In this example, the waterborne epoxy-modified alkyd had a solid content of 70%, a hydroxyl content of 1%, and a pH of 8.8.
Example 11
Sequentially adding 50 parts of waterborne epoxy modified polyester resin, 10 parts of waterborne aluminum paste slurry, 0.4 part of defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of antirust agent, 0.2 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of paint film self-cleaning agent and part of deionized water into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 10min at the rotating speed of 600 r/min; sequentially adding 0.6 part of film forming agent and 1.5 parts of anti-settling agent, and stirring and dispersing for 20min at the rotating speed of 800 r/min; 0.3 part of flatting agent is added, and stirring and dispersing are carried out for 10min under the condition of the rotating speed of 600 r/min; adding the rest deionized water, adjusting viscosity, and stirring at 800r/min for 20 min.
In this example, the waterborne epoxy-modified alkyd had a solid content of 70%, a hydroxyl content of 1%, and a pH of 8.8.
In summary, the surface roughness is reduced by adding the paint film self-cleaning agent, the paint film self-cleaning agent can form a good synergistic effect with the epoxy modified resin, so that the surface of the paint film is free from static electricity, dust, moisture and oil dirt are difficult to adsorb on the surface of the paint film, even if a small amount of pollutants are adhered to the paint film self-cleaning agent, the problem that paint is easy to accumulate at the intersection point when the silver material is dip-coated is solved, the leveling property and the glossiness of the screen window are ensured, and meanwhile, the good fullness of the paint film of the finish paint is ensured.

1. The bright silver material for dip-coating the water-based window screen is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
waterborne epoxy modified polyester resin: 30-50 parts;
aqueous aluminum paste slurry: 10-20 parts;
defoaming agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
antirust agent: 0.5-1.5 parts;
leveling agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
wetting agent: 0.1-0.3 part;
film-forming agent: 0.2-0.6 part;
self-cleaning agent of paint film: 0.3-0.5 part;
anti-settling agent: 0.5-1.5 parts;
a suitable amount of deionized water.
2. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 1,
the hydroxyl content of the waterborne epoxy modified polyester resin is 1-2%.
3. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 1,
the solid content of the waterborne epoxy modified polyester resin is 70-80%;
the pH value is 8.8-9.2.
4. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 1,
the waterborne aluminum paste slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight:
waterborne epoxy modified polyester: 30-50 parts;
aqueous dispersant: 5-10 parts;
filling: 0-5 parts;
aluminum powder orienting agent: 0.2-0.5 part;
and a proper amount of ethylene glycol butyl ether.
5. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 4,
the aqueous dispersant includes a modified polyacrylic acid polymer.
6. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 4,
the filler comprises: one or more of talcum powder, heavy calcium powder, kaolin, silicon dioxide and barium sulfate.
7. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 1,
the defoamer comprises a modified polyether siloxane copolymer emulsion;
the rust inhibitor comprises a metal chelate;
the wetting agent comprises a hyperbranched polyether;
the paint film self-cleaning agent comprises a hydrophilic agent.
8. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 1,
the anti-settling agent comprises hydrophobically modified polyether.
9. The aqueous window screen bright silver material for dip coating according to claim 1,
the leveling agent comprises a fluorine modified acrylate leveling agent.

A preparation method of a bright silver material for dip-coating a water-based window screen is characterized in that water-based epoxy modified polyester resin, water-based aluminum silver paste slurry, a defoaming agent, an antirust agent, a wetting agent, a paint film self-cleaning agent and part of deionized water are sequentially added into a stirring kettle and stirred for 10-30min at the rotating speed of 600-800 r/min;
sequentially adding a film forming agent and an anti-settling agent, and stirring and dispersing for 20-30min at the rotating speed of 1000r/min at 800-;
adding a flatting agent, and stirring and dispersing for 10-20min at the rotating speed of 600-800 r/min;
adding the rest deionized water, adjusting the viscosity, and stirring for 20-25min at the rotating speed of 1000r/min and 800-.
