As shown in fig. 6, the dispensing mechanism 400 may be a conventional dispensing mechanism, and in this embodiment, the dispensing mechanism 400 is fixed by a mounting seat 410, wherein the glue dripping of the glue cartridge 420 can be achieved by applying pressure to the inside of the glue cartridge through a gas pipeline.
As shown in fig. 1, as a specific installation form of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the POS machine installation apparatus of this embodiment further includes a fixing frame 1, a fixing plate 15 is installed on the fixing frame 1, as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the driving mechanism, the conductive particle distribution mechanism 700, the safety contact distribution mechanism 800, the glue dispensing mechanism 400, and the magnet distribution mechanism 900 are all installed on the fixing plate 15, and the turntable 100 is rotatably disposed on the fixing plate 15 through a rotating shaft.
In order to mount the POS rear housing to the workpiece mounting mechanism 110 of the turntable 100 or to remove the POS rear housing from the workpiece mounting mechanism 110 of the turntable 100 to return the growing line, the POS machine mounting apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a material taking and placing mechanism 600, and the material taking and placing mechanism 600 is disposed on the workpiece feeding work position.
Specifically, the pick-and-place mechanism 600 includes a driving assembly and a robot 650, and the robot 650 can make the robot 650 move the unassembled workpiece to the workpiece mounting mechanism 110 corresponding to the workpiece feeding station or move the assembled workpiece away from the workpiece mounting mechanism 110 corresponding to the workpiece feeding station under the action of the driving assembly.
The fixed frame 1 is also provided with a workpiece temporary storage mechanism 2; the workpiece temporary storage mechanism 2 comprises a feeding lifting module 21, a discharging lifting module 22 and a plurality of plastic sucking discs 23. Wherein, the drive of the feeding lifting module 21 and the discharging lifting module 22 to the plastic suction disc 23 can be realized by the way that a motor is matched with a screw nut and the like.
The driving assembly can drive the mechanical arm 650 to transfer the workpiece on the plastic suction tray 23 on the feeding lifting module 21 to the workpiece mounting mechanism 110 corresponding to the workpiece feeding working position, or transfer the assembled workpiece from the workpiece mounting mechanism 110 corresponding to the workpiece feeding working position to the plastic suction tray 23 of the discharging lifting module 22; and the driving assembly can drive the manipulator to transfer the plastic sucking disc 23 from the feeding lifting module 21 to the discharging lifting module 22.
In view of the above-mentioned form of the fixed frame 1, the material taking and placing mechanism 600 of the POS machine assembling apparatus of the embodiment is installed at the upper end of the fixed frame 1, and the fixed plate 15 is disposed at the driving assembly side.
The driving assembly comprises a first driving element 610, a second driving element 620 and a third driving element 630, wherein the second driving element 620 is connected with the output end of the first driving element 610, the third driving element 630 is connected with the output end of the second driving element 620, the output end of the third driving element 630 is connected with the manipulator 650, the first driving element 610 is used for driving the second driving element 620, the third driving element 630 and the manipulator 650 to move, the second driving element 620 is used for driving the third driving element 630 and the manipulator 650 to move, and the third driving element 630 is used for driving the manipulator 650 to vertically move up and down.
Specifically, the fixed frame 1 is provided with a first movable guide rail 12 and a second movable guide rail 13, the first movable guide rail 12 and the second movable guide rail 13 are horizontally and vertically arranged, the first driving member 610 includes a first motor 611 and a first lead screw nut, an output end of the first motor 611 is connected with a lead screw of the first lead screw nut and drives the lead screw to rotate, the nut of the first lead screw nut is slidably connected to the first movable guide rail 12, and when the lead screw of the first lead screw nut rotates, the nut of the first lead screw nut drives the second driving member 620 to move.
The second driving member 620 includes a second motor 621 and a second screw nut assembly, the second movable rail 13 and the second motor 621 are mounted on the nut of the first screw nut through the first mounting plate 622, the output rod of the second motor 621 is connected to the screw of the second screw nut, the nut of the second screw nut is slidably connected to the second movable rail 13, and the second motor 621 drives the screw of the second screw nut to rotate, so that the nut of the second screw nut moves along the second movable rail 13. The nut of the second lead screw nut drives the third driving member 630 to move.
The third driving member 630 includes a third motor 631 and a third screw nut, and the third motor 631 is fixed to the nut of the second screw nut through a second mounting plate 632. The output rod of the third motor 631 is connected to the lead screw of the third lead screw nut, and the robot 650 is connected to the nut of the third lead screw nut.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, in order to ensure the stability of the second moving rail 13, the fixed frame 1 is further provided with a supporting slide rail 14 on the opposite side of the first moving rail 12, that is, the end of the second moving rail 13 away from the first moving rail 12, and the second moving rail 13 is slidably supported on the supporting slide rail 14.
Further, in order to adjust the installation angle of the rear housing of the POS machine, the robot 650 of the present embodiment is installed on the nut of the third screw nut through the rotating mechanism 640. Specifically, the rotation mechanism 640 includes a rotation motor 641, the rotation motor 641 is mounted on a nut of the third lead screw nut through a third mounting plate 642, and the robot 650 is mounted on an output rod of the rotation motor 641. The rotation of the rotating motor 641 drives the robot 650 to rotate in a plane, thereby adjusting the angle of the rear housing of the POS machine.
The robot 650 may be in the form of a gripper cylinder engaging the gripper jaws, and the driving engagement of the gripper cylinder with the gripper jaws is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described further herein. Naturally, the manipulator may also be in the form of a suction cup or the like.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, during the intelligent movement of the component, the component may be used in combination with a controller (which may be an industrial PLC of the prior art, and the type of the PLC may be selected as needed, for example, but not limited to, the model is an ohm dragon PLC — CPM1A-V1 series), and a corresponding sensor (including but not limited to a distance sensor, a stroke sensor, and the like), and an action command of the corresponding driving component and the driving mechanism may be issued by the industrial PLC according to feedback information of the sensor. The arrangement of industrial PLC and sensors, etc. can be set by reasonable reasoning with reference to the existing similar control technology by those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
In conclusion, the POS machine assembling device can replace a manual installation mode, realize full-automatic production and reduce labor cost, and saves equipment investment cost and reduces equipment occupation space due to compact equipment arrangement.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a POS machine assembling line which comprises a conveying production line, wherein the POS machine assembling device is arranged on one side of the conveying production line.
The conveying production line is used for conveying the rear support of the POS machine, and other automatic POS machine production equipment, such as cover plate covering equipment of the POS machine and the like, can be arranged on the conveying growth line.
The POS assembly line of the embodiment has the same effect as the POS assembly device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and can be obtained visually through the above description of the POS assembly device, which is not described herein again.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A POS machine assembling device is used for installing a magnet and a conductive particle of a POS machine and is characterized by comprising a rotary table, a conductive particle installing mechanism, a safety contact installing mechanism, a glue dispensing mechanism and a magnet installing mechanism;
the rotary table is provided with a workpiece mounting mechanism, the rotary table is connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the rotary table to rotate so as to drive the workpiece mounting mechanism to move along the circumferential direction of the rotary table;
the conductive particle mounting mechanism, the safety contact mounting mechanism, the glue dispensing mechanism and the magnet mounting mechanism are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the turntable and are arranged at intervals with the edge of the turntable;
the workpiece mounting mechanism can move to the working position of the conductive particle mounting mechanism, the working position of the safety contact mounting mechanism, the working position of the dispensing mechanism and the working position of the magnet mounting mechanism in sequence under the driving action of the turntable.
2. The POS machine assembling device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the workpiece mounting mechanisms is 5, and the 5 workpiece mounting mechanisms are arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotary table;
one of the positions of the outer area in the circumferential direction of the rotary disc is a workpiece feeding working position, and the workpiece feeding working position, the working position of the conductive particle mounting mechanism, the working position of the safety contact mounting mechanism, the working position of the dispensing mechanism and the working position of the magnet mounting mechanism are sequentially and uniformly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotary disc;
and when the rotation of the turntable stops, one of the workpiece mounting mechanisms and the workpiece feeding work position are correspondingly arranged.
3. The POS machine assembly device of claim 2, further comprising a pick-and-place mechanism disposed on the workpiece feed station;
the material taking and placing mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a mechanical arm, wherein the driving assembly is used for driving the mechanical arm to move unassembled workpieces to a workpiece mounting mechanism corresponding to the workpiece feeding working position, or the assembled workpieces are removed from the workpiece mounting mechanism corresponding to the workpiece feeding working position.
4. The POS machine assembling device according to claim 3, further comprising a conductive particle distributing mechanism, a safety contact distributing mechanism, and a magnet distributing mechanism;
the conductive particle distributing mechanism is used for conveying conductive particles to the conductive particle mounting mechanism, the safety contact distributing mechanism is used for conveying safety contacts to the safety contact mounting mechanism, and the magnet distributing mechanism is used for conveying magnets to the magnet mounting mechanism.

The POS machine assembling device of claim 4, further comprising a fixing frame, wherein a fixing plate is mounted on the fixing frame, the driving mechanism, the conductive particle distributing mechanism, the safety contact distributing mechanism, the dispensing mechanism, the magnet distributing mechanism, the conductive particle mounting mechanism, the safety contact mounting mechanism and the magnet mounting mechanism are all mounted on the fixing plate, and the rotary plate is rotatably disposed on the fixing plate through a rotating shaft.
6. The POS machine assembling device according to claim 5, wherein a workpiece temporary storage mechanism is further installed on the fixing frame; the workpiece temporary storage mechanism comprises a feeding lifting module, a discharging lifting module and a plurality of plastic sucking discs;
the feeding lifting module and the discharging lifting module are respectively arranged on the fixed frame, a workpiece placing position is arranged on the plastic sucking disc, the plastic sucking disc can be arranged on the feeding lifting module or the discharging lifting module, and the feeding lifting module and the discharging lifting module can respectively drive the plastic sucking disc on the feeding lifting module and the discharging lifting module to move up and down;
the driving assembly can drive the mechanical arm to transfer the workpiece on the plastic suction disc on the feeding lifting module to the workpiece mounting mechanism corresponding to the workpiece feeding working position, or transfer the assembled workpiece from the workpiece mounting mechanism corresponding to the workpiece feeding working position to the plastic suction disc of the discharging lifting module; and the driving assembly can drive the mechanical arm to transfer the plastic sucking disc from the feeding lifting module to the discharging lifting module.
7. The POS machine assembling device according to claim 6, wherein the fixed frame is provided with a first moving guide rail and a second moving guide rail above the fixed plate, and the first moving guide rail and the second moving guide rail are horizontally and vertically arranged;
the driving assembly comprises a first driving piece, a second driving piece and a third driving piece, wherein the second driving piece is connected with the output end of the first driving piece, the third driving piece is connected with the output end of the second driving piece, and the output end of the third driving piece is connected with the manipulator;
the first driving piece is used for driving the second driving piece, the third driving piece and the mechanical arm to move along the first movable guide rail, the second driving piece is used for driving the third driving piece and the mechanical arm to move along the second movable guide rail, and the third driving piece is used for driving the mechanical arm to vertically move up and down.
8. The POS machine assembly device of claim 7, wherein the first, second, and third drive members are in the form of motor-driven lead screw nuts.
9. The POS machine assembly of claim 4, wherein the conductive particle dispensing mechanism and the safety contact dispensing mechanism are vibrating discs.
10. A POS machine assembly line, comprising a conveying line, one side of which is provided with the POS machine assembly device of any one of claims 1-9.
