Abstract
本发明公开了一种保温墙板,包括:依次连接的砂浆层、泡沫层、珍珠岩层、纤维布层、酚醛泡沫塑料层和混凝土层,砂浆层和混凝土层外均涂有保温涂料;所述纤维布层由如下材料制成:玄武岩纤维、棉纤维、碳纤维、亚麻纤维、碳纤维;所述保温涂料由如下材料制成:酚醛树脂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、固化剂、增强剂。具有良好的耐热性能,纤维布层呈纤维状,起到隔热的作用,酚醛泡沫塑料层由可发性酚醛树脂制成,具有热导率低,隔热性能好的特点,保温涂料使墙体在各种气候环境下能够保持水气平衡,防止墙体积水发霉变黑等现象,具有隔热、防渗水、防火等功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温墙板技术领域,尤其涉及一种保温墙板。
背景技术
保温墙板是建筑领域常用到的建材,其贴在建筑的外墙上,起到隔热保温的作用。如授权公告号为CN202787651U,授权公告日为2013年3月13日的中国实用新型专利公开了一种轻质、节能、环保的保温墙板,包括有墙板主体,所述墙板主体的左右两侧面上设有注浆凹槽,该注浆凹槽与另一本保温墙板侧面上的注浆凹槽接合,形成注浆孔,该墙板主体的四周侧面上设有卡榫和榫位,所述墙板主体内还设有空心孔,且尺寸为:长1~3米,宽0.6米。通过往注浆孔内注入水泥将两块保温墙板牢牢地砌接一起,而且先通过卡榫和榫位滑卡连接,避免了施工墙体倒塌和出现裂缝,加强了两块保温墙板的对位精确性和定位稳定性,施工简单、方便、快捷,缩短了工时,也减少切割产生的废料,更加环保;加上,保温墙板的重量和长度减小,搬运轻松、方便,施工速度更快,且空心孔降低温度传递,保温效果好,也节省材料,成本低。但是该保温墙板还存在如下缺陷:其隔热效果较差,保温效果不甚理想,而且不具有隔音效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种保温墙板,具有良好的耐热性能,纤维布层呈纤维状,起到隔热的作用,酚醛泡沫塑料层由可发性酚醛树脂制成,具有热导率低,隔热性能好的特点,保温涂料使墙体在各种气候环境下能够保持水气平衡,防止墙体积水发霉变黑等现象,具有隔热、防渗水、防火等功能。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种保温墙板,包括:依次连接的砂浆层、泡沫层、珍珠岩层、纤维布层、酚醛泡沫塑料层和混凝土层,砂浆层和混凝土层外均涂有保温涂料;所述纤维布层由如下材料制成:玄武岩纤维、、棉纤维、碳纤维、亚麻纤维、碳纤维;所述保温涂料由如下材料制成:酚醛树脂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、固化剂、增强剂。
进一步,所述砂浆层由石灰膏、河砂、粉煤灰、硅藻土和水按照质量比4∶7∶3∶14的比例配制而成。
进一步,所述混凝土层由水泥、河砂、硅酸钙和水按照质量比6∶8∶2∶19的比例配制而成。
进一步,所述保温层的厚度为20-70mm,在保温层的上表面覆上一层网状纤维膜。
进一步,所述酚醛泡沫塑料层由可发性酚醛树脂、表面活性剂、发泡剂、碱性缓释型微胶囊、酸固化剂按照质量比10∶0.5∶1.5∶4∶3的比例配制而成
进一步,所述珍珠岩层由膨胀珍珠岩、氧化镁、磷酸钠、立德粉、乳化剂、粘合剂按照质量比6∶8∶20∶22∶1∶3的比例配制而成。
本发明的有益效果为:
具有良好的保温性能,并且结构稳固,墙板的整体强度高,抗外力性能优良,玄武岩纤维,使得整个保温墙板具有隔音效果,而且保温效果更好,保温涂料使墙体在各种气候环境下能够保持水气平衡,防止墙体积水发霉变黑等现象,具有隔热、防渗水、防火等功能。

所述砂浆层由石灰膏、河砂、粉煤灰、硅藻土和水按照质量比4∶7∶3∶14的比例配制而成。所述混凝土层由水泥、河砂、硅酸钙和水按照质量比6∶8∶2∶19的比例配制而成。所述保温层的厚度为20-70mm,在保温层的上表面覆上一层网状纤维膜。所述酚醛泡沫塑料层由可发性酚醛树脂、表面活性剂、发泡剂、碱性缓释型微胶囊、酸固化剂按照质量比10∶0.5∶1.5∶4∶3的比例配制而成所述珍珠岩层由膨胀珍珠岩、氧化镁、磷酸钠、立德粉、乳化剂、粘合剂按照质量比6∶8∶20∶22∶1∶3的比例配制而成。

1.一种保温墙板,其特征在于,包括:依次连接的砂浆层、泡沫层、珍珠岩层、纤维布层、酚醛泡沫塑料层和混凝土层,砂浆层和混凝土层外均涂有保温涂料;所述纤维布层由如下材料制成:玄武岩纤维、、棉纤维、碳纤维、亚麻纤维、碳纤维;所述保温涂料由如下材料制成:酚醛树脂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、固化剂、增强剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙板,其特征在于,所述砂浆层由石灰膏、河砂、粉煤灰、硅藻土和水按照质量比4∶7∶3∶14的比例配制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙板,其特征在于,所述混凝土层由水泥、河砂、硅酸钙和水按照质量比6∶8∶2∶19的比例配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙板,其特征在于,所述保温层的厚度为20-70mm,在保温层的上表面覆上一层网状纤维膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙板,其特征在于,所述酚醛泡沫塑料层由可发性酚醛树脂、表面活性剂、发泡剂、碱性缓释型微胶囊、酸固化剂按照质量比10∶0.5∶1.5∶4∶3的比例配制而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙板,其特征在于,所述珍珠岩层由膨胀珍珠岩、氧化镁、磷酸钠、立德粉、乳化剂、粘合剂按照质量比6∶8∶20∶22∶1∶3的比例配制而成。
