Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of earthworm breeding, and particularly relates to a method for breeding earthworms by using lignin sludge.
Background
When the existing fiberboard processing plant produces density fiberboards, a large amount of lignin sludge is inevitably generated everyday, and the environment is seriously polluted by bare discharge or landfill treatment, so that the existing fiberboard processing plant is not allowed. In order to treat the lignin sludge, some enterprises can use the lignin sludge as a raw material for preparing organic fertilizer to process the organic fertilizer. However, the organic fertilizer processing technology needs to sequentially carry out the steps of pretreatment, blending, stirring, fermentation and the like on the lignin sludge, the process flow is complicated, and waste gas and waste generated in the production process can cause environmental pollution again.
The earthworm harmless treatment of industrial sludge is a sludge treatment technology emerging in recent years. The earthworms can decompose and convert organic matters in the sludge into easily utilized nutrients by themselves or other organisms under the synergistic effect of the special functions of the earthworms and microorganisms in the environment. The processing mode can not only produce excellent animal protein, but also produce high-quality organic fertilizer.
The prior patent "201711288795.0" granted by the national intellectual property office is named as: "a biological utilization method of agricultural wastes". Which discloses an earthworm breeding method of semi-fermented agricultural wastes. The method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting agricultural wastes, then mixing, adjusting the water content to 50-60%, and paving the mixture to a height of 0.8-1.2 m; 2. performing semi-fermentation on the collected agricultural wastes, wherein the semi-fermentation is to ferment the agricultural wastes at 65-72 ℃ for 3-5 days and turn and throw the agricultural wastes once every 12 hours; 3. adding health liquid into the semi-fermented agricultural waste, and then laying the mixture on an earthworm bed, wherein the density of earthworms per square of the earthworm bed is 2-4 kg; 4. fully laying the agricultural wastes added with the health-care liquid for 5-8 cm in bed, adjusting the water content to 60% -80%, and then turning and throwing; 5. earthworm is digested, mechanically extruded and excreted to form earthworm manure, and the organic fertilizer is produced. However, the above method requires fermentation treatment of agricultural wastes, which takes a long time, and requires addition of a health-care solution during cultivation, which increases the cost. In addition, this method is only applicable to the treatment of agricultural wastes, and the above-mentioned treatment method cannot be realized for lignin sludge generated in the process of manufacturing fiberboard.

In the method, a fermentation process is not needed, and any other ingredients are not needed, and the earthworm cast obtained by cultivation has high yield and good quality.
The task of the invention is achieved in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: the method comprises the following steps that lignin sludge generated in the manufacturing process of the fiberboard is directly paved in an earthworm cultivation greenhouse by a feeding crawler, a ridge of earthworm bed is paved on each of two sides of the greenhouse, the thickness of each ridge of earthworm bed is 15cm, the temperature of each ridge of earthworm bed is guaranteed to be within the range of 22-25 ℃, and the humidity is guaranteed to be within the range of 65-70%;
step 2: manually throwing earthworm seedlings on each ridge of earthworm bed, and ensuring that the throwing density of each ridge of earthworm bed is 2.5 kilograms per square meter;
and step 3: laying new lignin sludge on the earthworm bed once every 5 days by using a feeding crawler, wherein the laying thickness of the new lignin sludge is 5 cm;
and 4, step 4: when the earthworm cultivation time reaches 80-90 days, the artificial collection of the earthworm cast is started, when the earthworm cast is collected, the earthworm cast of the uppermost layer of each ridge earthworm bed is collected firstly, then a new layer of lignin sludge is paved again, the thickness is still 5cm, after 5 days, the earthworm cast of the uppermost layer of each ridge earthworm bed is collected, the process is circulated, and the earthworm cast can be collected once every 5 days. And a passageway for the feeding crawler to walk is reserved between the two earthworm beds in the greenhouse.
The bottom of the earthworm bed is provided with a heat supply pipeline, and a water spray head is arranged above the earthworm bed.
The technical scheme has the following effects: the earthworm is bred by taking lignin sludge generated in the production process of the fiberboard as feed. The lignin sludge contains fine wood fiber as main component, is organic, and can be used as earthworm food. And because the procedure of high-temperature cooking is included in the production process of the fiberboard, the lignin sludge does not contain faecal coliform community and roundworm eggs, belongs to thermalized soft food favored by earthworms, can be directly used as the feed of the earthworms, does not need a fermentation procedure, and does not need to add any other ingredients.
In addition, in the earthworm breeding process, the temperature of the earthworm bed is always kept within the range of 22-25 ℃, and the humidity is kept within the range of 65-70%, so that the requirement of the optimum breeding condition of earthworms is met. The method for directly breeding the earthworms by using the lignin sludge as the feed can ensure the survival amount and the reproduction amount of the earthworms, thereby improving the yield and the quality of the earthworm cast.

During fiberboard production, a lignin sludge byproduct is necessarily produced. The lignin sludge contains more than 96% of wood fine fibers. The wood fine fiber is organic and can be used as food for Lumbricus. And because the procedure of high-temperature cooking is included in the production process of the fiberboard, the lignin sludge does not contain faecal coliform and ascarid eggs, and is a thermalized soft food loved by earthworms. Through detection, the lignin sludge does not contain mercury, the arsenic content is 3.4mg/kg, the lead content is 12.4mg/kg, the cadmium content is 2.8mg/kg, the chromium content is 26.8mg/kg, and the heavy metal content is in the range suitable for breeding earthworms. Therefore, the lignin sludge can be directly used as earthworm feed without a fermentation process or any other ingredients. And (5) a detection report of the lignin sludge attached later.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for breeding earthworms by using lignin sludge comprises the following steps: lignin sludge generated in the manufacturing process of the fiberboard is directly paved in the earthworm cultivation greenhouse by the feeding crawler after the cement is separated. A ridge of earthworm bed is paved on each side of the greenhouse, the thickness of each ridge of earthworm bed is 15cm, the temperature of each ridge of earthworm bed is 22-25 ℃, and the humidity is 65-70%. The temperature and humidity are the most suitable breeding environment for earthworms.
The temperature is 22 ℃, and the humidity is within 65%; at 23 ℃, the humidity is within 67.5 percent; the temperature is 25 ℃, and the humidity is within 70%, so that the environment is the best living and breeding environment for earthworms.
After the earthworm beds are laid, earthworm seedlings are manually thrown into each ridge of earthworm bed, and the throwing density of each ridge of earthworm bed is guaranteed to be 2.5 kilograms per square meter. The breeding performance of the earthworms is the best under the density. And then, paving new lignin sludge on the earthworm bed once every 5 days by using a feeding crawler, wherein the paving thickness of the new lignin sludge is 5 cm.
When the earthworm cultivation time reaches 80-90 days, the lignin sludge is completely consumed by earthworms, and the earthworm bed is formed by stacking earthworm feces. Collecting the earthworm cast manually, collecting the earthworm cast of the uppermost layer of each ridge of earthworm bed firstly when collecting the earthworm cast, laying a new layer of lignin sludge again, keeping the thickness of the lignin sludge to be 5cm, collecting the earthworm cast of the uppermost layer of each ridge of earthworm bed after 5 days, and circulating the process to collect the earthworm cast every 5 days. When the time reaches 80 days, collecting wormcast, and then paving a new layer of lignin sludge again; when the time reaches 85 days, collecting wormcast, and then paving a new layer of lignin sludge again; when the time reaches 90 days, collecting wormcast, and then paving a new layer of lignin sludge again.
A passageway for the feeding crawler to walk is reserved between the two ridge earthworm beds in the greenhouse, so that the feeding crawler can conveniently lay lignin sludge for operation. Because the earthworms can hibernate when the temperature of the earthworms is lower than about 5 ℃, a heat supply pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the earthworm bed to provide temperature for the earthworm bed. And a sprinkling head is arranged above the earthworm bed, and water is regularly sprayed to keep the humidity of the earthworm bed, so that a good living environment is provided for earthworms.
The wormcast collected by the method is a very good organic fertilizer and can be used in landscaping, soil improvement and other aspects. The method utilizes the biotechnology to treat the lignin sludge, changes waste into valuable, can effectively protect the environment and realizes the comprehensive utilization of resources.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, the description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
