For example, as shown in fig. 2, two layers of combined vending apparatuses are disposed in the cabinet 50 along the vertical direction, and optionally, the first goods inlet 103 of each layer of combined vending apparatus is concentrated at the middle position of the cabinet to facilitate replenishment.
Further, a buffer member is provided on the tray 70. When the goods fall onto the tray 70, the goods can be prevented from being damaged by the buffering action of the buffering member. The buffer member can be made of flexible materials such as rubber and silica gel. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the first delivery track 30 of the lower modular vending apparatus is located at a higher position, and accordingly, a buffer member may be provided on the lower tray 70 to provide good buffer protection for the goods dropped from a high position.
In addition, in order to facilitate ordering by the customer, the cabinet door 60 is further provided with a touch screen 80 for ordering by self, and the touch screen 80 is electrically connected with the control unit. When ordering, the customer can select corresponding goods through the touch screen 80, after the goods are selected, the payment code (such as a two-dimensional code) appears on the touch screen 80, the customer can complete ordering through code scanning payment, the operation is simple and convenient, and quick ordering and goods delivery can be realized.
Further, the cabinet door 60 is provided with a plurality of buttons, and the buttons are in one-to-one correspondence with the first vending modules 10 and the second vending modules 20 and are triggered and matched with each other. After the customer selects the goods in the corresponding selling module through the button, the corresponding selling module can be triggered to discharge the goods. Optionally, the button can with display screen electric connection, through the corresponding goods back in the module of selling goods of button selection, can carry out the goods demonstration on touch-sensitive screen 80, and then the payment sign indicating number appears on touch-sensitive screen 80, the customer sweep the sign indicating number payment can. Optionally, a visual window is arranged on the cabinet, a customer can visually observe the goods discharging action of the combined type goods selling device through the visual window, the visual perception of the customer is improved, and the cabinet can be made of transparent materials integrally, so that the visual area is maximized. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the cabinet door 60 includes an upper door 61, a middle door 62 and a lower door 63 corresponding to the first vending module 10, and the cabinet 50 includes a side panel 51 corresponding to the second vending module 20, wherein the upper door 61, the middle door 62, the lower door 63 and the side panel 51 are made of transparent materials (e.g., organic glass) to form a visible window. Optionally, the first housing 11 and the second housing 21 are also made of transparent materials. In addition, a colored lamp can be arranged in the cabinet to further increase the visual perception of customers.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the vending machine further includes a refrigerating device 90 disposed in the cabinet, and the cabinet is provided with an exhaust port 501 for communicating with the outside. Refrigeration of goods such as beverages can be achieved by the refrigeration action of the refrigeration device 90, and heat dissipation can be performed through the exhaust port 501. For example, the refrigeration device 90 may be a refrigeration compressor disposed at the bottom of the assembled vending apparatus, and the cabinet 50 is correspondingly provided with an air outlet 501 at the rear side.
Further, a heat insulation layer made of heat insulation materials is arranged on the cabinet. The loss of cold air can be reduced through the heat-insulating layer, so that the cabinet is guaranteed to have a good refrigerating effect. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the cabinet door 60 is tightly closed with the cabinet body 50, the upper door surface 61, the middle door surface 62, the lower door surface 63 and the side panels 51 are all made of transparent materials to form a visual window, and the rest parts are all provided with heat insulation layers made of heat insulation materials, so that a good heat insulation and refrigeration effect can be achieved.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the first conveying mechanism of the first vending module 10 includes a first driving assembly and an annular first conveying chain 14, the first conveying chain 14 is disposed at an inner ring of the first housing 11, the first driving assembly is configured to drive the first conveying chain 14 to rotate along the first cargo way 101, and a plurality of first separating plates 15 are disposed at intervals on a surface of the first conveying chain 14 close to the first cargo way 101 along a length direction of the first conveying chain 14; the first vending module 10 further includes a first goods-in detector 16 disposed adjacent to the first goods-in opening 103, and a first goods-out detector 17 disposed adjacent to the first goods-out opening 104, wherein the first goods-in detector 16, the first goods-out detector 17, and the first driving assembly are electrically connected to the control unit respectively.
The first conveying mechanism may divide the annular first cargo channel 101 into a plurality of independent cargo storage compartments by a plurality of first dividing plates 15, and each of the cargo storage compartments may be used for individually placing the cargo. In the full state, the number of the stored goods is two less than the number of the first partition plates 15. The first driving assembly drives the first conveying chain 14 to rotate, so that the first separating plate 15 can push the goods at the front side to move. The first partition 15 at the first shipment port 104 may block the goods located upstream of the first shipment port 104 during shipment to ensure that only the goods rotated to the first shipment port 104 can be taken out at a time. The first conveying mechanism is simple in integral structure and low in manufacturing cost, and goods cannot be jammed in the process of shipment.
The first incoming detector 16 is used for detecting the condition of the goods near the first incoming port 103, and the first outgoing detector 17 is used for detecting the condition of the goods near the first outgoing port 104. Specifically, the first goods-in detector 16 is configured to detect whether goods enter the first goods-in port 103, and send a first signal to the control unit when detecting that the goods enter the first goods-in port; the first shipment detector 17 is configured to detect whether an article is present in the storage compartment immediately upstream of the first shipment port 104, and to send a second signal to the control unit when detecting the presence of an article. The first incoming detector 16 and the first outgoing detector 17 may employ touch sensors or other non-contact sensors to detect the condition of the goods.
The operation principle of the first vending module 10 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6.
In the initial full-stock state, when the control unit receives a shipment instruction, the control unit controls the first driving assembly to start, the first driving assembly drives the first conveying chain 14 to rotate (counterclockwise in fig. 6), and the first partition plate 15 located at the first shipment port 104 moves downward, so as to move the goods located above the first partition plate 15 to the first shipment port 104 to realize shipment.
When the first cargo way 101 is in an empty state and needs to be restocked, the cargo is put into the first cargo inlet 103, and at this time, the first cargo detector 16 detects the cargo at the first cargo inlet 103 and sends out a first signal, the control unit receives the first signal and then controls the first driving assembly to start, the first driving assembly drives the first conveying chain 14 to rotate (anticlockwise rotation in fig. 6) so as to move the first partition 15 at the first cargo inlet 103 to the right side until the just-put cargo moves to a right grid, and then sequentially loads the cargo until the first-stored cargo moves to the cargo storage grid immediately above the first cargo outlet 104, at this time, the first cargo detector 17 detects the cargo and sends out a second signal, the control unit receives the second signal and then controls the first driving assembly to keep a stopped state, at this time, even if the first cargo detector 16 detects that the first cargo inlet 103 exists, the control unit will not activate the first drive assembly.
When the first goods passage 101 is in a remaining goods state and needs to be restocked, the control unit controls the first driving assembly to be started so as to drive goods in the first goods passage 101 to rotate until the first goods inlet detector 16 and the first goods outlet detector 17 do not detect the goods, at the moment, the last goods (namely, the goods farthest from the first goods outlet 104 before restocking) are arranged and moved to the goods storage grid on the right side of the first goods inlet 103, and then the restocking is carried out according to the steps.
In the first vending module 10 of this embodiment, the first conveying chain 14 is provided with a plurality of first partition plates 15, so that the first goods passage 101 can be divided into a plurality of independent goods storage grids, each goods storage grid can be used for placing goods, and the quantity of the stored goods is large; the first goods inlet detector 16, the first goods outlet detector 17 and the control unit are matched to orderly control the operation of the first conveying mechanism, and the first conveying mechanism drives the first conveying chain 14 to rotate through the first driving assembly, so that goods in the first goods channel 101 can be moved to a specified position, and the automatic goods outlet and replenishment functions can be realized. The first goods selling module 10 is simple in structure, low in failure rate, not prone to blocking goods, large in quantity of stored goods and capable of effectively improving goods supplementing efficiency.
In one embodiment, two first position sensors 18 are disposed on the first housing 11, and the two first position sensors 18 are used for positioning the movement of the first partition plate 15 at the first cargo inlet 103; therefore, the first separating plate 15 at the first goods inlet 103 can be ensured to move every time to push the goods just put into the goods storage grid close to the downstream of the first goods inlet 103, and every time the goods are put into the goods storage grid, so that the accuracy of goods feeding is ensured, and the goods supplementing efficiency can be further improved. The two first position sensors 18 may be specifically photoelectric sensors, hall sensors, and the like.
Further, two second position sensors 19 are disposed on the first housing 11, and the two second position sensors 19 are used for positioning the movement of the partition plate at the first cargo outlet 104. So, can guarantee that the distance that first shipment mouth 104 department first division board 15 removed at every turn just can remove the goods in the first shipment mouth 104 upper reaches storage grid of next proximity to first shipment mouth 104 department to can guarantee smooth shipment, promote shipment efficiency. The two second position sensors 19 may be specifically a photoelectric sensor, a hall sensor, or the like.
Alternatively, the first dividing plates 15 are disposed obliquely with respect to the first conveyor chain 14, and each of the first dividing plates 15 is inclined toward the same side in the conveying direction of the first conveyor chain 14. Therefore, the goods can be guided to a certain extent during the goods feeding and discharging. Further, a cargo discharging plate 111 may be disposed on the first housing 11 corresponding to the first cargo discharging opening 104, the cargo discharging plate 111 is configured to bridge with the corresponding first partition plate 15, and a side of the cargo discharging plate 111 away from the first partition plate 15 is inclined downward. When shipped, the goods can slide out of the first shipment port 104 along the first partition 15 and the shipment plate 111 for easy access by customers.
Alternatively, the delivery plate 111 may be rotatably coupled to the first housing 11, and the rotation angle of the delivery plate 111 may be adjustable. So, when the surplus goods state is mended, rotate shipment board 111 to vertical state earlier, then adjust the goods to being located the storage goods check of first mouth 103 low reaches of stocking, in this in-process, shipment board 111 can half seal first mouth 104 and first mouth 103 of stocking to can prevent that the goods from falling out when passing through first mouth 103 of stocking or first mouth 104 of stocking.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first housing 11 is substantially rectangular and annular, the inner annular wall of the first housing 11 is provided with a first clearance groove, and the first conveying chain 14 is disposed in the first clearance groove. The first driving assembly comprises a first driving motor 12 and four first gears 13, each first gear 13 is matched with one of the first conveying chains 14 to tension the first conveying chains 14, each first gear 13 is meshed with the first conveying chain 14, the first driving motor 12 is in driving connection with one of the first gears 13, and the first driving motor 12 is electrically connected with the control unit. The control unit can control the start and stop of the first driving motor 12, the first driving motor 12 drives the first gear 13 to rotate, and then the first conveying chain 14 can be driven to rotate so as to move goods to corresponding positions. The first conveying mechanism is simple in overall structure and reliable in transmission, and stable conveying of goods can be guaranteed.
Optionally, four corners of the inner annular wall of the first housing 11 are respectively provided with a first fixing seat, each first fixing seat includes two first mounting plates 112, the two first mounting plates 112 are respectively located at two sides of the first clearance slot in the width direction, and each first gear 13 is fixed between the two first mounting plates 112 through a bearing. The mounting stability of the first gear 13 can be ensured through the matching of the two first mounting plates 112 and the bearings, so that the transmission between the first gear 13 and the first conveying chain 14 is more stable and reliable.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in an embodiment, the second goods passage 201 of the second vending module 20 is annularly disposed, the second conveying mechanism includes a second driving assembly and an annular second conveying chain 24, the second conveying chain 24 is disposed in the second housing 21, the second driving assembly is configured to drive the second conveying chain 24 to rotate along the second goods passage 201, and a plurality of second partition plates 25 are disposed at intervals along a length direction of the second conveying chain 24 on a surface of the second conveying chain 24 close to the second goods passage 201; the second vending module 20 further includes a second input detector 26 disposed adjacent to the second input port 202, and a second output detector 27 disposed adjacent to the second output port 203, wherein the second input detector 26, the second output detector 27 and the second driving assembly are electrically connected to the control unit respectively.
The circular second cargo channel 201 may be partitioned into a plurality of independent storage compartments, each of which may be used to separately place the goods, by a plurality of second partition plates 25. In the full state, the number of stored goods is two less than the number of the second partition panels 25. The second driving assembly drives the second conveying chain 2424 to rotate, so that the second partition 25 pushes the goods at the front side to move. When the goods are delivered, the second separation plate 25 at the second delivery port 203 can separate the goods located at the upstream of the second delivery port 203, so that only the goods rotated to the second delivery port 203 can be taken out at each time. The second conveying mechanism is simple in overall structure and low in manufacturing cost, and goods cannot be jammed during shipment.
The second incoming detector 26 is configured to detect a condition of the item proximate to the second incoming opening 202, and the second outgoing detector 27 is configured to detect a condition of the item proximate to the second outgoing opening 203. Specifically, the second goods-in detector 26 is configured to detect whether goods enter the second goods-in port 202, and send a first signal to the control unit when detecting that goods enter; the second shipment detector 27 is configured to detect whether an article is present in the storage compartment immediately upstream of the second shipment port 203, and to send a second signal to the control unit when detecting the presence of the article. The second incoming detector 26 and the second outgoing detector 27 may employ touch sensors or other non-contact sensors to detect the condition of the goods.
The operation of the second vending module 20 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 8.
Under initial full goods state, when the control unit received shipment instruction, the control unit control second drive assembly started, and second drive assembly drives second conveying chain 24 and rotates (clockwise rotation as in fig. 8), is located the second division board 25 on second shipment mouth 203 right side and moves left to with the goods on second shipment mouth 203 right side move left, under the effect of gravity, goods fall out and realize the shipment from second shipment mouth 203.
When the second cargo way 201 is in an empty state and needs to be restocked, the cargo is put into the second cargo inlet 202, the second cargo detector detects the cargo at the second cargo inlet 202 and sends a first signal, the control unit receives the first signal and then controls the second driving assembly to start, the second driving assembly drives the second conveying chain 24 to rotate (clockwise rotation in fig. 8) so as to move the second separation plate 25 at the second cargo inlet 202 to the right until the just-put cargo moves to the right for one lattice, the cargo is put in sequence until the first-stored cargo moves to the cargo storage lattice at the right side of the second cargo outlet 203, the second cargo detector 27 detects the cargo and sends a second signal, the control unit receives the second signal and then controls the second driving assembly to keep a stop state, at this time, even if the second cargo detector detects the second cargo inlet 202, the control unit will not activate the second drive assembly.
In addition, a blocking plate may be further disposed at the second outlet 203 to open or close the second outlet 203. Thus, when the second cargo channel 201 is in a residual cargo state and needs to be restocked, the second cargo outlet 203 is blocked by the blocking plate first, so as to prevent the cargo from falling out when passing through. The control unit controls the second driving assembly to start to drive the goods in the second goods passage 201 to rotate until the second goods inlet detector 26 and the second goods outlet detector 27 do not detect the goods, at this time, the last goods (i.e. the goods farthest from the second goods outlet 203 before replenishment) is moved to the goods storage grid on the right side of the second goods inlet 202, and then replenishment is carried out according to the steps.
The second vending module 20 may divide the second goods passage 201 into a plurality of independent goods storage compartments by disposing a plurality of second partition boards 25 on the second conveying chain 24, each of the goods storage compartments may be used for placing goods, and the number of the stored goods is large; the second goods-in detector 26, the second goods-out detector 27 and the control unit are matched to orderly control the operation of the second conveying mechanism, and the second conveying mechanism drives the second conveying chain 24 to rotate through the second driving component, so that the goods in the second goods channel 201 can be moved to a specified position, and the automatic goods-out and goods-supplementing functions can be realized. This second module of selling goods 20 simple structure, the fault rate is low, is difficult for producing the card goods, and the goods quantity that can deposit is many, still can effectively promote the benefit goods efficiency simultaneously.
Further, two third position sensors 28 are disposed on the second housing 21, and the two third position sensors 28 are used for positioning the movement of the second partition plate 25 at the second cargo inlet 202. Thus, the distance of each movement of the second partition plate 25 at the second goods inlet 202 can be ensured to push the just-put goods to move to the goods storage grid which is close to the downstream of the second goods inlet 202, and each time the goods are put into the goods storage grid, so that the accuracy of goods inlet is ensured, and the goods supplementing efficiency can be further improved. The third position sensor 28 may be a photoelectric sensor, a hall sensor, or the like.
Further, two fourth position sensors 29 are disposed on the second housing 21, and the two fourth position sensors 29 are used for positioning the movement of the second separation plate 25 at the second cargo outlet 203. So, can guarantee that second shipment mouth 203 department second division board 25 every time the distance of removing just can remove the goods in the storage grid of the second shipment mouth 203 upper reaches of close proximity to second shipment mouth 203 department to can guarantee smooth shipment, promote shipment efficiency. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in an embodiment, the second housing 21 is a horizontally extending elongated annular body, a second cargo channel 201 is formed inside the second housing 21, an inner ring of the second housing 21 encloses a horizontally extending strip-shaped cavity, a second clearance groove is formed on the inner ring of the second housing 21, the second conveying chain 24 is a horizontally extending strip-shaped annular body, and the second conveying chain 24 is disposed in the second clearance groove. The second driving assembly comprises a second driving motor 22 and at least two second gears 23, the second gears 23 are horizontally arranged at intervals, the second gears 23 are matched to tension the second conveying chain 24, each second gear 23 is meshed with the second conveying chain 24, the second driving motor 22 is in driving connection with one of the second gears 23, and the second driving motor 22 is electrically connected with the control unit. The control unit can control the start and stop of the second driving motor 22, the second driving motor 22 drives the second gear 23 to rotate, and then the second conveying chain 24 can be driven to rotate, so that the goods can be moved to the corresponding position. The second conveying mechanism is simple in overall structure and reliable in transmission, and stable conveying of goods can be guaranteed.
Optionally, the two ends and the middle portion of the bar-shaped cavity of the second housing 21 are respectively provided with a second fixing seat, each second fixing seat includes two second mounting plates 211, the two second mounting plates 211 are respectively located at two sides of the width direction of the second clearance groove, and each second gear 23 is fixed between the two second mounting plates 211 through a bearing. The mounting stability of the second gear 2323 can be ensured through the matching of the two second mounting plates 211 and the bearing, so that the transmission between the second gear 23 and the second conveying chain 24 is more stable and reliable.

the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism are respectively electrically connected with the control unit.

The vending machine of claim 2, wherein the combined vending apparatus further comprises a first delivery track and a second delivery track, the first delivery track is disposed inside the cabinet door and below the first delivery port, the second delivery track is disposed inside the cabinet and below the second delivery port, the first delivery track is used for conveying goods output from the first delivery port, the second delivery track is used for conveying goods output from the second delivery port, an output end of the first delivery track and an output end of the second delivery track point to the same output position, a tray is disposed below the output position corresponding to the inside of the cabinet door, and a position corresponding to the tray on the cabinet door is provided with a delivery port.

The vending machine of claim 3, wherein the first discharge track includes two first rails disposed opposite to each other, and at least two first rollers disposed between the two first rails, two ends of each first roller being rotatably connected to the two first rails, respectively, and each first rail being inclined downward toward the second discharge track; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second delivery track comprises two second guide rails which are oppositely arranged and at least two second rollers which are arranged between the two second guide rails, two ends of each second roller are respectively rotatably connected with the two second guide rails, and each second guide rail is gradually inclined downwards towards the direction close to the first delivery track.

The vending machine according to claim 3, wherein at least two layers of the combined vending apparatuses are disposed in the cabinet body along a vertical direction, the cabinet door is provided with one of the access ports corresponding to each layer of the combined vending apparatuses, and the tray is disposed inside each of the access ports.
6. A vending machine according to claim 3 wherein the tray is provided with cushioning means.
7. The vending machine of claim 2, wherein the cabinet door is further provided with a touch screen for ordering bills by oneself, and the touch screen is electrically connected with the control unit.
8. The vending machine of claim 2, wherein the cabinet door has a plurality of buttons, and the buttons are in one-to-one correspondence with the first vending module and the second vending module and are in triggering engagement with the first vending module and the second vending module.
9. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein the cabinet is provided with a window or is made entirely of a transparent material.
10. The vending machine of claim 1, further comprising a refrigeration device disposed within the cabinet, the cabinet having an exhaust port for communicating with the outside.
11. The vending machine of claim 10, wherein the cabinet is provided with an insulating layer of insulating material.

The vending machine of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the first conveying mechanism includes a first driving assembly and an endless first conveying chain, the first conveying chain is disposed at an inner ring of the first housing, the first driving assembly is configured to drive the first conveying chain to rotate along the first channel, and a plurality of first partition plates are disposed at intervals along a length direction of the first conveying chain at a side of the first conveying chain close to the first channel; the first vending module further comprises a first goods inlet detector and a first goods outlet detector, wherein the first goods inlet detector is arranged close to the first goods inlet, the first goods outlet detector is arranged close to the first goods outlet, and the first goods inlet detector, the first goods outlet detector and the first driving assembly are electrically connected with the control unit respectively.

The vending machine according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the second channel is disposed annularly, the second conveying mechanism includes a second driving assembly and an endless second conveying chain, the second conveying chain is disposed in the second housing, the second driving assembly is configured to drive the second conveying chain to rotate along the second channel, and a plurality of second partition plates are disposed at intervals along a length direction of the second conveying chain on a surface of the second conveying chain close to the second channel; the second vending module further comprises a second goods inlet detector and a second goods outlet detector, the second goods inlet detector is arranged close to the second goods inlet, the second goods outlet detector is arranged close to the second goods outlet, and the second goods inlet detector, the second goods outlet detector and the second driving assembly are electrically connected with the control unit respectively.
15. The vending machine of claim 14, wherein two third position sensors are provided on the second housing for positioning movement of the second divider plate at the second access opening; and/or two fourth position sensors are arranged on the second shell and used for positioning the movement of the second separation plate at the second cargo outlet.
