Abstract
本发明公开了一种润滑油生产用混料装置,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部固定连接有电机箱,所述电机箱内壁固定连接有电机,所述电机底部固定连接有转动轴,所述转动轴外壁固定连接有绞龙,所述转动轴两侧均固定连接有转动横杆,所述转动横杆转动连接有搅拌架,所述转动横杆底部固定连接有固定条。本发明电机转动带动转动轴转动,从而带动固定连接在转动轴表面的绞龙转动,转动轴外壁固定连接有转动横杆,转动横杆转动连接有搅拌架,底部固定连接有固定条,从而达到电机带动绞龙、转动横杆、固定条复合转动搅拌,使装置最大限度对物料进行混合,提升了混料的混合程度。

技术领域
本发明涉及混料装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种润滑油生产用混料装置。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用(Roab)。
只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油,而润滑生产过程中,滑油生产中润滑油混料调和工序具有非常重要的作用,调和的好坏直接影响了润滑油产品的质量,目前存在的润滑油调和装置结构简单,功能单一,无法对润滑油进行充分搅拌,因此一种具有复合搅拌结构的混料装置显得很重要。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种润滑油生产用混料装置。
本发明提出的一种润滑油生产用混料装置,包括箱体,所述箱体底部外壁固定连接多个支脚,所述支脚底部固定连接有刹车轮,所述箱体顶部固定连接有电机箱,所述电机箱内壁固定连接有电机,所述电机底部固定连接有转动轴,所述转动轴外壁固定连接有绞龙,所述转动轴两侧均固定连接有转动横杆,所述转动横杆转动连接有搅拌架,所述转动横杆底部固定连接有固定条。
优选地,所述转动横杆远离转动轴一侧固定连接有刮板。
优选地,所述箱体一侧外壁固定连接有水箱,水箱内部设置有水泵,水泵顶部固定连接有水管,水管远离水箱一端底部外壁固定连接有分水管,箱体顶部内壁固定连接有出水口,出水口和分水管固定连接。
优选地,所述箱体顶部固定连接有进料口,所述进料口内壁固定连接有固定板,固定板另一端固定连接有进料管,进料管底部固定连接有振动电机,进料管底部固定连接有减震弹簧,进料管靠近箱体一端固定连接有滤网。
优选地,所述箱体底部固定连接有出料口,出料口外壁转动连接有出料阀门,出料口外壁固定连接有分压管,分压管另一端和箱体顶部一侧外壁固定连接。
优选地,所述箱体底部固定连接有加热层,箱体一侧外壁固定连接有电控箱,电控箱和加热层电性连接。
本发明中,启动电机转动带动转动轴转动,从而带动固定连接在转动轴表面的绞龙转动,转动轴外壁固定连接有转动横杆,转动横杆转动连接有搅拌架,底部固定连接有固定条,从而达到电机带动绞龙、转动横杆、固定条复合转动搅拌,使装置最大限度对物料进行混合,提升了混料的混合程度;
箱体外壁设置的水箱,通过水泵将水输送进入水管,再进入分水管,经由进水口进入箱体,方便后续搅拌后箱体内的清洗,避免物料推挤在内壁,提升了装置的使用寿命;
箱体底部内壁固定连接有加热层,通过固定在箱体外壁的电控箱控制其发热,可使降低润滑油粘度,搅拌效率更好,同时搅拌结束进行清洗时,对箱体内部进行加热,进行烘干,保持箱体内干燥,延长使用寿命;
振动电机振动带动进料管振动,当物料进入进料管后,经过振动进入滤网,可以过滤原料,振动电机可提升物料的通过率防止堵塞,具有一定实用性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
参照图1-2,一种润滑油生产用混料装置,包括箱体1,箱体1底部外壁固定连接多个支脚8,支脚8底部固定连接有刹车轮9,箱体1顶部固定连接有电机箱6,电机箱6内壁固定连接有电机,电机底部固定连接有转动轴15,转动轴15外壁固定连接有绞龙14,转动轴15两侧均固定连接有转动横杆22,转动横杆22转动连接有搅拌架13,转动横杆22底部固定连接有固定条12,启动电机转动带动转动轴15转动,从而带动固定连接在转动轴15表面的绞龙14转动,转动轴15外壁固定连接有转动横杆22,转动横杆22转动连接有搅拌架13,底部固定连接有固定条12,从而达到电机带动绞龙14、转动横杆22、固定条12复合转动搅拌,使装置最大限度对物料进行混合,提升了混料的混合程度。
本发明中,转动横杆22远离转动轴15一侧固定连接有刮板23,清理箱体内壁;
箱体1一侧外壁固定连接有水箱2,水箱2内部设置有水泵,水泵顶部固定连接有水管4,水管4远离水箱2一端底部外壁固定连接有分水管5,箱体1顶部内壁固定连接有出水口17,出水口17和分水管5固定连接,箱体1外壁设置的水箱2,通过水泵将水输送进入水管4,再进入分水管5,经由进水口17进入箱体1,方便后续搅拌后箱体1内的清洗,避免物料推挤在内壁,提升了装置的使用寿命;
箱体1顶部固定连接有进料口3,进料口3内壁固定连接有固定板19,固定板19另一端固定连接有进料管18,进料管18底部固定连接有振动电机20,进料管18底部固定连接有减震弹簧16,进料管18靠近箱体1一端固定连接有滤网21,振动电机20振动带动进料管18振动,当物料进入进料管18后,经过振动进入滤网21,可以过滤原料,振动电机20可提升物料的通过率防止堵塞,具有一定实用性;
箱体1底部固定连接有出料口10,出料口10外壁转动连接有出料阀门11,出料口10外壁固定连接有分压管7,分压管7另一端和箱体1顶部一侧外壁固定连接,使箱体1内外外界压力一致,方便出料。
使用时,启动电机转动带动转动轴15转动,从而带动固定连接在转动轴15表面的绞龙14转动,转动轴15外壁固定连接有转动横杆22,转动横杆22转动连接有搅拌架13,底部固定连接有固定条12,从而达到电机带动绞龙14、转动横杆22、固定条12复合转动搅拌,使装置最大限度对物料进行混合,提升了混料的混合程度。
实施例2
参照图3,一种润滑油生产用混料装置,箱体1底部固定连接有加热层24,箱体1一侧外壁固定连接有电控箱25,电控箱25和加热层24电性连接。
使用时,箱体1底部内壁固定连接有加热层24,通过固定在箱体1外壁的电控箱25控制其发热,可使降低润滑油粘度,搅拌效率更好,同时搅拌结束进行清洗时,对箱体1内部进行加热,进行烘干,保持箱体1内干燥,延长使用寿命。

1.一种润滑油生产用混料装置,包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)底部外壁固定连接多个支脚(8),所述支脚(8)底部固定连接有刹车轮(9),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)顶部固定连接有电机箱(6),所述电机箱(6)内壁固定连接有电机,所述电机底部固定连接有转动轴(15),所述转动轴(15)外壁固定连接有绞龙(14),所述转动轴(15)两侧均固定连接有转动横杆(22),所述转动横杆(22)转动连接有搅拌架(13),所述转动横杆(22)底部固定连接有固定条(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑油生产用混料装置,其特征在于,所述转动横杆(22)远离转动轴(15)一侧固定连接有刮板(23)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种润滑油生产用混料装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)一侧外壁固定连接有水箱(2),水箱(2)内部设置有水泵,水泵顶部固定连接有水管(4),水管(4)远离水箱(2)一端底部外壁固定连接有分水管(5),箱体(1)顶部内壁固定连接有出水口(17),出水口(17)和分水管(5)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种润滑油生产用混料装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)顶部固定连接有进料口(3),所述进料口(3)内壁固定连接有固定板(19),固定板(19)另一端固定连接有进料管(18),进料管(18)底部固定连接有振动电机(20),进料管(18)底部固定连接有减震弹簧(16),进料管(18)靠近箱体(1)一端固定连接有滤网(21)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种润滑油生产用混料装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)底部固定连接有出料口(10),出料口(10)外壁转动连接有出料阀门(11),出料口(10)外壁固定连接有分压管(7),分压管(7)另一端和箱体(1)顶部一侧外壁固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种润滑油生产用混料装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)底部固定连接有加热层(24),箱体(1)一侧外壁固定连接有电控箱(25),电控箱(25)和加热层(24)电性连接。
