Abstract

本发明公开了一种梁柱式钢护栏,包括固定在地面中的基座,所述基座的顶部外壁通过螺栓的等距离平行固定有底板和立柱,且立柱的底端外壁焊接在底板的顶端外壁中部,所述立柱的底端外壁通过螺栓固定有下横梁组,所述立柱的顶端外壁通过螺栓等距离平行固定有上横梁组,所述下横梁组和上横梁组均为套管结构。本发明中横梁呈椭圆形,其长轴方向直对碰撞工作面,可最大程度发挥断面抗弯、防撞性能,短轴方向构成的上下四排,适合过往车辆上乘客与行人的无阻拦观景,梁柱式结构可明显减少风载面积,降低用钢量,内置气流风扇组配合上内置风力发电集控器,利用过往车辆带动的气流流动和自然风储电供指示角灯使用起到警示保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及护栏技术领域,尤其涉及一种梁柱式钢护栏。
背景技术
公路护栏网是最重要的交通基础设施,我国高速公路是从80年代发展起来的,它对国民经济和社会的发展起着重要的影响作用。是高速公路重要维护和安全保障设施。
现有的钢护栏为梁柱式结构较多,但是固定易松动,其护栏起到的减少冲撞和稳定保护的性能不足,同时钢护栏的自身功能性较低,在野外使用时,提醒力度不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种梁柱式钢护栏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种梁柱式钢护栏,包括固定在地面中的基座,所述基座的顶部外壁通过螺栓的等距离平行固定有底板和立柱,且立柱的底端外壁焊接在底板的顶端外壁中部,所述立柱的底端外壁通过螺栓固定有下横梁组,所述立柱的顶端外壁通过螺栓等距离平行固定有上横梁组,所述下横梁组和上横梁组均为套管结构,且套管结构包括内套管和外套管,所述内套管的外壁插接固定在外套管内壁上,且内套管和外套管的外壁垂直固定有套管螺栓组件,所述下横梁组和上横梁组的连接处均设有预留孔,所述下横梁组和上横梁组通过内套管和预留孔之间相互连接,且下横梁组和上横梁组与内套管的连接处两侧均设有固定螺栓组,所述立柱的内壁中轴线处焊接有内置加强架,且内置加强架的一侧外壁设有内置气流风扇组。
优选的,所述下横梁组包括五米下横梁和三米下横梁,所述上横梁组包括五米上横梁和五米上横梁,所述五米下横梁、三米下横梁、五米上横梁和五米上横梁均相互平行。
优选的,所述立柱的底端和底板的连接处两侧均焊接有肋片,且肋片的底端两角处均开有镀锌孔。
优选的,所述套管结构的截面均为马蹄状结构,且套管结构和立柱的连接处设有连接板,所述套管结构通过连接板和立柱之间螺栓紧固连接。
优选的,所述基座的内壁设有支撑空槽,且支撑空槽内壁设有内置风力发电集控器,所述内置气流风扇组和内置风力发电集控器相连接,所述立柱和下横梁组、上横梁组的连接处一侧外壁设有指示角灯,且指示角灯和内置风力发电集控器相串联。
优选的,所述下横梁组和上横梁组远离立柱的一侧外壁粘接有警示反光带,且下横梁组和上横梁组的端部均设有密封扣。
优选的,所述立柱的截面为直角梯形结构,且肋片和立柱的内壁相适配。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本护栏中横梁呈椭圆形,其长轴方向,直对碰撞工作面,可以最大程度发挥断面抗弯、防撞性能,短轴方向构成的上下四排,间距足够宽敞、通透性好,更适合过往车辆上乘客与行人的无阻拦观景梁柱式结构可明显减少风载面积,而大大降低总负载,同时等同强度结构下习惯借用的圆管、方管护栏比较,其用钢量相差在22%以上;
2.本护栏中的立柱中设有内置气流风扇组,通过内置气流风扇组配合上内置风力发电集控器,利用过往车辆带动的气流流动和自然风储电供指示角灯使用,配合上警示反光带起到警示保护作用。

工作原理:本钢护栏使用时,通过底板7固定在基座上,整体横梁呈椭圆形,其五米横梁长轴方向,直对碰撞工作面,可以最大程度发挥断面抗弯、防撞性能,三米横梁短轴方向构成的上下四排,间距足够宽敞、通透性好,更适合过往车辆上乘客与行人的无阻拦观景梁柱式结构可明显减少风载面积,而大大降低总负载,同时等同强度结构下习惯借用的圆管、方管护栏比较,其用钢量相差在22%以上,立柱6内设有内置气流风扇组11,通过内置气流风扇组11配合上内置风力发电集控器16,利用过往车辆带动的气流流动和自然风储电供指示角灯使用,配合上警示反光带12起到警示保护作用。
