The material distributing module 2 comprises a workpiece positioning groove 21 arranged below the discharge hole of the feeding channel 11, a material distributing push block 22 used for pushing the water outlet pipe joint in the workpiece positioning groove 21 to the material pushing module 3, and a second driving part 23 used for driving the material distributing push block 22 to move. The second driving member 23 is a cylinder and is fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket 4.

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, 13 to 17 and 22, the press-fitting mechanism includes a frame 150, a mounting plate 10 connected to a top plate of the frame 150, a connecting frame 20 slidably connected to the mounting plate 10, a third driving unit 30 for driving the connecting frame 20, and a press-fitting assembly for performing a press-fitting operation.

In an embodiment, the displacement control device 80 is a displacement sensor, wherein the displacement sensor is slidably connected to the connecting frame 20 through a sliding block guide rail assembly, and is further fixedly connected to the connecting seat 90 through a connecting plate, and the displacement sensor and the water pipe pressure head 60 move synchronously during press mounting.
The displacement sensor and the electromagnetic valve in the gas-liquid pressure cylinder are in closed-loop control, and the horizontal displacement of the water pipe pressure head 60 relative to the connecting frame 20 is monitored and controlled through the displacement sensor, so that the press-fitting stroke of the water pipe pressure head 60 is controlled, the press-fitting depth of the water pipe joint can be guaranteed to meet the press-fitting technical requirement, and the press-fitting quality is guaranteed.
The press fitting stroke of the water pipe pressure head in the press fitting mechanism is controllable, the press fitting depth of the water pipe joint can be ensured to meet the press fitting requirement, the situation of insufficient press fitting or over-deep press fitting can not occur, and the press fitting quality is guaranteed; the water pipe pressure head extends into the water outlet pipe joint and carries out horizontal press mounting from the end part of the water outlet pipe joint, and the press mounting mode also ensures that the press mounting stress of the water outlet pipe joint is uniform and the eccentric condition is avoided, so that the press mounting and assembling quality is further ensured, and the product percent of pass is improved; in addition, the connecting frame is designed into a C shape, the opening of the connecting frame faces downwards, the structure is simple, and the avoiding effect is good.
The press-fitting mechanism adopts horizontal press-fitting, so that the stability of the cylinder cover during press-fitting is high, and the design of arranging the press-fitting station above the gluing station also fully rationalizes the spatial layout.
The intelligent press-fitting system further comprises an electric control cabinet 200, an HMI operation screen 300 and a displacement-pressure curve screen 400 for displaying press-fitting data.
The press-fitting assembly further comprises a guide unit for movably guiding the water pipe pressure head 60, wherein the guide unit comprises two pairs of guide seats 100 and guide pillars 110 which are respectively positioned on two sides of the piston rod of the gas-liquid pressure cylinder, the guide seats 100 are fixedly connected with the connecting frame 20, and the guide pillars 110 are movably arranged in the guide seats 100 and are fixedly connected with the connecting seat 90. The guide unit is arranged to ensure that the deviation of the water pipe pressure head 60 can not occur during the press mounting action, so that the press mounting precision is further guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 13 to 17, the end of the guide post 110 away from the water pipe head 60 has a stop block 120 to mechanically limit the press-fitting stroke of the water pipe head 60. Further, a detachable and replaceable adjusting gasket is arranged between the limiting block 120 and the guide seat 100, the adjusting gasket is provided with a mounting hole for connecting to the guide seat 100 and a U-shaped bayonet for avoiding the guide post 110, the adjusting gasket has various specifications such as 1mm, 5mm and 10mm, and the adjusting gasket is selectively used according to the model of the cylinder cover, so that the limiting stroke of the limiting block 120 is adjustable.
Due to the adoption of the adjusting gasket, the limiting stroke of the limiting block 120 is adjustable, so that the water outlet pipe joint press-fitting device can be suitable for press-fitting of water outlet pipe joints of cylinder covers of various models, and has the characteristics of simple adjusting mode and easiness in operation.
As shown in fig. 17, a cylinder head reference plate 140 is further attached to the bottom of the mounting plate 10. In an embodiment, two press-fitting position switches in the proximity switch 40 are provided, the distance between the two press-fitting position switches and the initial position switch in the proximity switch 40 is different, and the selective operation of the two press-fitting position switches enables the connecting frame 20 to have two moving strokes, so that the press-fitting mechanism can adapt to press-fitting of water outlet pipe joints of two types of cylinder covers.
The press-fitting position switches of the proximity switches 40 may be three or more, so that the connecting frame 20 has a wider range of movement, thereby increasing the applicability of the press-fitting mechanism.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the press-fitting system of the present invention further comprises a protective net 500, wherein the protective net 500 is assembled by an aluminum frame and a transparent acrylic plate. The HMI operation screen 300 and the displacement-pressure curve screen 400 are both disposed on the protective net 500.
The whole press-fitting process of the present invention can be seen with reference to fig. 24. After the tray reaches the gluing station, reading information of the cylinder cover, detecting whether a water outlet pipe joint is arranged on the cylinder cover (if the water outlet pipe joint is arranged, the water outlet pipe joint is directly released and not pressed), if the water outlet pipe joint is not arranged, gluing is carried out, then the tray is lifted by a lifting mechanism, detecting whether the tray is flat or not by a detecting device, if the tray is in a horizontal placement state (if the tray is not in the horizontal placement state, manual processing is alarmed), lifting the tray to the pressing station, detecting whether the glue is arranged or not by a chromatic aberration sensor (if the glue is not arranged, the lifting mechanism descends back, the glue is arranged again), if the glue is arranged, moving a connecting frame to enable a top column to abut against the cylinder cover, dividing the water outlet pipe joint by a material dividing module, pushing the water outlet pipe joint divided by the material dividing module to a position to be pressed, then the water outlet pipe joint is pressed horizontally, and after the water outlet, And the lifting mechanisms return in sequence, and finally the tray is released to finish one-time press mounting.

s1, placing the cylinder cover on the tray, carrying the cylinder cover to move on the horizontal conveying line body, conveying the cylinder cover to a gluing station, and identifying the type of the cylinder cover at the gluing station;
s2, automatically gluing a water outlet of the cylinder cover at the gluing station;
s3, after the cylinder cover is coated with glue, lifting the tray to enable the cylinder cover to be separated from the horizontal conveying line body and lifted from a gluing station to a press-fitting station;
s4, positioning the cylinder cover after the cylinder cover reaches a press-fitting station, conveying the water outlet pipe joint to a position to be press-fitted, and horizontally press-fitting the water outlet pipe joint at the position to be press-fitted into a water outlet of the cylinder cover; and
and S5, after the press fitting is finished, descending the tray to enable the cylinder cover which finishes the press fitting of the water outlet pipe joint to descend to the horizontal conveying line body from the press fitting station so as to be conveyed to the next procedure.
2. The method for intelligently press-fitting the water outlet pipe joint of the cylinder head of the automobile engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S1, whether the water outlet pipe joint exists or not is detected, if the water outlet pipe joint is detected, the water outlet pipe joint is directly released to the next process on the horizontal conveyor line, and if the water outlet pipe joint is not detected, step S2 is executed.
3. The intelligent press-fitting method for the water outlet pipe joint of the automobile engine cylinder head as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S2, the water outlet of the cylinder head is uniformly coated with glue in a spin coating manner.
4. The intelligent press-fitting method for the water outlet pipe joint of the cylinder head of the automobile engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S3, before the tray is lifted, whether the tray is in a horizontal state or not is detected, and if the tray is not detected to be in the horizontal state, the lifting of the tray is stopped and an alarm is given.

The intelligent press-fitting method for the water outlet pipe joint of the automobile engine cylinder head as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S4, after the cylinder head reaches the press-fitting station, the color difference detection is performed on whether glue is applied to the water outlet of the cylinder head, if no glue is detected, the cylinder head at the press-fitting station is lowered to the glue applying station for re-applying glue, and if no glue is detected for the second time, the alarm is given.
6. The intelligent press-fitting method for the water outlet pipe joint of the automobile engine cylinder head according to claim 1, wherein the conveying of the water outlet pipe joint before press-fitting comprises the following steps:
s41, performing centralized feeding of a plurality of water outlet pipe connectors in advance to form a quick-change cartridge clip, and enabling the plurality of water outlet pipe connectors in the quick-change cartridge clip to slide into the workpiece positioning grooves along the feeding channel by means of self weight;
s42, distributing the water outlet pipe joints in the workpiece positioning grooves into material pushing claws, wherein only one water outlet pipe joint can be distributed each time; and
and S43, pushing the water outlet pipe joint borne by the material pushing claw to a position to be pressed in a pushing mode.

An intelligent press-fitting system for an outlet pipe joint of an automobile engine cylinder head, which is used for implementing the intelligent press-fitting method for the outlet pipe joint of the automobile engine cylinder head according to any one of claims 1 to 6, it is characterized in that the press-mounting system comprises a horizontal conveying line body, a gluing station positioned on the horizontal conveying line body and a press-mounting station separated from the horizontal conveying line body, wherein the gluing station is provided with a gluing unit for automatically gluing the water outlet of the cylinder cover, the press-fitting station is provided with a feeding unit for conveying the water outlet pipe joint to a position to be press-fitted and a press-fitting mechanism for horizontally press-fitting the water outlet pipe joint to a water outlet of the cylinder cover along the horizontal direction, the press-fitting system further comprises a lifting mechanism used for lifting the cylinder cover from the gluing station to the press-fitting station before press-fitting and for lowering the cylinder cover from the press-fitting station back to the gluing station after press-fitting.
8. The intelligent press-fitting system for the water outlet pipe joint of the automobile engine cylinder cover according to claim 7, wherein a color difference sensor for detecting whether glue is applied to a water outlet of the cylinder cover before press-fitting is arranged on the press-fitting mechanism.
9. The intelligent press-fitting system for the water outlet pipe joint of the automobile engine cylinder cover according to claim 7, wherein a detection device for detecting whether a tray carrying the cylinder cover is in a horizontally placed state is arranged on the lifting mechanism.
10. The intelligent press-fitting system for the water outlet pipe joint of the automobile engine cylinder cover according to claim 9, wherein an RFID reader-writer for reading data information recorded in a code carrier and a diffuse reflection switch for detecting whether the water outlet pipe joint exists on the cylinder cover at the gluing station are arranged on the gluing station, wherein the code carrier is arranged on a tray for placing the cylinder cover.
