Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a water-based crack paint and a preparation method thereof. The water-based crack paint comprises a primer and a finish, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: the primer comprises 15-25 parts of water-based fluororesin, 20-30 parts of water-based acrylic modified polyurethane resin, 2-5 parts of pigment, 10-15 parts of filler, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersant, 0.1-0.5 part of defoamer, 0.3-0.8 part of wetting agent, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 1-5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1 part of thickener and the balance of deionized water; the finishing coat comprises 45-60 parts of phosphate, 5-10 parts of curing agent, 2-5 parts of pigment, 5-10 parts of filler, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersant, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 1-5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1 part of thickening agent and the balance of deionized water. The water-based crack paint prepared by the invention has the advantages of excellent adhesive force, plump paint film, quick drying time, excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, super-strong hardness and the like, and the preparation method is simple, easy to operate and low in cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a water-based crack paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The crack paint is an art paint, can be used for decoration and protective coating of glass, doors and windows, cement wall surfaces, furniture and the like, and also has application in furniture and interior decoration. At present, crack paints are used for some antique furniture exported to Europe and America in Guangdong. However, conventional solvent-based crack lacquers release VOCs (volatile organic compounds) during use. The tools after construction are cleaned by adopting corresponding organic solvents, so that the pollution to the environment and the personal toxicity to operators exist. With the progress of technology and the attention of people on environmental protection, the limit on VOC emission is stricter and stricter, and people are more and more attentive to low-pollution water-based coatings.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and discloses a water-based crack paint which is free of pollution, good in adhesive force, full in paint film and good in crack effect and a preparation method thereof.

the water-based crack finish paint comprises 45-60 parts of phosphate, 5-10 parts of curing agent, 2-5 parts of pigment, 5-10 parts of filler, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 1-5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1 part of thickening agent and the balance of deionized water.
Specifically, the aqueous fluororesin is a perfluoroethyl methacrylate copolymer.
Specifically, the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane resin is in a core-shell structure with a core layer of acrylate and a shell layer of polyurethane.
Specifically, the phosphate is one or more of aluminum phosphate, zinc phosphate, copper phosphate, calcium phosphate, barium phosphate and strontium phosphate.
Specifically, the curing agent is vinyl resin containing active hydroxyl groups.
Specifically, the filler is silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of (3-5): 1.
The primer and the finish paint are characterized in that a dispersing agent of the primer and the finish paint is polyethylene glycol type polyhydric alcohol, PEG200 can be selected, a defoaming agent is BYK-024, a wetting agent is sodium alkyl aryl ether sulfonate, an optional model SAS-60, a leveling agent is modified organosiloxane, an optional model HY333, a film-forming aid is ethylene glycol butyl ether, and a thickening agent is modified attapulgite.
Further, the preparation method of the water-based primer contained in the water-based crack lacquer comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing the waterborne fluororesin and the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane resin into a stirring tank; then, adding the filler, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the flatting agent, the film forming aid and the water under a stirring state, and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 15-30 min; and finally, adding the thickening agent, and stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-40 min to prepare the water-based primer.
Further, the preparation method of the water-based crack finish paint comprises the following steps:
firstly, putting the phosphate and the deionized water into a stirring tank; then, adding the filler, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the flatting agent and the film forming aid in a stirring state, and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 15-30 min; and finally, adding the thickening agent and the curing agent, and stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-40 min to prepare the water-based crack finish paint.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the waterborne fluororesin and the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane resin used in the invention have good surface mobility, can form a paint film with excellent weather resistance, and the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane resin with the core-shell structure improves the adhesive force of the paint on the surface of the base material and has good flexibility.
(2) The inorganic phosphate coating is used as the water-based crack finish paint, so that cracks are formed at high shrinkage rate caused by surface tension difference on the organic coating, the surface of the crack paint is bright and hard, and the crack paint has better vision and hand feeling.
(3) The water-based crack paint disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent adhesive force, clear and super-strong lines, artistic aesthetic feeling, plump paint film, quick drying time, excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, super-strong hardness and the like.
Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
The water-based crack paint comprises a water-based primer and a water-based crack finish paint, and comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the water-based primer comprises 20 parts of perfluoroethyl methacrylate copolymer, 25 parts of water-based acrylic modified polyurethane resin, 3 parts of pigment, and silica and titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of 4: 10 parts of filler consisting of 1, 0.2 part of dispersant, BYK-0240.3 parts of defoamer, SAS-600.4 parts of wetting agent, HY 3330.8 parts of flatting agent, 3 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.8 part of thickener and the balance of deionized water;
the water-based crack finish paint comprises 50 parts of aluminum phosphate, 8 parts of vinyl resin containing active hydroxyl, 3 parts of pigment, and silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of 4: 8 parts of filler consisting of 1, 0.3 part of dispersant, BYK-0240.3 parts of defoaming agent, SAS-600.3 parts of wetting agent, HY 3330.8 parts of flatting agent, 3 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.8 part of thickening agent and the balance of deionized water.
The preparation method of the water-based primer contained in the water-based crack paint comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing the waterborne fluororesin and the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane resin into a stirring tank; then, adding the filler, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the flatting agent, the film forming aid and the water under a stirring state, and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 15-30 min; and finally, adding the thickening agent, and stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-40 min to prepare the water-based primer.
The preparation method of the water-based crack finish paint comprises the following steps:
firstly, putting the phosphate and the deionized water into a stirring tank; then, adding the filler, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the flatting agent and the film forming aid in a stirring state, and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 15-30 min; and finally, adding the thickening agent and the curing agent, and stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-40 min to prepare the water-based crack finish paint.
Examples 2-6 are essentially the same as example 1, except as in table 1.
A method for preparing an aqueous crack according to examples 2 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was performed with reference to example 1.
Performance testing of the water-based crack paint film:
in light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
Claims (9)
1. The water-based crack paint comprises a water-based primer and a water-based crack finish paint, and is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
the water-based primer comprises 15-25 parts of water-based fluororesin, 20-30 parts of water-based acrylic modified polyurethane resin, 2-5 parts of pigment, 10-15 parts of filler, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersant, 0.1-0.5 part of defoamer, 0.3-0.8 part of wetting agent, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 1-5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1 part of thickener and the balance of deionized water;
the water-based crack finish paint comprises 45-60 parts of phosphate, 5-10 parts of curing agent, 2-5 parts of pigment, 5-10 parts of filler, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 1-5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1 part of thickening agent and the balance of deionized water.
2. The water-based crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the water-based fluororesin is a perfluoroethyl methacrylate copolymer.
3. The water-based crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the water-based acrylic modified polyurethane resin is of a core-shell structure with a core layer of acrylate and a shell layer of polyurethane.
4. The water-based crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the phosphate is one or more of aluminum phosphate, zinc phosphate, copper phosphate, calcium phosphate, barium phosphate and strontium phosphate.
5. The water-based crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is vinyl resin containing active hydroxyl groups.
6. The water-based crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the filler is silica and titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of (3-5): 1.

The water-based crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant of the primer and the finish paint is polyethylene glycol type polyol, the defoamer is BYK-024, the wetting agent is sodium alkyl aryl ether sulfonate, the leveling agent is modified organosiloxane, the film forming assistant is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, and the thickener is modified attapulgite.
8. The method for preparing the water-based crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the water-based primer comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing the waterborne fluororesin and the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane resin into a stirring tank; then, adding the filler, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the flatting agent, the film forming aid and the water under a stirring state, and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 15-30 min; and finally, adding the thickening agent, and stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-40 min to prepare the water-based primer.
9. The preparation method of the water-based crack lacquer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based crack finish paint comprises the following steps:
firstly, putting the phosphate and the deionized water into a stirring tank; then, adding the filler, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the flatting agent and the film forming aid in a stirring state, and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 15-30 min; and finally, adding the thickening agent and the curing agent, and stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 20-40 min to prepare the water-based crack finish paint.
