Background
The prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge is one of the main types of bridges, has long history and is widely applied. In the construction process of the cantilever box girder bridge, the cradle is indispensable construction equipment, a support does not need to be erected, a large crane does not need to be used, and compared with other methods, the cradle construction method has the advantages of light structure, simplicity and convenience in splicing, no pressure, heavy weight and the like.
With the development of economy, most of the built bridge girders are increasingly congested, so that a wide bridge is built, and the traffic pressure is relieved. The double-deck bridge aims to overcome various problems of difficult design and construction of wide bridges, large occupied area, high manufacturing cost and the like, and various double-deck bridges capable of realizing double-deck traffic can be transported. The flange plates of the traditional box girder bridge are flush with the bridge deck, and the equal-section double-layer flange plate structure bridge is formed by adding one layer of flange plate on the bottom plate of the bridge. The upper layer flange plate and the box girder top plate jointly form a motor vehicle lane, and the lower layer flange plate is used as a passage for non-motor vehicles and pedestrians, so that the separation of the vehicles and the people is realized, and the climbing height of the pedestrians is reduced.
The prior hanging basket is pushed forwards, the manual control and symmetrical forward movement of a chain block are mostly adopted, the friction force generated in the forward movement process is large, when the forward movement distance of a large bridge is large, the chain block or a jack is required to be continuously disassembled and installed due to the limitation of the range, the workload is large, the forward movement speed is slow, once deviation occurs, the control is difficult, the asynchronous displacement of the two sides of the hanging basket is easily caused, the hanging basket is misplaced, and the whole structure has potential safety hazards of different degrees, for example, Chinese patent CN 203049470U discloses a hanging basket walking system which comprises a left walking track and a right walking track which are arranged corresponding to a left main longitudinal beam and a right main longitudinal beam of the hanging basket, each walking track is at least provided with a hydraulic cylinder, a sliding locking device and a sliding shoe in a matched manner, the sliding locking device is arranged on the walking tracks, can walk along the walking tracks and is fixed on the walking tracks through connecting pieces, and the sliding shoe is fixedly connected, and can walk along the walking track, hydraulic cylinder one end is connected in slip locking device, and the other end is connected in the piston shoes.
Although the system solves the problem of poor manual control precision, the jack has limited range and cannot ensure the continuous forward movement of the cradle, and the full-automatic forward movement is not realized.

The invention develops a matched template system aiming at a novel double-layer flange plate continuous box type concrete structure bridge, which is mainly formed by splicing a core mold, a side mold, a lower flange plate mold and a bottom mold, can realize one-time pouring forming, simultaneously solves the problems of poor forward moving precision, difficult control, slow forward moving speed and the like of a hanging basket, improves a traveling system of the hanging basket, realizes the rapid laying of a track in the forward moving direction of the hanging basket through a splicing track, has strong maneuverability of a movable anchor block, is convenient to install and disassemble, is fixed with a main truss system, alternately stretches a pull rod anchored on the movable anchor block through a stretching oil pump system, realizes the full-automatic forward movement of the hanging basket, can realize the differential control of jacks on two sides of the hanging basket at any time for the deviation generated in the forward moving process, does not need to disassemble the jacks in the construction process, and only needs to splice the forward moving direction of concrete every time when the hanging basket is moved, the movable anchor block and the pull rod are installed, construction is fast and convenient, a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved, and the construction period is shortened.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a continuous-walking double-layer flange plate box type concrete structure construction hanging basket comprises a main truss system, an anchoring system, a suspension system, a template system and a walking system, and is characterized in that the main truss system is fixed with a poured box girder through the anchoring system, the walking system is arranged between the main truss system and the poured box girder and consists of a front sliding block, a rear sliding block, an assembled track, a first jack, a second jack, a pull rod and a movable anchor block, the front sliding block and the rear sliding block are respectively welded or connected with an anchor bolt at the front node and the rear node of the lower side of the main truss system, the front sliding block and the rear sliding block are respectively fixed with the assembled track in the vertical direction and are connected with the assembled track in a horizontal sliding or rolling manner, the first jack and the second jack are respectively arranged at the rear end parts of the front sliding block and the rear sliding block and are fixedly connected with the main truss system, the movable anchor block is flexibly embedded and fixed at the front end part of the assembled track in the advancing direction of concrete, one end of the pull rod is anchored with the movable anchor block, the other end of the pull rod longitudinally penetrates through the first jack and the second jack along the poured box girder, the template system is formed by assembling a core mold, a side mold, a lower flange plate mold and a bottom mold, and the core mold, the side mold, the lower flange plate mold and the bottom mold are all hung around the concrete of the box girder section to be poured in the advancing direction of box girder pouring through a suspension system.
The pin-connected panel track constitute by a plurality of shaped steel and a plurality of cross slab, each pin-connected panel track is connected gradually fixedly around vertical by two above shaped steel, the tip of every section shaped steel is equipped with the trompil steel sheet, front and back shaped steel passes the trompil steel sheet through the bolt and connects the formation pin-connected panel track around.
The movable anchor block consists of an anchoring block and an embedding block, the embedding block is flexibly embedded and connected with the front end of the assembled track, the anchoring block is vertically connected with the embedding block, and the anchoring block protrudes out of the section steel of the assembled track and forms anchoring to the pull rod.
The first jack and the second jack are arranged above each assembled track, and the tensioning pull rods are alternately jacked in series at intervals from front to back so that the main truss system continuously advances towards the pouring direction.
And the lower flange plate mold and the bottom mold extend out of the webs on the two outermost sides of the box girder.
A construction method of a continuously-walking double-layer flange plate box type concrete structure construction hanging basket is characterized by at least comprising the following steps:
A. advancing the assembled track: cast box girder with tail assembled rail detached and moved forwards in hanging basket moving forward direction
The assembled rail is fixedly connected with the assembled rail of the previous section through bolts;
B. installing a movable anchor block: embedding one end of an embedding block of the movable anchor block into the end part of the assembled track in the pouring advancing direction;
C. fixing a pull rod: one end of the pull rod sequentially penetrates through the first jack, the front sliding block, the second jack and the rear sliding block, and the other end of the pull rod is temporarily anchored on the anchoring block of the movable anchor block;
D. starting the first jack: starting a first jack in the sequence of the pouring forward direction, tensioning the pull rod, and pushing a front sliding block to enable the main truss system to move forward;
E. returning oil to reset of the first jack: when the first jack reaches the measuring range, the first jack returns oil and restores the original position;
F. starting the second jack: starting a second jack, tensioning the pull rod, and pushing the rear sliding block to enable the main truss system to continuously move forwards;
G. returning oil to the second jack and resetting: when the second jack reaches the measuring range, the second jack returns oil and restores the original position;
H. repeating the steps D to G to enable the main truss system to continuously advance on the assembled track until the advancing amount of the main truss system reaches a specified value;
I. and (3) dismounting the movable anchor block: detaching the pull rod on the anchoring block of the movable anchor block, and detaching the movable anchor block from the end part of the assembled track;
J. completing forward movement of the hanging basket: completing the continuous forward movement of the double-layer flange plate box type concrete structure construction hanging basket;
K. circulating walking hanging basket: after the hanging basket is moved in place, the template, the steel bar and the concrete of the box girder body segment are completed

The hanging basket solves the problems of slow forward movement and low efficiency of the hanging basket in the cantilever construction process, and the full-automatic continuous forward movement of the hanging basket is realized by alternately tensioning the pull rod by the first jack and the second jack and simultaneously pushing the front sliding block and the rear sliding block; the front sliding block and the rear sliding block are connected with the assembled track in a horizontal sliding or rolling manner, so that the forward movement of the hanging basket is better assisted, and the friction force is reduced; the split mounting type rails are connected through the bolts, so that the hanging baskets can be quickly laid on the rails in the advancing direction, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

C. fixing a pull rod: one end of the pull rod 54 sequentially passes through the first jack 531, the front sliding block 511, the second jack 532 and the rear sliding block 512, and the other end is temporarily anchored on the anchoring block 551 of the movable anchoring block 55;
D. starting the first jack: starting a first jack 531 in the sequence of the pouring forward direction, tensioning the pull rod 54, and pushing a front sliding block 511 to enable the main truss system 1 to move forwards;
E. returning oil to reset of the first jack: when the first jack 531 reaches the range, the first jack 531 returns oil, and the original position is recovered;
F. starting the second jack: starting the second jack 532, tensioning the pull rod 54, and pushing the rear sliding block 512 to enable the main truss system 1 to continuously move forwards;
G. returning oil to the second jack and resetting: when the second jack 532 reaches the measuring range, the second jack 532 returns oil and returns to the original position;
H. repeating the steps D to G to enable the main girder system 1 to continuously advance on the assembled track 52 until the advancing amount of the main girder system 1 reaches a specified value;
I. and (3) dismounting the movable anchor block: removing the pull rod 54 on the anchor block 551 of the movable anchor block 55 and detaching the movable anchor block 55 from the end of the sectional rail 52;
J. completing forward movement of the hanging basket: completing the continuous forward movement of the double-layer flange plate box type concrete structure construction hanging basket;
