Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of harvesters, in particular to a dust suppression device of a harvester.
Background
Wheat is harvested mainly by a harvester at present, and as the stems and leaves of the wheat are small, the crushed wheat straws can be crushed into small particles after the wheat is harvested by the harvester; and the harvester can discharge slag outwards by using a fan in order to prevent the interior of the harvester from being blocked, so that the crushed straw particles are sprayed outwards at a high speed, and great dust pollution is caused.
The crushed straws are fluffy in volume and high in flow rate, and contain dust, fine straws and larger straws, so that the key point of solving the dust problem is that the flow rate of straw particles is reduced at first, and then the straw particles are compressed by the volume to be not fluffy any more so as not to float easily, and in addition, the flying dust contained in the straw particles also needs to be treated independently; meanwhile, the elimination of the straws cannot be blocked, so that the dust suppression of the harvester can be effectively realized.
Most of the existing harvesters do not have dust suppression equipment, and even if the existing harvesters simply suppress dust by adopting some conventional modes such as filtering, water spraying and the like, the complete dust suppression effect cannot be achieved, so that a device is needed to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, in order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a dust suppression device for a harvester, which can effectively solve the problems of large dust and incapability of effectively suppressing dust of the harvester.

a plurality of expansion plates which are arranged in the left-right direction are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rotating shaft and penetrate through the filter cartridge; the telescopic plate can be contracted along the radial direction of the rotating shaft and reset outwards, and the outer end of the telescopic plate is contacted with the inner side surface of the shell;

The straw squeezing device can squeeze straws, rotate to be static, compress the volume, discharge dust, suck the dust by the filter cylinder and collect the dust; the rolling brush is always rotated reversely, and the filter screen is self-cleaned and the slag is discharged smoothly; effectively prevents the straw and dust at the tail part of the wheat harvester from escaping, and protects the environment.

The following describes in further detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In order to realize fixation, a connecting seat 12 is arranged on the front side surface of the shell 1, and the connecting seat 12 is fixed at the rear of the harvester through bolts.
In order to make the filter cartridge 4 function to divide large-particle straws and fine dust, the outer edge surface of the filter cartridge 4 is full of through holes 13.
In order to realize transmission, the transmission part 11 comprises a main shaft 14, the main shaft 14 is driven by the harvester to rotate through a belt and a belt pulley, a sheave mechanism 15 is arranged between the main shaft 14 and the rotating shaft 3, and the sheave mechanism 15 enables the rotating shaft 3 to rotate intermittently; the brush roller 9 and the main shaft 14 are linked through a belt and a belt pulley.

When the harvester is used, the whole shell 1 is arranged behind the harvester through the base and the bolts, the discharge opening 8 of the shell 1 faces downwards, and the feed opening 2 faces upwards; then, slag outlets on the left side and the right side of the harvester are connected to the feed inlet 2 through pipelines; and the main shaft 14 at the right side of the shell 1 is driven to rotate by a belt and a belt wheel, and meanwhile, the exhaust fan 6 at the left side of the shell 1 needs to be connected. The installation process is convenient and fast, and the harvester can be suitable for harvesters of different sizes.
After the installation is finished, whether the dust collection box 7 is accumulated or not is checked, and after the dust collection box is cleaned, normal harvesting operation can be started.
During harvesting, straws crushed by the harvester are discharged from slag outlets on the left side and the right side of the harvester at a high speed and enter the feed inlets 2 on the left side and the right side of the shell 1 through pipelines, and the feed inlets 2 are arranged on the left side and the right side, so that the high-speed straws enter the shell 1 from the left side and the right side and flow towards the middle, the speed is reduced, the whole rotating shaft 3, the filter cartridge 4 and the expansion plates 10 are driven to rotate intermittently by actively driving the sheave mechanism 15, and when the expansion plates 10 stop rotating, the two expansion plates 10 are positioned on the front side and the rear side of the feed inlets 2 (see the attached drawing 3), and the straws entering the shell 1 are accumulated in a gap between the two uppermost expansion plates 10 and the shell 1 and are gradually accumulated; when the straw is fully stacked, the rotating shaft 3 can rotate forwards clockwise by 60 degrees, so that the straws originally positioned at the top are driven to rotate along the shell 1 and the expansion plate 10; the empty part originally at the rear side can be positioned at the top and continues to receive the material.

Meanwhile, the brush roller 9 is arranged at the discharge port 8, so that straws clamped on the filter cartridge 4 can be cleaned under the action of the brush roller 9, and the situation that the through hole 13 on the filter cartridge 4 is blocked to influence continuous use is prevented; and because the brush roller 9 continuously rotates all the time, the brush roller 9 can completely clean the filter cartridge 4 along with the intermittent rotation of the filter cartridge 4.
The operation of collecting, compressing, discharging dust, discharging and collecting the straws is realized by reciprocating in sequence; and because the intermittent rotation of the rotating shaft 3 can make the whole device continuously carry out the process, the removal of the straws cannot be influenced. After the dust collection box is used for a period of time, the dust collection box 7 needs to be cleaned, and the dust collection box 7 is placed to contain too much sundries, so that the filtering effect is reduced.
The space at the feed inlet 2 and the space at the discharge outlet 8 in the whole device are separated by the expansion plate 10, so that materials and dust cannot be directly discharged from the discharge outlet 8; because the cost and the frictional resistance are considered, the device is not provided with sealing structures such as rubber rings, and the like, a small part of dust still escapes, but most of dust collection is not influenced, and the ideal effect can be achieved.
