Abstract
The invention discloses a method for treating livestock and poultry waste by using hermetia illucens, which comprises the steps of collecting and pretreating the livestock and poultry waste, constructing a treatment pool, laying the livestock and poultry waste and the hermetia illucens, treating the livestock and poultry waste by using the hermetia illucens, and concentrating the livestock and poultry waste after the hermetia illucens are treated, wherein the hermetia illucens and the treated livestock and poultry waste are separated after the livestock and poultry waste is treated for 9-12 days by using the hermetia illucens, and the livestock and poultry waste is subjected to concentrated composting; and sending the compost to an organic fertilizer processing workshop. According to the method for treating the livestock and poultry waste by using the hermetia illucens, after the livestock and poultry waste is pretreated, the hermetia illucens is deeply treated, the livestock and poultry waste is deeply treated to carry out composting and organic fertilizer processing, humidity control and heat preservation can be carried out in the treatment process, the treatment efficiency is improved, and the treatment is standardized.

secondly, constructing a treatment pool and laying livestock and poultry waste and black soldier flies, firstly, establishing an H-shaped channel, wherein two ends of the channel are of a closed structure, and arranging holes are formed in a transverse plate on the inner side of the channel; then, filling a layer of substrate above the transverse plate, and pressing a large corrugated plate on the substrate; the large corrugated plate presses the top surface of the substrate into a corrugated structure; the bottom surface of the large corrugated plate is provided with a long strip-shaped channel along the length direction of the channel; then, conveying the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste to a weighing belt through a feeding belt, conveying the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste to a large corrugated plate through the weighing belt, paving and filling the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste on the top surface of the large corrugated plate, and flattening the top surface of the large corrugated plate; then, adding 10-12 days old black soldier fly larvae into the semi-humid livestock and poultry waste according to a ratio of 1: 10000-12000; then, laying a filter screen layer on the top surface of the livestock and poultry waste laying layer; a thin substrate layer, a calandria and a thick substrate layer are sequentially paved above the paved filter screen layer; a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the row pipe at intervals; the channel is fixed with a liquid collecting hopper on the bottom surface of the transverse plate; the liquid collecting hopper is connected to the liquid collecting bin; the liquid collecting bin is connected to the water passing heat through a liquid extracting pump; the water is thermally connected to the calandria inlet; the liquid storage tank is connected to the liquid collection bin through a water replenishing valve;
thirdly, black soldier flies are used for treating the livestock and poultry waste, semi-wet livestock and poultry waste is decomposed through black soldier flies, a hygrometer is arranged in the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste and is linked with a liquid-lifting pump, when the humidity is lower than a threshold value, mixed liquid of the livestock and poultry waste is heated through hydrothermal treatment by the liquid-lifting pump and is sent to a pipe bank, finally the mixed liquid is sprayed through a plurality of spraying holes, the warm mixed liquid is subjected to water flow buffering and thermal buffering through a thin matrix layer, water is supplemented to the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste, the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste is filtered through the matrix on the transverse plate, the filtered water is returned to the top surface of the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste after being subjected to temperature regulation, so that the semi-wet livestock and poultry waste can permeate water from top to bottom, water circulation is formed, the humiture requirement of the semi-, while avoiding overheating or over-wetting.

Compared with the prior art, the method for treating the livestock and poultry waste by using the hermetia illucens, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that after the livestock and poultry waste is pretreated, the hermetia illucens is deeply treated, the livestock and poultry waste is deeply treated to carry out composting and organic fertilizer processing, the humidity control and heat preservation can be carried out in the treatment process, the treatment efficiency is improved, and the treatment is standardized.
