Abstract

The invention provides a supporting structure of a transverse bulkhead and two decks, wherein the two decks are vertically welded at the outer side of the transverse bulkhead, and the joint section of the outer side of the transverse bulkhead and the two decks is wavy; the two decks are composed of cantilever beam supporting structures and clamping plate planes horizontally fixed on the top surfaces of the cantilever beam supporting structures, the thicknesses of the cantilever beam supporting structures gradually increase from the positions far away from the transverse bulkhead to the positions close to the transverse bulkhead, and smooth chamfers are arranged at the connecting positions of the bottom surfaces of the cantilever beam supporting structures and the transverse bulkhead; the transverse bulkhead is of a single-plate structure. Compared with a double-layer plate bulkhead, the groove-shaped transverse bulkhead designed by the invention ensures the connection stability between the two plates and the transverse bulkhead on the premise of no reinforcing structure in the cargo compartment; at the same time, the device can occupy the minimum volume and bring the advantage for providing enough cargo hold capacity.

Description

Supporting structure of horizontal bulkhead and deck plate
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to a supporting structure of a transverse bulkhead and a deck plate.
Background
The cargo holds are provided with deck structures, which are often common in multi-purpose ships, and which provide the ship with convenience in shipping various cargo items. Because the deck plates bear the cargo load and are closed after the movable deck plates are covered, the strength and deformation need to be considered when designing the supporting structure.
Such deck supports are typically provided at a double-deck transverse bulkhead structure, as shown in fig. 1, showing a double-deck flat-panel transverse bulkhead 10, with outriggers 12 supporting a double deck 11 forming the support structure. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a conventional double deck support structure in the form of a double deck plate mounted on a transverse bulkhead 10, the plywood plane of the double deck plate being supported by a cantilever beam 12, the double deck plate forming the transverse bulkhead 10 simultaneously supporting the cantilever beam 12 of the double deck plate 11. A reinforcing support structure may be provided in the transverse bulkhead 10.
Since the transverse bulkhead 10 composed of double-layered flat plates is disposed from the double-layered bottom to the main deck over the entire width of the ship, this form requires a large loss of hold capacity of the cargo hold, and has a large influence on the cargo space.
In special design requirements, the requirement on the hold capacity of the cargo hold is high, so that the transverse bulkheads are designed into the trough-type bulkheads, the bulkheads need to ensure that no component (namely, smooth planes) exists in the hold, and how to arrange an effective supporting structure of two decks is an important problem to be solved in the design.
Disclosure of Invention
The existing transverse bulkhead supporting mode formed by double-layer flat plates occupies a large volume in the cargo hold and has a large influence on the capacity of the cargo hold. In order to obtain the largest possible capacity of the cargo hold, the scheme adopts a groove type bulkhead supporting mode, and the bulkhead is a groove type bulkhead formed by single-layer plates and does not occupy any capacity basically. The specific scheme is as follows:
a supporting structure of a transverse bulkhead and two decks is characterized in that the two decks are vertically welded on the outer side of the transverse bulkhead, and the joint section of the outer side of the transverse bulkhead and the two decks is wavy;
the two decks are composed of cantilever beam supporting structures and clamping plate planes horizontally fixed on the top surfaces of the cantilever beam supporting structures, the thicknesses of the cantilever beam supporting structures gradually increase from the positions far away from the transverse bulkhead to the positions close to the transverse bulkhead, and smooth chamfers are arranged at the connecting positions of the bottom surfaces of the cantilever beam supporting structures and the transverse bulkhead;
the transverse bulkhead is of a single-plate structure.
Furthermore, a trapezoidal groove with wide outside and narrow inside is arranged on the outer side of the transverse bulkhead, a row of trapezoidal extension parts are arranged at the rear ends of the two decks, and the trapezoidal extension parts are tightly embedded into the trapezoidal groove.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that the present invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
In the following description, for the purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.
A supporting structure of a transverse bulkhead and a double deck, wherein a double deck 200 is welded on the outer side of the transverse bulkhead 100 along the width direction of the transverse bulkhead 100, and the joint section of the outer side of the transverse bulkhead 100 and the double deck 200 is wavy; the two decks 200 are composed of cantilever beam supporting structures 202 and a clamping plate plane 201 horizontally fixed on the top surfaces of the cantilever beam supporting structures 202, and the thicknesses of the cantilever beam supporting structures 202 gradually increase from a direction far away from the transverse bulkhead 100 to a direction close to the transverse bulkhead 100. In the present invention, transverse bulkhead 100 is a single plate structure.
In order to avoid stress concentration at the connection part of the end part of the cantilever beam supporting structure and the groove-shaped web plate, a chamfer 203 is arranged at the connection part of the bottom edge of the cantilever beam supporting structure 202 and the transverse bulkhead 100, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the connection of the two deck plates 200 and the transverse bulkhead 100 and avoiding the fracture of the junction.
The combined cross section of the outer side of the transverse bulkhead 100 and the two deck boards 200 is wavy, so that the combined stress of the transverse bulkhead 100 and the two deck boards is not concentrated at one position any more, and the stability of the whole structure is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a trapezoidal groove 101 with a wide outer side and a narrow inner side is formed on the outer side of the transverse bulkhead 100, and a row of trapezoidal extension parts is formed at the rear end of the second plate 200 and are tightly inserted into the trapezoidal groove.
The above description is of the preferred embodiment of the invention. It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described above, in that devices and structures not described in detail are understood to be implemented in a manner common in the art; those skilled in the art can make many possible variations and modifications to the disclosed embodiments, or modify equivalent embodiments to equivalent variations, without departing from the spirit of the invention, using the methods and techniques disclosed above. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are still within the scope of the protection of the technical solution of the present invention, unless the contents of the technical solution of the present invention are departed.
