技术领域

背景技术

发明内容

根据本发明的凸轮轴具有以下优点:能够将凸轮轴在中间区域中的弯曲保持得小,使得凸轮和至少一个轴承区域在凸轮轴在运行期间受负载的情况下不倾斜或仅轻微地倾斜并且在很大程度上保持其定向并且由此能够将凸轮以及滚子挺杆和滚子的磨损保持得小。
在下面给出根据本发明的凸轮轴的有利构型和扩展方案。
根据一个扩展方案,所述中间区域在包含所述凸轮轴的纵轴线的轴向纵截面中在所述中间区域的面向邻接的凸轮的边缘区域中分别与所述凸轮轴的纵轴线隔开径向距离地延伸,所述径向距离等于或仅略小于相应邻接的凸轮的凸轮凸起与所述凸轮轴的纵轴线的径向距离。通过这种构造方式保证,凸轮的加工不会被中间区域妨碍。

Claims (9)
1.一种凸轮轴,所述凸轮轴具有至少两个沿所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的方向彼此相继布置的凸轮(26、28),所述凸轮的凸轮凸起绕着所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)相对彼此错开地布置,其中,在两个相邻的凸轮(26、28)之间设置有中间区域(30),并且所述凸轮轴具有至少一个沿所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的方向布置在所述凸轮(26、28)旁的轴承区域(32),其特征在于,所述中间区域(30)在包含所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的轴向纵截面中与所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)隔开径向距离(r1、r2)地延伸,所述径向距离从邻接的、在对应的轴向纵截面中具有较小的凸轮凸起(h1)的凸轮(26)出发朝向邻接的、在对应的轴向纵截面中具有较大的凸轮凸起(h2)的凸轮(28)增大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凸轮轴,其特征在于,所述中间区域(30)在包含所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的轴向纵截面中在所述中间区域的面向邻接的凸轮(26、28)的边缘区域(30a)中分别与所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)隔开径向距离(r1、r2)地延伸,所述径向距离等于或仅略小于相应邻接的凸轮(24)的凸轮凸起与所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的径向距离(h1、h2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的凸轮轴,其特征在于,所述中间区域(30)在相应邻接的凸轮(26、28)之间具有无阶梯的走势。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的凸轮轴,其特征在于,所述中间区域(30)在其面向邻接的凸轮(26、28)的边缘区域(30a)中在包含所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的轴向纵截面中分别至少近似平行于所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)地延伸。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的凸轮轴,其特征在于,所述中间区域(30)在位于在其面向邻接的凸轮(26、28)的边缘区域(30a)之间的中部区域(30b)中在包含所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的轴向纵截面中具有弯曲的走势。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的凸轮轴,其特征在于,所述中间区域(30)在位于在其面向邻接的凸轮(26、28)的边缘区域(30a)之间的中部区域(30b)中在包含所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)的轴向纵截面中具有相对于所述凸轮轴(24)的纵轴线(25)倾斜的、直的走势。
7.根据权利要求1所述的凸轮轴,其特征在于,所述凸轮轴设置为用于泵。
8.一种泵,所述泵具有至少两个泵元件(12),所述泵元件分别具有一个泵活塞(18),并且所述泵具有凸轮轴(24),通过所述凸轮轴,所述泵活塞(18)至少间接地以升降运动的方式被驱动,其特征在于,所述凸轮轴(24)是根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的凸轮轴。
9.根据权利要求8所述的泵,其特征在于,所述泵是燃料高压泵。
