When the workpiece is required to be placed on the frame 1, the movable plate 35 drives the first support column 36 and the second support column 37 to be far away from the second support seat 33, then the workpiece is placed on the second support seat 33, the positioning piece provides positioning for the workpiece, the movable plate 35 drives the first support column 36 and the second support column 37 to approach the second support seat 33 on the frame 1 until the first support column 36 abuts against the outer side part of the workpiece, meanwhile, the second support column 37 abuts against the inner side part of the workpiece in a movable manner, and the workpiece is fixed in the frame 1.

Claims (10)
1. A water pipe pressure equipment device for new energy automobile part, characterized by comprising:
a frame;
a spray assembly disposed on the frame, the spray assembly having: the connecting block is arranged on the rack and is provided with at least two connecting blocks; the rotating parts are arranged on each connecting block and are provided with a rotating state and an extrusion state, the rotating state is used for driving the water pipe to rotate, and the extrusion state is used for press-fitting the water pipe sprayed with glue into a workpiece; the spray heads are movably arranged above the rotating pieces, can be switched back and forth between each rotating piece and are used for spraying glue on the water pipes;
the pushing component is arranged on the rack and positioned at one side of the spraying component, the pushing component is provided with a first driving piece which is movably arranged and a pushing block which is arranged at the output end of the first driving piece, and one end of the pushing block, which is far away from the first driving piece, is movably abutted against each connecting block and can be switched back and forth between each connecting block;
the rotating piece can be in an extrusion state due to the movable propping of the pushing piece and the connecting block, the pushing piece can be moved between the connecting blocks due to the movement of the first driving piece relative to the frame, and the spray head and the pushing piece synchronously move for switching back and forth between each rotating piece.

The water pipe press-fitting device for the new energy automobile parts according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of elastic pieces, wherein annular grooves are formed in the rotating pieces, the elastic pieces are sleeved on the annular grooves, the depth of the annular grooves is greater than half of the thickness of the elastic pieces along the radial direction and less than the whole thickness of the elastic pieces, the elastic pieces can be placed on the rotating pieces in a compressed state due to the water pipe, the rotating pieces drive the water pipe to synchronously rotate, and the water pipe is pressed into the workpiece due to the fact that the water pipe is separated from the rotating pieces.

The water pipe press-fitting device for the new energy automobile parts according to claim 1, wherein the connecting blocks are provided with T-shaped grooves, the pushing blocks are movably inserted into the T-shaped grooves, and the T-shaped grooves are used for guiding movement of the pushing blocks.
4. The water line press-fit device for new energy automobile parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spray assembly further comprises:
a first support base disposed on the frame for providing support for the spray assembly;
the first support seat is provided with a plurality of first slide rails;
the first moving seats are arranged on the first sliding rails, one connecting block is arranged on each first moving seat, and the first moving seats are used for driving the connecting blocks to move relative to the first supporting seats;
and the second driving parts are arranged on the first supporting seats, and one side of each first movable seat is connected with the second driving parts.

The water pipe press-fitting device for new energy automobile parts according to claim 4, further comprising a belt pulley assembly, wherein a third driving member is arranged above each connecting block, a group of belt pulley assemblies are arranged at the output end of each third driving member, the belt pulley assemblies are in transmission connection with the rotating members, the third driving members are used for driving the belt pulley assemblies to rotate, and the belt pulley assemblies are used for driving the rotating members to rotate.
6. A water line press-fit device for new energy automobile parts as claimed in claim 5, wherein said pulley assembly comprises:
the driving wheel is arranged at the output end of the third driving piece;
the driven wheel is arranged on the rotating piece;
and each belt pulley assembly is provided with one belt, one end of each belt is sleeved on the driving wheel, and the other end of each belt is sleeved on the driven wheel.
7. The water line press-fit device for new energy automobile parts as claimed in claim 4, wherein the push assembly further comprises:
the second movable seat is movably arranged on the frame, the first driving piece is arranged on the second movable seat, and the second movable seat is used for driving the first driving piece to move relative to the frame;
the fourth driving piece is arranged on the frame and is positioned at one side of the second movable seat far away from the spraying assembly, and the output end of the fourth driving piece is connected with the second movable seat and is used for driving the second movable seat to move relative to the frame;
the second sliding rail is provided with two second sliding rails on the frame, a plurality of first sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the second movable seat, and the first sliding blocks are respectively and movably connected to the second sliding rails and used for enabling the second movable seat to move.
8. The water line press-fit device for new energy automobile parts of claim 7, wherein said spray assembly further comprises:
the movable frame is arranged on the second movable seat and can synchronously move due to the fact that the second movable seat drives the second driving piece to move relative to the frame;
the third movable seat is movably arranged on the movable frame;
the output end of the fifth driving piece is connected with the three moving seats and is used for driving the third moving seat to move on the moving frame;
the third sliding rail is arranged on the movable frame, a second sliding block is arranged below the third movable seat, and the second sliding block is movably connected to the third sliding rail and used for enabling the third movable seat to move;
the spray part is arranged on the third movable seat, and the spray head is arranged at the output end of the spray part;
the limiting piece is arranged on the movable frame, and on the moving path of the third movable seat relative to the movable frame, the limiting piece is movably abutted against the third movable seat and used for limiting the third movable seat.
9. The water pipe press-fitting device for new energy automobile parts according to claim 4, wherein a fixing assembly is further arranged on the frame and used for fixing the workpiece.
10. The water line press-fit device for new energy automobile parts as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fixing assembly comprises:
the second supporting seat is arranged on the frame and positioned at one side of the first supporting seat away from the pushing assembly and is used for supporting the workpiece;
the positioning pins are arranged on the second supporting seat and used for providing positioning for the workpiece;
the movable plate is movably arranged on the frame and is positioned above the second supporting seat;
the movable plate is provided with a plurality of first support columns, and the first support columns are movably abutted against the outer side part of the workpiece and used for fixing the workpiece;
the movable plate is provided with a plurality of second support columns, and the second support columns are movably abutted against the inner side part of the workpiece and used for fixing the workpiece.
