2) waste solid residues in the sulfate rectification residues are put into a waste solid combustor (11), a combustion improver is combusted in an auxiliary combustion device to provide heat for the waste solid combustor, and the waste solid residues and primary combustion-supporting air are mixed and sprayed into a cyclone incineration zone (1) for incineration;
3) waste gas in the sulfate rectification residues is introduced into a waste gas combustor (13) to be mixed with primary air of the waste gas and blown into a cyclone incineration area (1) for incineration;
4) the sulfate rectification residues are incinerated in a cyclone incineration zone (1) to remove organic wastes, sulfate is decomposed into metal oxide, sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide, and the metal oxide flows into a boiling reduction zone (2) in a molten state;
5) in the boiling reduction zone (2), reducing gas is introduced, and the metal oxide is reduced into a metal simple substance;
6) the reacted reducing gas and the incineration flue gas enter subsequent treatment equipment through a high-temperature flue gas discharge port (24);
7) the metal simple substance is recovered by a furnace bottom slag cooling device (23).

The integrated sulfate distillation residue incineration and reduction process as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sulfate distillation residue comprises one or more of ferrous sulfate distillation residue, ferric sulfate distillation residue and copper sulfate distillation residue; the reducing gas comprises carbon monoxide or hydrogen; the combustion improver comprises natural gas or gas.
8. The sulfate rectification residue incineration and reduction integrated process as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature in the cyclone incineration zone (1) is more than or equal to 1100 ℃, and the incineration flue gas outlet temperature is more than or equal to 1100 ℃.
9. The sulfate rectification residue incineration and reduction integrated process as claimed in claim 6, wherein the reducing gas is introduced, and a gap between metal oxide material layers is 300mm, so that a reduction pool is formed.
10. The sulfate rectification residue incineration and reduction integrated process as claimed in claim 9, wherein the temperature in the reduction tank is 1100-1150 ℃, and the oxidation-reduction reaction time of the metal oxide and the reducing gas is more than 2 s.
