(4) maintaining the temperature, adjusting pH to 6-6.5, adding papain 0.05-0.1 times, and performing enzymolysis for 3-4 hr;
(5) reducing the temperature to 35-40 deg.C, adjusting pH to 7-8, adding 0.05-0.2 times of trypsin, and performing enzymolysis for 3-4 hr;
(6) heating to 90-95 deg.C for 30min, and inactivating enzyme;
(7) cooling to room temperature, centrifuging at 3000r/min for 30-40min to obtain crude extract of Sargassum thunbergii polypeptide;
(8) filtering the sargassum thunbergii polypeptide by using a 500-2000Da nanofiltration membrane to obtain a sargassum thunbergii polypeptide refined extraction solution;
(9) freeze-drying at low temperature to obtain Sargassum thunbergii polypeptide.
4. The natural facial mask for anti-aging according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the clove extract, the grape extract, the green tea extract, and the papaya extract are extracted from 60% ethanol aqueous solution.
5. The preparation method of the anti-aging mask is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in parts by mass;
(2) heating sterile deionized water to 50-65 deg.C, adding trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, flos Caryophylli extract, fructus Vitis Viniferae extract, green tea extract, and fructus Chaenomelis extract, stirring to dissolve completely;
(3) cooling to 35-45 deg.C, adding Sargassum thunbergii polypeptide, stirring to dissolve completely;
(4) cooling to 25-30 deg.C, adding flos Rosae Rugosae essential oil, and making into facial mask liquid;
(5) sterile filtration is carried out by using a filter membrane liquid with the diameter of 0.22 mu m;
(6) and (3) placing the facial mask paper into a facial mask bag, and adding sterile facial mask liquid to obtain the natural anti-aging facial mask.
6. The application of the natural whitening mask is characterized in that the mask is directly attached to the skin to reduce the secretion of free radicals of skin cells, so that the effect of delaying aging is achieved.
