所述弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层的底部与内衬层的顶部接触,所述弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层的顶部与隔音层的底部接触。
优选地,所述第二铝板顶部断面设置有凹槽。
本发明还提供了一种氟合金膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机无机杂化粒子按照配方添加到基体树脂中使之物料混合均匀,然后,加入双螺杆挤出机混炼,造粒,然后挤出、冷却、切粒、制膜;
(2)将步骤(1)制成的氟膜与基膜进行层压贴合或者涂胶复合制成含氟薄膜层;
(3)然后将含氟薄膜层与第二铝板涂胶复合,从而制得氟合金膜。
优选地,所述氟膜与第二铝板之间的涂胶包括双组分聚氨酯胶水、无溶剂性的热熔胶或者水溶性的丙烯酸酯胶水。
优选地,步骤(2)中所述基膜包括PVC装饰膜/装饰片或PET装饰膜/装饰片。

本发明还提供了一种氟合金膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机无机杂化粒子按照配方添加到基体树脂中使之物料混合均匀,然后,加入双螺杆挤出机混炼,造粒,然后挤出、冷却、切粒、制膜;
(2)将步骤(1)制成的氟膜与基膜进行层压贴合或者涂胶复合制成含氟薄膜层;
(3)然后将含氟薄膜层与第二铝板涂胶复合,从而制得氟合金膜。
优选地,所述氟膜与第二铝板之间的涂胶包括双组分聚氨酯胶水、无溶剂性的热熔胶或者水溶性的丙烯酸酯胶水。
步骤(2)中所述基膜包括PVC装饰膜/装饰片或PET装饰膜/装饰片。
本发明中在含氟薄膜中添加耐温型耐候型紫外吸收剂,考虑到无机型的紫外屏蔽剂和有机型的紫外截止剂的各自特点,选择纳米级的有机无机杂化粒子作为紫外截止剂能够有效的保护薄膜本身和基材不受外界环境的影响,尤其是紫外光和热氧老化。

1.一种含有氟合金膜的耐候建筑外墙铝扣板,其特征在于,所述铝扣板包括内衬层,所述内衬层的顶部设置有隔音层,所述隔音层远离内衬层的一侧设置有第一铝板,所述第一铝板顶面依次设置隔热层及防潮层,所述顶部设置第二铝板,所述第二铝板顶部粘结有含氟薄膜层,第二铝板与含氟薄膜层构成氟合金膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有氟合金膜的耐候建筑外墙铝扣板,其特征在于,所述含氟薄膜层包括基体树脂,所述机体树脂内添加耐温型耐候型紫外吸收剂,所述耐温型耐候型紫外吸收剂包括无机型的紫外屏蔽剂与有机型的紫外截止剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的含有氟合金膜的耐候建筑外墙铝扣板,其特征在于,所述含氟薄膜层与第二铝板顶部通过粘合层粘结,所述粘合层包括双组分聚氨酯胶水、无溶剂性的热熔胶或者水溶性的丙烯酸酯胶水。

6.一种氟合金膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机无机杂化粒子按照配方添加到基体树脂中使之物料混合均匀,然后,加入双螺杆挤出机混炼,造粒,然后挤出、冷却、切粒、制膜;
(2)将步骤(1)制成的氟膜与基膜进行层压贴合或者涂胶复合制成含氟薄膜层;
(3)然后将含氟薄膜层与第二铝板涂胶复合,从而制得氟合金膜。
7.如权利要求6所述的氟合金膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述氟膜与第二铝板之间的涂胶包括双组分聚氨酯胶水、无溶剂性的热熔胶或者水溶性的丙烯酸酯胶水。
8.如权利要求6所述的氟合金膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述基膜包括PVC装饰膜/装饰片或PET装饰膜/装饰片。
