Description

Polylactic acid BCF bulked yarn, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of bulked yarns, and particularly relates to a polylactic acid BCF bulked yarn, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The carpet is a ground laying object which is formed by weaving, tufting or spinning natural fibers or chemical synthetic fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool, silk, grass and the like through a manual or mechanical process, and mainly plays the roles of safety, skid resistance, sound absorption, noise reduction, dust prevention, environmental protection, heat insulation, heat preservation and decoration, and the carpet raw materials mainly comprise wool, chinlon, polypropylene fiber and acrylic fiber.
The wool fiber has the advantages of soft hand feeling, good elasticity, bright color, thick texture, good antistatic property, difficult aging, abrasion and fading and good sound absorption capability; the disadvantages are easy worm damage, poor bacteria resistance and moisture resistance and poor batch stability. The chemical fiber carpet has the advantages of moderate price, stain resistance, difficult depilation, convenient cleaning, easy drying, no wrinkling and difficult fading; the chemical fiber carpet has the defects of poorer rebound resilience, heat preservation, light resistance and dyeing property than a wool carpet, flammability, easy generation of static electricity and dust adsorption, no skin affinity and allergic reaction to skin.
The common defect of both wool and the existing petrochemical fiber is poor flame retardant property, wherein the limit oxygen index of the wool is 24-25%, the polyamide is 21-24%, the polypropylene is 18% and the acrylic is 18%, bacteria and mites are easy to breed, and the wool is particularly serious and has a certain anaphylactic reaction; meanwhile, the source of wool is limited, and the wool is only suitable for high-end places, and petrochemical fibers are derived from petroleum and greatly used to influence the global ecological environment.
The polylactic acid fiber is a new fiber prepared by taking a lactic acid product generated by biologically fermenting non-grain crops (such as cassava, sugarcane, corn and the like) or straws as a raw material through a dehydration process and a melt spinning process, has similar performance to that of the traditional petrochemical fiber and the natural fiber, and has potential for replacing the traditional fiber; the environmental protection is good, the raw materials can be regenerated and discarded, and the emission of greenhouse gases is not increased; near absolute human safety: the intermediate lactic acid is a component contained in a human body, and PLA can be metabolized and absorbed by the human body; excellent health comfort: bacteriostasis, mite inhibition, skin friendliness, no allergy, ventilation and moisture permeability; the application of polylactic acid can relieve the problems of petroleum import, white pollution, global warming and agriculture and farmers.
However, there is no polylactic acid fiber for carpet products in the market, and therefore, there is a strong need to develop a polylactic acid bulked yarn to improve the safety and environmental protection of carpet products.
