Description

High-quality pork pig hybridization production method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hybridization production method of a high-quality pork pig, belonging to the field of animal genetic breeding.
Background
Chinese local pig breeds have good meat quality, the intramuscular fat content is more than 3 percent and even reaches 6 to 7 percent, and foreign lean type pig breeds have high growth speed but poor meat quality. Duroc pigs are exotic varieties, are well known for high growth speed, high feed utilization rate and strong meat production performance, are main hybrid parents, especially terminal male parents, of commercial pigs produced by pig breeding in the world at present. At present, Duroc breeding pigs fed in China are mostly American lines and Taiwan lines, Duroc Taiwan lines have good body fullness, high lean meat percentage, poor reproductive performance and low growth speed; the American duroc has prominent reproductive performance and high growth speed, but has low lean meat percentage and insufficient fullness. The Tibetan pig is a typical plateau type pig breed in China, lives in an agricultural area with the altitude of 2500-4300 m and a semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral area of Qinghai-Tibet plateau, belongs to grazing and feeding of original lean-meat type miniature pig breeds, has strong adaptability to severe climate with high altitude, is disease-resistant and coarse-resistant, and is one of precious animal genetic resources in China. The Tibetan pigs have the characteristics of excellent meat quality, strong stress resistance and the like, but have the defects of moderate and lower fecundity, slow growth and development and the like. The Guangdong small eared pig is originally produced in the south of the West river of Guangdong province and in the west of Guangdong province, has small head shape and body size, is black and white by hair, is black and white by the head, ears, back, waist and hip, is white by the rest parts, has the excellent characteristics of high-temperature and high-humidity environment adaptation, coarse feeding resistance, precocity, easy fattening, thin skin, tender meat, delicious meat taste, mild female sex, strong fertility, obvious oestrus symptoms, good lactation performance of sows, long utilization years and the like, is one of local pig breeds with the largest feeding amount in Guangdong province, and has the characteristics of low slaughter rate, thick back fat, low lean meat rate and the like.
Currently, the general trend of pig breeding and pig production development is to perform comprehensive matching hybridization among multiple lines according to the principle of heterosis and character complementation to produce high-efficiency and high-quality commercial lean pork pigs, and the high-genetic quality pig is a material basis and a technical carrier for implementing pig breeding and industrialization. At present, the production level of commercial pigs in China has a large gap with the advanced level of the world.
China is the first country for pig breeding and pork consumption. With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of living standard, people put forward the requirements of high lean meat percentage, good taste and good flavor to commercial pork pigs. Therefore, how to breed the fattening pigs with the characteristics of high growth speed, good meat quality and the like becomes a problem of important consideration for the development of the domestic pig industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a high-quality pork pig hybridization production method, and the bred high-quality pork pig has the advantages of high reproductive capacity, large size, fast growth and development, high feed utilization rate, high lean meat rate, good meat quality, fresh and tender meat and unique flavor.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a hybridization production method of high-quality pork pigs comprises the following steps:
