the apples are manually placed at a left inlet of a feeding bin 1, the apples obliquely roll downwards along the feeding bin to a channel between an upper brush roller 2 and the left side of a lower brush roller 4, because the upper brush roller 2 rotates anticlockwise, the lower brush roller 4 rotates clockwise, the apples roll along the channel between the upper brush roller and the lower brush roller under the combined action of the upper brush roller and the lower brush roller, meanwhile, clean tap water enters a pipeline of an electric circulating water valve group 11 from an upper inlet of an electric water inlet valve group 12 through an electromagnetic valve through a lower outlet, enters a water pump 13 through an inlet of the water pump 13, enters a connecting pipe 14 from an outlet of the water pump 13, enters a spray head 5 through a spray pipe 3, water is changed into water drop fog under the combined action of a pump pressure and the spray head, and is sprayed on the upper brush roller 2 right below, the surface of the apples is under the combined action of the brushes of the upper brush roller 2 and the lower brush roller 4 and spray water, and performing mechanical contact type cleaning and spray cleaning. The cleaned apples enter the left end metal mesh belt of the first metal mesh belt conveyor 6 through the left and right ends of the upper brush roller 2 and the lower brush roller 4, are conveyed to the right end of the first metal mesh belt conveyor 6, then slide into the storage box 8 to be collected, and the cleaned apples are obtained.
Wherein, the water after cleaning the apple is filtered by the inlet at the bottom of the circulating water pipe 10, enters the inlet of the electric circulating water valve group 11 from the outlet, and then enters the inlet of the water pump 13 from the outlet, and the circulation from clean tap water to the filtered spray water is completed. The water level height of 15 in the cleaning pool can be started and closed through the solenoid valve of the liquid level transmitter 9 control electric drainage valve group 7, and the purpose of discharging redundant water is achieved, so that the liquid level height of the cleaning pool 15 is guaranteed, the liquid level is prevented from being too high, and the net belt adhesion of the first metal net belt conveyor 6 is not provided with filtered spray water, and the cleanliness of the surface of the apple is guaranteed.
It should be noted that, the fruits and vegetables need to be cleaned before deep processing so as to smoothly carry out the subsequent operation, and after the fruits and vegetables are classified, the cleaning machine provided by the invention can be used for cleaning, so that the productivity can be effectively improved, the labor intensity can be reduced, the water can be saved, and the mechanical damage can be reduced.
According to the cleaning machine disclosed by the invention, dirt on the surface of the apple can be effectively removed in a combined manner by means of liquid spraying and brush mechanical contact, so that a clean state is achieved. The cleaning mode has the characteristics of high cleaning cleanliness, no mechanical damage and water conservation, and has good universality for blocky fruits and vegetables.
