after receiving an assistance application instruction sent by the owner client, judging whether the enterprise client reads the target quality inspection report within a preset reading duration;
and if the enterprise client reads the target quality inspection report within a preset reading time, establishing communication connection between the owner client and the enterprise client through the instant communication platform.
Understandably, the instant messaging platform is a communication platform which can be used for quickly transmitting information between an owner client and an enterprise client.
In this embodiment, after the owner views the target quality inspection report, an application instruction for assisting in answering questions can be sent to the client corresponding to the installation enterprise in the house where the owner is located (received by the installation enterprise client corresponding to the installation enterprise) through the owner client where the owner is located, and finally, communication connection between the owner client and the installation enterprise client can be established, so that questions caused by decoration can be reduced as much as possible through communication between the two parties.

the conversion module 13 is configured to, when receiving a first card punching record of the quality inspection team on the geographical information of the house, allocate a quality inspection project of the house to be quality inspected to a quality inspection worker of the quality inspection team in the first card punching record according to the overall house decoration information, convert first quality inspection data of the quality inspection project uploaded by the quality inspection worker into record data of the quality inspection project, and record a quality inspection progress of the quality inspection project; the house to be inspected comprises at least one quality inspection item;
the first generating module 14 is configured to, when the quality inspection progress of all the quality inspection projects is completed, obtain a completion time point of each completed quality inspection project and all the recorded data, obtain an owner self-inspection method for the quality inspection project from a data map relationship, and generate a target quality inspection report according to the completion time point, the recorded data, and the owner self-inspection method.
Further, the first determining module comprises:
the generation submodule is used for generating all quality inspection items of the house to be inspected according to the integral decoration information of the house and finishing working duration corresponding to each quality inspection item;
the first determining submodule is used for acquiring geographic position information in team information of all the quality control teams, determining a preset service range of the house to be subjected to quality control according to the house geographic information, and determining all the quality control teams in the preset service range according to the geographic position information;
the recording submodule is used for acquiring the quality inspection duty and idle period information of each quality inspection worker in the team information of all the quality inspection teams in the preset service range, determining the quality inspection worker which completes the quality inspection of each quality inspection project earliest in each quality inspection team in the preset service range according to the quality inspection duty and idle period information of each quality inspection worker and the completion working time corresponding to each quality inspection project, and simultaneously recording the earliest quality inspection period for the quality inspection worker to complete the quality inspection of each quality inspection project earliest in each quality inspection team;
and the second determining submodule is used for determining a quality inspection team which completes the quality inspection of the house to be inspected earliest according to the earliest quality inspection construction period for completing the quality inspection of each quality inspection project earliest by quality inspection personnel of each quality inspection team in the preset service range, and determining a first quality inspection completion construction period for completing the quality inspection of the house to be inspected by the quality inspection team.
Further, the conversion module includes:
the third determining submodule is used for determining the number and identity information of quality testing personnel of the quality testing team reaching the house geographic information from the first card punching record and determining the quality testing responsibility of the quality testing personnel according to the identity information;
and the distribution submodule is used for distributing the quality inspection items of the house to be inspected for the quality inspection personnel of the quality inspection team by combining the house overall decoration information, the number of the quality inspection personnel and the quality inspection responsibility of the quality inspection personnel.
Further, the decoration quality inspection report generation system further includes:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a progress value corresponding to the quality inspection progress of the quality inspection project when the quality inspection progress of all the quality inspection projects is incomplete;
and the updating module is used for distributing the quality inspection items of the house to be subjected to quality inspection for the quality inspection personnel of the quality inspection team in the second card punching record according to the progress values of all the quality inspection items when receiving the second card punching record of the geographical information of the house of the quality inspection team, converting the distributed second quality inspection data of the quality inspection items uploaded by the quality inspection personnel into the record data of the quality inspection items, and updating the quality inspection progress of the quality inspection items.
Further, the conversion module includes:
the series submodule is used for acquiring the first quality inspection data uploaded by the quality inspection personnel according to the quality inspection projects, filtering various types of the first quality inspection data in each quality inspection project, and then serially connecting the filtered first quality inspection data into the record data.
Further, the decoration quality inspection report generation system further includes:
the second determination module is used for determining that the house to be inspected completes quality inspection on time when the completion time points of all the quality inspection projects are within the first quality inspection completion construction period;
and the sending module is used for determining that the house to be subjected to quality inspection is subjected to the overdue quality inspection when the completion time point of at least one quality inspection project exceeds the first quality inspection completion construction period, and sending a preset warning prompt to the quality inspection team corresponding to the house to be subjected to quality inspection.
Further, the decoration quality inspection report generation system further includes:
the sending module is used for sending the target quality inspection report to the owner client and the enterprise client simultaneously through the instant messaging platform;
the judging module is used for judging whether the enterprise client side reads the target quality inspection report within a preset reading duration or not after receiving an assistance application instruction sent by the owner client side;
and the establishing module is used for establishing communication connection between the owner client and the enterprise client through the instant communication platform if the enterprise client reads the target quality inspection report within a preset reading duration.
Further, the decoration quality inspection report generation system further includes:
the second generation module is used for regenerating a second quality inspection completion period according to the quality inspection condition of the unqualified quality inspection item displayed in the target quality inspection report;
the first reducing module is used for generating a secondary quality inspection report after performing secondary quality inspection on the unqualified quality inspection items which are newly assembled and repaired if the refitting information which is fed back by the assembling client and aims at the unqualified quality inspection items is received within the second quality inspection completion construction period; if the secondary unqualified quality inspection condition of the quality inspection item which is unqualified again appears in the secondary quality inspection report, the recommendation score of the loading enterprise corresponding to the loading enterprise client is recommended to the owner client; the higher the recommendation score is, the higher the recommended priority of the entrepreneur corresponding to the entrepreneur client is;
and the second reducing module is used for directly reducing the recommendation score of the assembly enterprise corresponding to the assembly enterprise client to the owner client if the refitting information which is fed back by the assembly enterprise client and aims at the unqualified quality inspection item cannot be received within the second quality inspection completion period.
For specific limitations of the decoration quality inspection report generation system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the decoration quality inspection report generation method, which will not be described herein again. All or part of the modules in the decoration quality inspection report generation system can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the foregoing division of the functional modules is merely illustrated, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the system is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above described functions.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a decoration quality inspection report is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after a quality inspection application instruction of a house to be subjected to quality inspection sent by an owner client is received, acquiring geographical information of the house and overall decoration information of the house, corresponding to the house to be subjected to quality inspection, from the quality inspection application instruction;
acquiring team information of all quality control teams, and determining the quality control teams and a first quality control completion period for the house to be subjected to quality control according to the house overall decoration information, the house geographic information and the team information of the quality control teams;
when a first card punching record of the quality testing team on the geographical information of the house is received, distributing a quality testing project of the house to be subjected to quality testing for quality testing personnel of the quality testing team in the first card punching record according to the overall decoration information of the house, converting first quality testing data of the quality testing project uploaded by the quality testing personnel into recording data of the quality testing project and recording the quality testing progress of the quality testing project; the house to be inspected comprises at least one quality inspection item;
and when the quality inspection progress of all the quality inspection projects is finished, acquiring the finishing time point of each finished quality inspection project and all the recorded data, acquiring the owner self-inspection method of the quality inspection projects from the data map relation, and generating a target quality inspection report according to the finishing time point, the recorded data and the owner self-inspection method.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the quality inspection team and the first quality inspection completion period for the house to be inspected according to the house overall decoration information, the house geographic information and team information of the quality inspection team comprises:
generating all quality inspection items of the house to be quality inspected and the finishing work duration corresponding to each quality inspection item according to the integral house decoration information;
acquiring geographic position information in team information of all quality control teams, determining a preset service range of the house to be subjected to quality control according to the house geographic information, and determining all quality control teams belonging to the preset service range according to the geographic position information;
obtaining quality inspection duty and idle period information of each quality inspection worker in team information of all quality inspection teams in the preset service range, determining the quality inspection worker who completes the quality inspection of each quality inspection project earliest in the quality inspection teams in the preset service range according to the quality inspection duty and idle period information of each quality inspection worker and the completion working time length corresponding to each quality inspection project, and simultaneously recording the earliest quality inspection working period for the quality inspection worker to complete the quality inspection of each quality inspection project earliest in each quality inspection team;
according to the earliest quality inspection construction period for the quality inspection personnel of each quality inspection team in the preset service range to finish the quality inspection of each quality inspection project earliest, determining a quality inspection team for finishing the quality inspection of the house to be inspected earliest and a first quality inspection finishing construction period for finishing the quality inspection of the house to be inspected by the quality inspection team.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of assigning quality control items of the house to be quality-controlled to quality control personnel of the quality control team in the first card-punching record comprises:
determining the number and identity information of quality testing personnel of the quality testing team reaching the geographical information of the house from the first card punching record, and determining the quality testing responsibility of the quality testing personnel according to the identity information;
and distributing the quality inspection items of the house to be inspected to quality inspection personnel of the quality inspection team by combining the house overall decoration information, the number of the quality inspection personnel and the quality inspection responsibility of the quality inspection personnel.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising, after converting the first quality inspection data of the quality inspection item uploaded by the quality inspector into the record data of the quality inspection item and recording the quality inspection progress of the quality inspection item:
when the quality inspection progress of all the quality inspection projects is incomplete, acquiring a progress value corresponding to the quality inspection progress of the quality inspection projects;
when a second card-punching record of the quality inspection team on the geographical information of the house is received, the quality inspection projects of the house to be quality inspected are distributed to quality inspection personnel of the quality inspection team in the second card-punching record according to the progress values of all the quality inspection projects, second quality inspection data of the distributed quality inspection projects uploaded by the quality inspection personnel are converted into record data of the quality inspection projects, and meanwhile, the quality inspection progress of the quality inspection projects is updated.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of converting the first quality inspection data of the quality inspection item uploaded by the quality inspector into the record data of the quality inspection item comprises:
and acquiring the first quality inspection data uploaded by the quality inspection personnel according to the quality inspection projects, filtering various types of the first quality inspection data in each quality inspection project, and connecting the filtered first quality inspection data in series into the recording data.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising, after the time point of completion of each quality control item that has been completed, the step of:
when the completion time points of all the quality inspection projects are within the first quality inspection completion construction period, determining that the house to be inspected completes quality inspection on time;
and when the completion time point of at least one quality inspection project exceeds the first quality inspection completion construction period, determining that the house to be inspected is overdue to complete quality inspection, and sending a preset warning prompt to the quality inspection team corresponding to the house to be inspected.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after generating the target quality inspection report:
sending the target quality inspection report to the owner client and the enterprise client simultaneously through an instant messaging platform;
after receiving an assistance application instruction sent by the owner client, judging whether the enterprise client reads the target quality inspection report within a preset reading duration;
and if the enterprise client reads the target quality inspection report within a preset reading time, establishing communication connection between the owner client and the enterprise client through the instant communication platform.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, further comprising, after the establishing of the communication connection between the owner client and the installation and enterprise client through the instant messaging platform, the steps of:
regenerating a second quality inspection completion period according to the quality inspection condition of the unqualified quality inspection item displayed in the target quality inspection report;
if the refitting information which is fed back by the assembling client and aims at the unqualified quality inspection items is received within the second quality inspection completion construction period, a secondary quality inspection report is generated after secondary quality inspection is carried out on the unqualified quality inspection items which are refitted; if the secondary unqualified quality inspection condition of the quality inspection item which is unqualified again appears in the secondary quality inspection report, the recommendation score of the loading enterprise corresponding to the loading enterprise client is recommended to the owner client; the higher the recommendation score is, the higher the recommended priority of the entrepreneur corresponding to the entrepreneur client is;
and if the refitting information fed back by the enterprise installing client aiming at the unqualified quality inspection items cannot be received within the second quality inspection completion construction period, directly reducing the recommendation score of the enterprise corresponding to the enterprise installing client to the owner client.
9. A decoration quality inspection report generation system is characterized by comprising the following modules:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the house geographic information and the house integral decoration information of a house to be subjected to quality inspection corresponding to an owner client from a quality inspection application instruction after receiving the quality inspection application instruction of the house to be subjected to quality inspection sent by the owner client;
the first determining module is used for acquiring team information of all quality inspection teams, and determining the quality inspection teams and a first quality inspection completion period for the house to be subjected to quality inspection according to the house overall decoration information, the house geographic information and the team information of the quality inspection teams;
the conversion module is used for distributing a quality inspection project of the house to be quality inspected for quality inspection personnel of the quality inspection team in the first card punching record according to the overall house decoration information when the first card punching record of the quality inspection team on the house geographic information is received, converting the first quality inspection data of the quality inspection project uploaded by the quality inspection personnel into the record data of the quality inspection project and recording the quality inspection progress of the quality inspection project; the house to be inspected comprises at least one quality inspection item;
and the first generation module is used for acquiring the completion time point of each finished quality inspection project and all the recorded data when the quality inspection progress of all the quality inspection projects is finished, acquiring the owner self-inspection method of the quality inspection projects from a data map relation, and generating a target quality inspection report according to the completion time point, the recorded data and the owner self-inspection method.
