Abstract

本发明公开了多通道分流阀,包括阀体、阀芯、电机、油泵、油路组合体、油缸;阀体为圆筒状壳体,侧壁设有多个与其内部连通的外通道;阀芯为圆棒状设于阀体内;阀芯外壁与阀体内壁紧贴;阀芯上设有多个内通道;电机的输出轴伸至阀体内通过联轴器与油泵连接;油缸包括缸筒和活塞杆;活塞杆末端与阀芯一端连接;活塞杆上套设有固定套;固定套与联轴器通过铰接连杆连接。本发明的有益效果是:通过电机和油泵驱动单个阀芯的旋转和伸缩以控制阀芯与阀体的有效配合,阀芯的控制更灵活;且阀芯上设有与设于阀体上的多个外通道配合的多个内通道,单阀芯多通道的结构降低了故障率,减小了体积,同时圆棒状的阀芯也提高了通道可设定数量。

多通道分流阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀体技术领域,尤其涉及多通道分流阀。
背景技术
为了实现对多种不同液体或气体的分流控制,通常需要使用多个通道的分流阀体,现有多通道分流阀通常是一个阀体内设有多个单独控制的阀芯,通过控制不同的阀芯开闭实现对各通道的流量控制,这种分流阀由于阀芯过多,故障率高,且占用体积大;单个阀体上可设置的阀芯数量有限,且受到阀芯结构影响,阀芯设置在阀体上的位置也会受到限制,这将影响到分流阀的外接管道的布置。另外,现有的一种分流阀采用设置在阀体外的液压泵作为驱动件,由于液压系统易漏油,因此对于分流阀设置环境要求较高的场合,比如饮料分流系统中,与分流阀连接的液压泵、油箱、油缸及相应的油管需要设置在较远区域,由于油管较长,不仅影响控制精度,也增加维护成本。还有一种分流阀采用电机驱动阀芯转动实现对阀门开闭的控制,但这种控制方式使得通道只能设置在阀芯周向一圈,无法设置更多的通道,限制了通道数量;现有分流阀缺乏一种阀芯既可以轴向位移又可以周向位移的多通道分流阀。
发明内容
大,通道数量有限的问题,提供一种单阀芯多通道,体积小,密封性好的多通道分流阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明所设计的多通道分流阀,包括阀体、阀芯、电机、油泵、油路组合体、油缸;
所述阀体为圆筒状壳体,其一端设有密封底座;阀体侧壁设有多个与其内部连通的外通道;
所述阀芯为圆棒状设于阀体内;所述阀芯外壁与阀体内壁紧贴;所述阀芯上设有多个沿径向或平行于径向贯穿阀芯的内通道;
所述电机安装于所述密封底座上,且电机的输出轴伸至所述阀体内;
所述油泵通过联轴器与所述电机的输出轴连接;所述油泵与所述油路组合体连接;所述油缸包括缸筒和活塞杆;所述活塞杆末端与阀芯一端连接;
所述活塞杆上套设有固定套;所述固定套与所述联轴器通过铰接连杆连接。
进一步,所述阀芯内还设有连通至少两个内通道的横向通道。
进一步,所述外通道沿所述阀体周向均匀对称布置。
进一步,所述分流阀还包括一个设于阀体内的密封筒,所述油泵与所述油路组合体一同设于所述密封筒内。
进一步,所述阀体外壁设有与所述外通道连通的连接头。
进一步,所述油路组合体包括油箱、泵开关和管路;所述油箱、油泵和油缸通过管路连通;所述泵开关与油泵连接用于控制油泵通断电。
进一步,所述阀芯与活塞杆连接的一端还套设有密封垫。
本发明的有益效果是:通过电机和油泵驱动单个阀芯的旋转和伸缩以控制阀芯与阀体的有效配合,阀芯的控制更灵活;且阀芯上设有与设于阀体上的多个外通道配合的多个内通道,单阀芯多通道的结构降低了故障率,减小了体积,同时圆棒状的阀芯也提高了通道可设定数量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1~5所示的多通道分流阀,包括阀体1、阀芯2、电机3、油泵4、油路组合体5、油缸、密封筒12。
阀体1优选为圆筒状壳体,其一端设有密封底座10;阀体1侧壁设有多个与其内部连通的外通道8;阀芯2优选为圆棒状设于阀体1内;阀芯2外壁与阀体1内壁紧贴;阀芯2上设有多个沿径向或平行于径向贯穿阀芯2的内通道9;如图5所示,阀芯2内还设有连通至少两个内通道9的横向通道16。当阀芯2或阀体1为圆棒或圆筒状时,外通道8沿阀体1周向均匀对称布置。
电机3安装于密封底座10上,且电机3的输出轴伸至阀体1内;油泵4通过联轴器11与电机3的输出轴连接;油泵4与油路组合体5连接;油缸包括缸筒6和活塞杆7;活塞杆7末端与阀芯2一端连接;油路组合体5包括油箱、泵开关和管路;油箱、油泵4和油缸通过管路连通;泵开关与油泵4连接用于控制油泵4通断电。密封筒12设于阀体1内,油泵4与油路组合体5一同设于密封筒12内。密封筒12一端可以与缸筒6连接,比如焊接。密封筒12上设有用于管路布置的通孔,该通孔处可设置密封塞或橡皮塞以保证密封性。为了保证阀体1内进一步的密封效果,可在阀芯2与活塞杆7连接的一端还套设有密封垫。因此,阀体1内除设有阀芯2外,还有一部分空间用于设油泵4、油路组合体5、油缸、密封筒12;上述结构设计可保证阀体1内该部分空间处于洁净状态,流经内通道9/外通道8的流体(本实施例中流体指液体或气体)不会进入油泵4、油路组合体5、油缸或密封筒12内;而油泵4、油路组合体5或油缸内的液压油也不会渗出至阀体1内的该部分空间内,更不会渗出至内通道9处或外通道8处污染流经流体。
活塞杆7上套设有固定套13;固定套13与联轴器11通过铰接连杆14连接。在铰接连杆14的作用下,电机3转动时,可带动阀芯2转动,而油缸的活塞杆7伸缩时,也可带动阀芯2横向移动,尤其是阀芯2横向移动时不会影响电机3的转动,同时电机3也不会随之横向移动,本实施例中附图所示方向是左右移动。通过电机3、油泵4和铰接连杆14的作用,实现了阀芯2的转动和平移。
如图4所示,其中箭头为流体物质的流通方向,为了更好的将本实施例的多通道分流阀与外界连通,阀体1外壁设有与外通道8连通的连接头15。相对于图1而言,图4中阀芯2左移一定距离,这个左移由油缸的活塞杆7伸缩实现,当阀芯2左移时,至少一个内通道9与一对外通道8连通,流体可顺利通过,该外通道8处于打开状态;而其余某些内通道9与外通道8处于非连通状态,通常是阀芯2的外壁阻挡外通道8,从而该被阻挡的外通道8对应连通的流体将无法顺利通过阀芯2,从而该外通道8处于关闭状态。
连接头15可以是直接焊接在对应的外通道8上,也可以是采用其他连接方式;连接头15另一端可连接相应的流体物质,比如,将本实施例的多通道分流阀运用于饮料分装系统时,连接头15另一端可通过连接软管连接对应的不同口味的饮料或封装瓶,通过控制阀芯2的转动或移动,连通相应的至少两个内通道9/外通道8,实现不同口味的饮料混合或分装。
当然,本实施例的多通道分流阀还应该配备有与电机3和泵开关电信号连接的控制器,控制器可直接购买现有产品;通过控制器控制泵开关和电机3的通断电可实现对阀芯2平移距离和转动角度的控制,以实现不同所需的内通道9与外通道8的连通,实现精准控制。而对应不同内通道9与外通道8的连通路线可根据需要自行设定连接,这种具体的设定连接或控制器的型号选择是本领域技术人员很容易实现的,本实施例不再赘述具体的匹配方法或流程。
本实施例的多通道分流阀相比现有分流阀而言,只需要一个阀芯即可,大大缩小了整个分流阀的体积,同时一个阀芯的故障率低,也降低了装配误差。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

1.多通道分流阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)、电机(3)、油泵(4)、油路组合体(5)、油缸;
所述阀体(1)为圆筒状壳体,其一端设有密封底座(10);阀体(1)侧壁设有多个与其内部连通的外通道(8);
所述阀芯(2)为圆棒状设于阀体(1)内;所述阀芯(2)外壁与阀体(1)内壁紧贴;所述阀芯(2)上设有多个沿径向或平行于径向贯穿阀芯(2)的内通道(9);
所述电机(3)安装于所述密封底座(10)上,且电机(3)的输出轴伸至所述阀体(1)内;
所述油泵(4)通过联轴器(11)与所述电机(3)的输出轴连接;所述油泵(4)与所述油路组合体(5)连接;所述油缸包括缸筒(6)和活塞杆(7);所述活塞杆(7)末端与阀芯(2)一端连接;
所述活塞杆(7)上套设有固定套(13);所述固定套(13)与所述联轴器(11)通过铰接连杆(14)连接;
所述阀芯(2)内还设有连通至少两个内通道(9)的横向通道(16);
所述油路组合体(5)包括油箱、泵开关和管路;所述油箱、油泵(4)和油缸通过管路连通;所述泵开关与油泵(4)连接用于控制油泵(4)通断电;
