Abstract
本发明涉及一种光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,具体涉及一种在百叶窗叶片的一表面设置太阳能电池,从而可以进行太阳能发电,并以组装方式构成太阳能电池,从而可单独更换和维护太阳能电池的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件。为了实现该目的,本发明涉及的光伏发电用百叶窗包括:叶片框架(210),形成有安装槽板(211);多个太阳能电池板(220),在所述安装槽板(211)内沿着长度方向配置;以及固定部件(230),连接所述太阳能电池板(220)之间的电极(223)的同时,固定连接部位。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,具体涉及一种在百叶窗叶片的一表面设置太阳能电池,从而可以进行太阳能发电,并以组装方式构成太阳能电池,从而可单独更换和维护太阳能电池的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件。
背景技术
近年来,由于环境污染以及化石能源枯竭等问题,对开发环保替代能源以及未来能源的多元化等成为国际问题。
在这种背景下,利用太阳能的太阳能电池成为未来的有力替代能源而受瞩目,并且,随着太阳能电池的低廉化,相关全球市场规模正在迅速增长。
根据这种趋势,在先韩国授权专利第10-1364497号(公开日:2014.04.03)在先申请了可利用昼间的太阳能进行发电的光伏发电用百叶窗。
具体为,用于制造现有光伏发电用百叶窗的百叶窗叶片组件(slat)包括:叶片框架,形成有可安装太阳能电池的安装槽板,且具备连接在太阳能电池端子的引线;透明强化膜,覆盖所述叶片框架,从而保护安装的太阳能电池;电线接头,电连接所述引线和引出线。
但是,为了生产的便利性,现有光伏发电用百叶窗叶片在叶片框架上依次层叠太阳能电池以及透明强化膜后进行层压而制造为一体型,因此,在生产或使用中发生百叶窗叶片的不良时,很难更换或维修。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明旨在解决所述问题,提供一种光伏发电用百叶窗,其在百叶窗叶片的一表面设置太阳能电池,以进行太阳能发电,并通过以组装方式构成太阳能电池,从而可单独更换以及维护太阳能电池的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件。
技术方案
为了实现所述目的,本发明涉及的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件包括:叶片框架,形成有安装槽板;多个太阳能电池板,在所述安装槽板内沿着长度方向配置;以及固定部件,连接所述太阳能电池板之间的电极的同时,固定连接部位。
发明效果
根据本发明,在百叶窗叶片的一表面设置多个太阳能电池板,以进行太阳能发电,并以组装方式构成太阳能电池板,从而可单独更换以及维护太阳能电池板。
特别是,本发明涉及的百叶窗符合于将通过太阳能发电生成的直流转换为交流的韩国微型逆变器的最低规格,在一个百叶窗叶片串联连接多个太阳能电池板,而隔开设置于固定框架下侧的百叶窗叶片之间形成并联连接,从而可以适用于所述最低规格。

参照图1以及图2,本发明的一优选实施例涉及的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件200包括叶片框架210,太阳能电池板220,固定部件230以及侧盖240。
对本发明具体说明如下。
叶片框架210形成百叶窗叶片组件200的主要主体,一表面形成有安装槽板211,以便可以安装后述的多个太阳能电池板220。这种叶片框架210可以由合成树脂或铝材料形成。本发明中考虑到叶片框架210的耐久性或组装性等,将由铝材料形成的情况作为一例进行说明。此时,安装槽板211的内表面优选通过镀覆或者贴膜等进行绝缘处理。
太阳能电池板220沿着安装槽板211内的长度方向连续配置有多个。具体地,太阳能电池板220在上表面具备太阳能电池单元,从而形成集光面221,且底部两侧设置有背接触(back contact)方式的正负电极223。
此时,设置于太阳能电池板220的集光面221的太阳能电池单元沿着与太阳能电池板220的长度方向垂直的方向配置。因此,即使通过相邻的百叶窗叶片组件200在集光面221的上端或者下端的横向形成一部分的阴影,也不会对该太阳能电池板220的电力生产产生太大问题。即,太阳能电池板220的条状单元电池的长边沿着百叶窗叶片组件200的宽度方向以阵列方式排列,因此不会造成太阳能电池单元的整个区域被遮阴的现象。由此,太阳能电池板220的输出功率可能与阴影面积的比率对应地降低,但串联连接的太阳能电池单元中没有完全被遮阴的太阳能电池单元,因此可以防止整体输出功率明显降低的现象。
固定部件230将连续配置在安装槽板211的太阳能电池板220之间的电极223彼此连接,并固定太阳能电池板220的位置。
参照图3,固定部件230上对应地设置有插入凸起231,以便能够插入结合在位于叶片框架210的安装槽板211两侧的插入孔211a。这种固定部件230可以由合成树脂材料形成。
此时,插入凸起231的前端形成倾斜面,且插入孔211a形成在侧壁上,该侧壁通过将由铝材料形成的叶片框架210的两侧弯曲而成。因此,可将固定部件230的插入凸起231弹性插入结合在插入孔211a内。当然并非限定于这种结合方式,可将固定部件230的插入凸起231变更为卡扣(snap-fit)结合方式。
另外,固定部件230的一表面可以突出形成有加压凸起233。当固定部件230结合在叶片框架210时,加压凸起233以加压方式连接太阳能电池板220之间的电极223连接部位。
即,为了组装方便,太阳能电池板220配置成,使电极223连接部位彼此重叠,且重叠的电极223的连接部位在组装固定部件230时通过加压凸起233加压连接。因此,即使不通过焊接等方法固定太阳能电池板220之间的电极223,也可以只通过固定部件的230的组装来简单连接并固定。
参照图4,侧盖240组装在叶片框架210的两侧,对配置在安装槽板211的两侧的太阳能电池板220的端部进行固定和整饰。具体地,侧盖240上对应地设置有插入凸起241,以便插入结合在位于叶片框架210的安装槽板211两侧的插入孔211a中。这种侧盖240可以由合成树脂材料形成。
此时,侧盖240内设置有电连接多个百叶窗叶片组件200的连接器300。
参照图5,连接器300包括:连接部310,由导电材料制成,与太阳能电池板220的电极223连接;电线部320,一体设置在连接部310的另一侧,与相邻的百叶窗叶片组件200电连接;主体部330,由绝缘材料制成,用于包裹连接部310和电线部320的连接部位。
此时,所述连接部310的一侧设置有加压部311,以便在组装连接器300时,以加压太阳能电池板220的电极223上表面的方式接触连接。加压部311可形成为向下方弯曲的半圆形状。
即,连接器300无需通过其它焊接方式与太阳能电池板220的电极223连接,而通过所述加压部311的构造简易连接。当然,并非限定于这种形状,只要是可与电极223容易连接的结构,能够变更为各种形状。
另外,电线部320可以通过焊接等方式一体形成在连接部310的另一侧。作为另一实施例,如图6所示,电线部320能够以插入结合在弯曲形成于连接部310的另一侧的环部313内后,挤压环部313而固定电线部320的方式连接。
另外,主体部330可以通过插入注塑方式一体形成,以防止水或湿气等进入连接部310和电线部320的连接部位。
参照图7,叶片框架210和与其结合的侧盖240上分别设置有安装槽213、243,以便在组装侧盖240时将连接器300设置在安装槽213、243之间。具体地,主体部330的两侧形成有卡止凸起331,且侧盖240的安装槽243上形成有结合槽243a,以便安装主体部330两侧的卡止凸起331,从而防止主体部330的晃动。
如此,对适用具有所述结构的本发明的百叶窗叶片组件200的光伏发电用百叶窗1进行说明。
参照图8,本发明涉及的光伏发电用百叶窗1包括:固定框架100和多个百叶窗叶片组件200,所述多个百叶窗叶片组件200隔开设置于固定框架100的下侧。
固定框架100设置于和窗户相邻的天花板或窗框。这种固定框架100上连接设置有升降操作绳(未图示),用于对升降绳101进行升降操作;偏向操作工具(未图示),用于操作偏向绳103,以使百叶窗叶片组件200进行角度调整。
作为参考,升降操作绳用于对固定框架100内的固定有升降绳101一端的滚筒(未图示)进行旋转操作,通过滚筒的旋转,升降绳101被缠绕,从而将最下侧的百叶窗叶片组件200向上侧升高,由此,位于其上侧的多个百叶窗叶片组件200依次堆叠并上升。
偏向操作工具可以将固定框架100内的滚筒向顺时针方向或逆时针方向大致旋转半圈,通过这种操作,可以拉起形成为梯形的偏向绳103的任意一侧,从而对安装固定于偏向绳103的百叶窗叶片组件200的角度进行调整。
此时,所述升降操作绳和偏向操作工具为应用于百叶窗的通常的结构,但不限于所述方式,只要是容易升降百叶窗叶片组件200或调节角度的结构,可以以各种方式变更并应用。
参照图9,多个所述百叶窗叶片组件200通过升降绳101和偏向绳103隔开设置在固定框架100下侧,其一表面设置有太阳能电池板220。此时,升降绳101插入设置于沿着百叶窗叶片组件200的长度方向隔开形成的贯通孔201中。
具有所述结构的本发明的光伏发电用百叶窗1,在百叶窗叶片组件200的一表面连续设置有多个太阳能电池板220,从而可以进行太阳能发电,且以组装方式构成太阳能电池板220,从而可单独交换以及维护太阳能电池板220。
特别是,本发明涉及的百叶窗1符合于将通过太阳能发电生成的直流转换为交流的韩国微型逆变器的最低规格,在一个百叶窗叶片组件200串联连接多个太阳能电池板220,而隔开设置于固定框架100下侧的百叶窗叶片组件200之间形成并联连接,从而可以适用于所述最低规格。
作为一例,本发明中,在一个百叶窗叶片组件200上串联连接4个太阳能电池板220,且并联连接35个这种百叶窗叶片组件200,从而制造一个百叶窗1。并且,并联连接两套所述百叶窗1,从而能够满足韩国微型逆变器的电流规格,即20~50Vdc,12A。当然不限于此,也可以进行各种变更以满足用于光伏发电用百叶窗1相应的逆变器的最小规格。
以上对本发明的特定优选实施例进行了说明,但本发明并非限定于所述实施例,在不脱离本发明的技术思想的范围内,可以进行各种变更和修改。
Claims (9)
1.一种光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,包括:
叶片框架(210),形成有安装槽板(211);
多个太阳能电池板(220),在所述安装槽板(211)内沿着长度方向配置;以及
固定部件(230),连接所述太阳能电池板(220)之间的电极(223)的同时,固定连接部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
所述叶片框架(210)的两侧进一步包括侧盖(240),所述侧盖(240)用于固定并整饰所述太阳能电池板(220)的端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
所述叶片框架(210)由铝材料形成,所述安装槽板(211)的内表面通过镀覆或者贴膜进行绝缘处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
所述太阳能电池板(220)在上表面具备太阳能电池单元,从而形成集光面(221),
且底部两侧设置有背接触(back contact)方式的正负电极(223)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
所述固定部件(230)具备插入凸起(231),以便插入结合在位于所述安装槽板(211)两侧的插入孔(211a)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
所述固定部件(230)的一表面进一步包括加压凸起(233),以便加压并固定所述太阳能电池板(220)之间的电极(223)连接部位。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
所述侧盖(240)具备插入凸起(241),以便插入结合在位于所述安装槽板(211)两侧的插入孔(211a)中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
在所述侧盖(240)内进一步设置有连接器(300),所述连接器(300)用于电连接所述多个百叶窗叶片组件(200),
所述连接器(300)包括:
连接部(310),其由导体材料制成,且一侧与所述太阳能电池板(220)的电极(223)连接;
电线部(320),一体形成在所述连接部(310)的另一侧,且与相邻的百叶窗叶片组件(200)电连接;以及
主体部(330),其由绝缘材料制成,包裹所述连接部(310)和电线部(320)的连接部位。
9.根据权利要求8所述的光伏发电用百叶窗叶片组件,其特征在于,
所述连接部(310)的一侧进一步包括加压部(311),所述加压部(311)形成为弯曲状,用于以加压方式连接在所述太阳能电池板(220)的电极(223)。
