Abstract
The invention provides an industrial water-based heavy-duty coating which comprises water-based acrylic resin emulsion, water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based epoxy resin emulsion, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent, ceramic powder, a dispersion liquid, talcum powder, deionized water, an anticorrosion auxiliary agent, a film-forming agent and propylene glycol, wherein the weight parts of the components are as follows: 30-45 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion, 40-55 parts of water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20-30 parts of water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 3-5 parts of thickening agent, 3-5 parts of defoaming agent, 8-15 parts of ceramic powder, 60-70 parts of dispersion liquid, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 300 parts of deionized water 250-containing material, 2-4 parts of anti-corrosion additive, 25-30 parts of film forming agent and 30-35 parts of propylene glycol. The invention adopts the three-in-one mixing proportion coating of the water-based acrylic resin emulsion, the water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion and the water-based epoxy resin emulsion, so that the coating has wide application range and better water resistance, and the nano ceramic powder and the talcum powder are added to increase the solid content in the coating and increase the compactness, thereby increasing the anticorrosion effect and prolonging the service life of the anticorrosion coating.

Preferably, the ceramic powder is a nano ceramic powder.
