Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based epoxy primer with good anti-settling effect and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based epoxy primer comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 35-55 parts of a water-based epoxy emulsion, 6-12 parts of a white pigment, 0.5-3 parts of a black pigment, 8-15 parts of an anti-rust filler, 0.5-1.5 parts of a cosolvent, 0.5-2.4 parts of a wetting dispersant, 0.1-0.5 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.2-1 part of an anti-settling auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a base material wetting agent and 1-1.5 parts of a thickening agent. The anti-settling material screened by the invention is a good emulsion stabilizer and a suspending agent, has pseudoplastic flowing performance, is a coating viscosity modifier and a thickening agent, can suspend and disperse the powdery pigment, can ensure that the product obtains the best color, improves the upper limit of the load bearing of blue diluted by water, and has good anti-settling effect when the coating is diluted by water with the mass fraction of 25 percent at most.

s4 paint mixing: adding epoxy emulsion into a stirring kettle, stirring at a second-stage rotating speed, adding the ground pigment filler slurry, adding a defoaming agent, a base material wetting agent, a part of cosolvent and a thickening agent according to the formula sequence, and adjusting the viscosity to be 110 ku; and filtering to obtain the product.
In one alternative: the first-level rotating speed in the step S2 and the step S4 is 600r/min for 300-.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the water-based wetting dispersant screened by the invention has excellent electrostatic stability and strong anchoring groups for pigments and fillers, greatly reduces the viscosity and surface tension of a system, and improves the color development and storage stability of the coating;

The water-based epoxy primer with good anti-settling effect and the preparation method thereof comprise the following raw materials, by weight, 45 parts of water-based epoxy emulsion, 9 parts of white pigment, 2 parts of black pigment, 11 parts of antirust filler, 1 part of cosolvent, 1.5 parts of wetting dispersant, 0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.6 part of anti-settling auxiliary agent, 0.4 part of base material wetting agent and 1.2 parts of thickening agent.
The water-based epoxy emulsion is a mixture of KWA-22, SN-8701, SN-8705 and 2060H, which are composed of self-emulsifying epoxy resin and ionic epoxy resin; the cosolvent is a mixture of ethanol, isopropanol, diethylene glycol ethyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether.
The black pigment is a mixture of MA100, C311, M1000 and black iron oxide 722; the white pigment is a mixture of R818, R601, 996 and 940.

The water-based epoxy primer with good anti-settling effect and the preparation method thereof comprise the following raw materials, by weight, 55 parts of a water-based epoxy emulsion, 12 parts of a white pigment, 3 parts of a black pigment, 15 parts of an anti-rust filler, 1.5 parts of a cosolvent, 2.4 parts of a wetting dispersant, 0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 1 part of an anti-settling auxiliary agent, 0.5 part of a base material wetting agent and 1.5 parts of a thickening agent.
The water-based epoxy emulsion is a mixture of KWA-22, SN-8701 and SN-8705 which are composed of self-emulsifying epoxy resin and ionic epoxy resin; the cosolvent is a mixture of ethanol, isopropanol, diethylene glycol ethyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol butyl ether.
