Abstract
本发明涉及一种吸音阻燃棉,包括有覆盖在表面的阻燃网层,阻燃网层的内层设置有吸音棉层,吸音棉层的内层设置为吸音蜂窝层;阻燃网层与吸音棉层以及吸音棉层与吸音蜂窝层之间设置有粘结层;吸音蜂窝层的内层设置有阻尼片材层,阻尼片材层与吸音蜂窝层的边界上设置有梯形连接件;阻尼片材层的内层设置有吸音基层,吸音基层与阻尼片材层的边界上设置有圆形连接件;本发明将双层的阻燃网层包裹在吸音棉的外层,在对吸音棉进行阻燃的同时,不破坏吸音棉的吸音作用,提高了吸音棉的吸音效果,也提高了吸音棉的阻燃效果;提高了吸音棉的韧性和强刚度,优化了吸音棉的内部结构,改善了吸音棉的性质和功能;具有良好的市场潜在价值,具有实用性和创造性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及吸音棉材料技术领域,具体涉及一种吸音阻燃棉。
背景技术
噪声污染是人类生活环境的大公害,它不仅严重损害我们的听觉神经,心血管系统以及神经系统,并且还能加快建筑物、工业机械的老化,影响仪器的精密度和使用年限。随着大家对噪声控制问题的日益重视,各种各样吸声降噪的方法也随之诞生。而传统的吸声材料—玻璃棉因其存在着诸多缺陷,如降噪系数低、使用寿命短、不环保、容易造成二次污染等问题,其运用受到限制,已经淡出市场而为新型吸声材料所替代。纤维类吸声材料可以在较宽的频带内有良好的吸声效果,因此可以替代以离心玻璃棉为代表的传统多孔吸声材料等,这种同时具备环保、可重复利用、装饰功能、以及优越声学性能的吸声材料将会越来越多地得到市场的认可。
另一方面,随着生活实用和消防安全要求的日益增加,人们对于吸音棉的阻燃要求也越来越高。目前阻燃技术已进入一个新的发展阶段,未来吸音材料的阻燃技术正朝着高效、经济、环保的方向发展。由于无机阻燃剂具有:毒性低,热稳定性好;不析出,有持久的阻燃效果;不产生腐蚀性气体;价格低廉;较小的发烟量等优点,因此无机阻燃剂在各个方面的应用正逐步取代有机阻燃剂,因此合成无机阻燃剂的研究意义重大;但是由于有机阻燃剂目前仍在大量使用,将无机阻燃剂与有机阻燃剂组合使用不失为一种可取的过渡的方式。
目前,社会对吸音材料的需求量迅猛增长,传统的吸声材料已无法满足人们对环保性、装饰性、阻燃性的更高要求。因此,研究并开发应用新的环保吸音阻燃材料已成为努力的方向。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种吸音阻燃棉,通过将在吸音棉的外表面设置有双层的阻燃层,目的在于解决阻燃效果不好、吸音效果不佳的缺陷。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案是:
一种吸音阻燃棉,包括有覆盖在表面的阻燃网层,所述阻燃网层设置为双层,所述表层的阻燃网层包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
玄武岩纤维30-45%、玻璃纤维20-30%、碳纤维10-15%、腈氯纶纤维15-25%和间位芳纶纤维5-10%;
所述底层的阻燃网层包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
阻燃尼龙纤维20-25%、阻燃聚酰胺纤维20-30%、酚醛纤维10-15%、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25%和芳砜纶纤维5-15%;
所述阻燃网层的表层和底层分别由各自的原材料纤维编织而成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述阻燃网层的内层设置有吸音棉层,所述吸音棉层的内层设置为吸音蜂窝层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述阻燃网层与吸音棉层以及吸音棉层与吸音蜂窝层之间设置有粘结层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸音蜂窝层的内层设置有阻尼片材层,阻尼片材层与吸音蜂窝层的边界上设置有梯形连接件。
作为优选的技术方案,所述阻尼片材层的内层设置有吸音基层,吸音基层与阻尼片材层的边界上设置有圆形连接件。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸音基层之间设置有至少一根的加强筋,加强筋将吸音基层分割为至少一个的吸音空腔。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸音空腔周边的吸音基层和加强筋上开设有至少一个的吸音通孔,吸音空腔通过吸音通孔连接相邻的吸音空腔或外界。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸音阻燃棉的表面开设有至少一个的安装凹槽,安装凹槽内部咬合连接有吸音鼓。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸音鼓分为吸音鼓膜和吸音鼓支架。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸音鼓膜套装在吸音鼓支架上,吸音鼓支架通过螺纹咬合连接安装凹槽。
作为优选的技术方案,所述阻尼片材层包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
废橡胶30-45份、废棉麻20-30份、碳纤维改性聚异戊二烯橡胶20-35份、改性纳米石墨烯10-15份、增韧剂3-9份、纳米白炭黑2-8份、纳米碳酸钙3-5份、偶联剂1-3份、相容剂2-4份、防霉剂0.5-1.5份、抗氧化剂1-2份和紫外吸收剂0.5-1份。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明将双层的阻燃网层包裹在吸音棉的外层,在对吸音棉进行阻燃的同时,也不会破坏吸音棉的吸音效果,设置有吸音棉层、吸音蜂窝层、阻尼片材层和吸音基层对产生的噪音和振动进行吸附,大大提高了吸音棉的吸音效果,也提高了吸音棉的阻燃效果;而且通过在吸音棉内部设置有阻尼片材层和吸音基层,大大提高了吸音棉的韧性和强刚度,优化了吸音棉的内部结构,改善了吸音棉的性质和功能;综合来看,本发明所设计的吸音阻燃棉巧妙地将阻尼片材层引入到吸音棉中,将双层阻燃网层覆盖在吸音棉外部对其进行阻燃保护,不仅提高吸音棉的韧性、强度和刚度,还能够强化吸音和阻燃效果,具有良好的市场潜在价值,具有实用性和创造性。

一种吸音阻燃棉,包括有覆盖在表面的阻燃网层1,所述阻燃网层1设置为双层,所述表层的阻燃网层1包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
玄武岩纤45%、玻璃纤维20%、碳纤维10%、腈氯纶纤维15%和间位芳纶纤维10%;
所述底层的阻燃网层1包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
阻燃尼龙纤维25%、阻燃聚酰胺纤维20%、酚醛纤维15%、聚四氟乙烯纤维25%和芳砜纶纤维15%;
所述阻燃网层1的表层和底层分别由各自的原材料纤维编织而成。
进一步地,所述阻燃网层1的内层设置有吸音棉层3,所述吸音棉层3的内层设置为吸音蜂窝层4。
进一步地,所述阻燃网层1与吸音棉层3以及吸音棉层3与吸音蜂窝层4之间设置有粘结层2。
进一步地,所述吸音蜂窝层4的内层设置有阻尼片材层5,阻尼片材层5与吸音蜂窝层4的边界上设置有梯形连接件6。
进一步地,所述阻尼片材层5的内层设置有吸音基层7,吸音基层7与阻尼片材层5的边界上设置有圆形连接件11。
进一步地,所述吸音基层7之间设置有至少一根的加强筋8,加强筋8将吸音基层7分割为至少一个的吸音空腔10。
进一步地,所述吸音空腔10周边的吸音基层7和加强筋8上开设有至少一个的吸音通孔9,吸音空腔10通过吸音通孔9连接相邻的吸音空腔10或外界。
进一步地,所述吸音阻燃棉的表面开设有至少一个的安装凹槽12,安装凹槽12内部咬合连接有吸音鼓13。
进一步地,所述吸音鼓13分为吸音鼓膜14和吸音鼓支架15。
进一步地,所述吸音鼓膜14套装在吸音鼓支架15上,吸音鼓支架15通过螺纹咬合连接安装凹槽12。
进一步地,所述阻尼片材层5包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
废橡胶45份、废棉麻30份、碳纤维改性聚异戊二烯橡胶35份、改性纳米石墨烯15份、增韧剂9份、纳米白炭黑8份、纳米碳酸钙5份、偶联剂3份、相容剂4份、防霉剂1.5份、抗氧化剂2份和紫外吸收剂1份。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
一种吸音阻燃棉,包括有覆盖在表面的阻燃网层1,所述阻燃网层1设置为双层,所述表层的阻燃网层1包括有以下重量份数的原材料:

更进一步地,所述阻尼片材层5包括有以下重量份数的原材料:

在本发明中,本发明将双层的阻燃网层包裹在吸音棉的外层,在对吸音棉进行阻燃的同时,也不会破坏吸音棉的吸音效果,设置有吸音棉层、吸音蜂窝层、阻尼片材层和吸音基层对产生的噪音和振动进行吸附,大大提高了吸音棉的吸音效果,也提高了吸音棉的阻燃效果;而且通过在吸音棉内部设置有阻尼片材层和吸音基层,大大提高了吸音棉的韧性和强刚度,优化了吸音棉的内部结构,改善了吸音棉的性质和功能;综合来看,本发明所设计的吸音阻燃棉巧妙地将阻尼片材层引入到吸音棉中,将双层阻燃网层覆盖在吸音棉外部对其进行阻燃保护,不仅提高吸音棉的韧性、强度和刚度,还能够强化吸音和阻燃效果,具有良好的市场潜在价值,具有实用性和创造性。

1.一种吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:包括有覆盖在表面的阻燃网层(1),所述阻燃网层(1)设置为双层,所述表层的阻燃网层(1)包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
玄武岩纤维30-45%、玻璃纤维20-30%、碳纤维10-15%、腈氯纶纤维15-25%和间位芳纶纤维5-10%;
所述底层的阻燃网层(1)包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
阻燃尼龙纤维20-25%、阻燃聚酰胺纤维20-30%、酚醛纤维10-15%、聚四氟乙烯纤维15-25%和芳砜纶纤维5-15%;
所述阻燃网层(1)的表层和底层分别由各自的原材料纤维编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述阻燃网层(1)的内层设置有吸音棉层(3),所述吸音棉层(3)的内层设置为吸音蜂窝层(4);
所述阻燃网层(1)与吸音棉层(3)以及吸音棉层(3)与吸音蜂窝层(4)之间设置有粘结层(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述吸音蜂窝层(4)的内层设置有阻尼片材层(5),阻尼片材层(5)与吸音蜂窝层(4)的边界上设置有梯形连接件(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述阻尼片材层(5)的内层设置有吸音基层(7),吸音基层(7)与阻尼片材层(5)的边界上设置有圆形连接件(11)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述吸音基层(7)之间设置有至少一根的加强筋(8),加强筋(8)将吸音基层(7)分割为至少一个的吸音空腔(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述吸音空腔(10)周边的吸音基层(7)和加强筋(8)上开设有至少一个的吸音通孔(9),吸音空腔(10)通过吸音通孔(9)连接相邻的吸音空腔(10)或外界。
7.根据权利要求1所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述吸音阻燃棉的表面开设有至少一个的安装凹槽(12),安装凹槽(12)内部咬合连接有吸音鼓(13)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述吸音鼓(13)分为吸音鼓膜(14)和吸音鼓支架(15);
所述吸音鼓膜(14)套装在吸音鼓支架(15)上,吸音鼓支架(15)通过螺纹咬合连接安装凹槽(12)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的吸音阻燃棉,其特征在于:所述阻尼片材层(5)包括有以下重量份数的原材料:
废橡胶30-45份、废棉麻20-30份、碳纤维改性聚异戊二烯橡胶20-35份、改性纳米石墨烯10-15份、增韧剂3-9份、纳米白炭黑2-8份、纳米碳酸钙3-5份、偶联剂1-3份、相容剂2-4份、防霉剂0.5-1.5份、抗氧化剂1-2份和紫外吸收剂0.5-1份。
