The fatty acid composition contained is: 19.5% of lauric acid, 46.2% of myristic acid, 12.7% of palmitic acid, 1.6% of stearic acid, 6.2% of oleic acid, 5.4% of linoleic acid, 0.3% of dodecanedioic acid, 7.2% of tetradecenoic acid and amino acids. The preparation method of the betel nut flavored beverage comprises the following steps: and (3) extraction: adding the prepared extraction raw material areca nuts into an extraction tank according to a certain proportion, adding drinking water, and starting a circulating pump to circularly clean and discharge sewage when the drinking water in the extraction tank overflows the extraction raw material; adding drinking water with a temperature of above 88-97 ℃ into the extraction tank, opening a steam valve, and extracting at 90-92 ℃ for 40-60 min; extracting the extracted extract liquor to a preparation tank for later use by using an extract liquor circulating pump and a material pump; sugar dissolving: adding the white granulated sugar prepared according to the proportioning into an emulsifying tank, and mixing the white granulated sugar and drinking water according to the ratio of the white granulated sugar to the drinking water 2: 3, pouring drinking water at the temperature of 90-95 ℃ in proportion, and fully stirring and dissolving; after the white granulated sugar is dissolved, opening a material pump, filtering the syrup by a 120-mesh pipeline filter and a 220-mesh duplex filter, and pumping the syrup into a blending tank for later use; preparing soup: pumping the sugar solution and the extract into a blending barrel, adding the rest ingredients (except drinking water) for blending uniformly, introducing into a stirrer for fully stirring for a period of time, pouring the mixture into a traditional Chinese medicine decocting machine after stirring uniformly, processing for 50 minutes to obtain a decoction finished product, introducing the decoction into the stirrer, and adding the rest drinking water according to a metering ratio for constant volume; and after the volume is fixed, starting the stirrer to stir for 15 minutes to prepare the beverage.
