Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a repairing type sunscreen composition and a preparation method and application thereof. The repairing type sunscreen composition provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 14-19 parts of sun-screening agent, 68-80 parts of water, 2-4 parts of butanediol, 0.3-0.7 part of NaCl, 0.2-0.6 part of thickening agent, 0.65-0.12 part of conditioning agent, 0.15-0.3 part of pH regulator, 1-3 parts of emulsifier and 0.15-0.45 part of preservative. The repair type sunscreen composition provided by the invention can play a role in sunscreen in offices, has long duration, does not need to be continuously made up, can effectively resist external stimulation, has the functions of repairing after sun and relieving skin sensitivity, and can resist bacteria and oxidation; meanwhile, the composition provided by the invention is in a gel texture, is easy to apply in use, and is cool and comfortable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a repairing type sunscreen composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The damage of ultraviolet rays to human skin is more and more concerned by people, the ultraviolet rays not only can increase the temperature of the skin, dilate blood capillaries, increase the evaporation of water in epidermis and the like through the heat radiation effect of the ultraviolet rays, directly cause adverse effects on the skin, accelerate skin aging, but also can cause skin pigmentation, form various color spots such as freckles, chloasma and the like, and further influence the appearance of people, so that a plurality of beauty lovers pay more attention to sun protection. However, many current sunscreen products have a short lasting effect, and the effect is further reduced by sweating due to heat in the day, and skin of many people is allergic due to sunlight.
Chinese patent application CN108236600A discloses a sunscreen cream, which comprises 60-80 parts by mass of solvent, 20-30 parts by mass of additive, 0.5-10 parts by mass of common mussel melanin pulp and 6-13 parts by mass of anti-UV agent, wherein the additive comprises emulsifier, preservative, pH regulator and essence. The sunscreen cream provided by the invention has the characteristics of being safe to use, preventing chemical sunscreen substances from permeating into skin, being capable of being attached to proteins of skin cells, not being absorbed by the skin, greatly reducing free radicals generated under ultraviolet irradiation and reducing stimulation of the free radicals to the skin, but the sunscreen cream cannot play a role in repairing after-sun, and the sunscreen effect is not durable enough.
Chinese patent application CN107737088A discloses a multifunctional sunscreen cream, which is prepared by putting 40-50 parts of carbomer, 20-30 parts of chitosan liquid, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol liquid, 20-30 parts of snail mucus, 3-5 parts of preservative, 5-6 parts of superoxide dismutase, 2-3 parts of catalase, 2-3 parts of oxidase, 40-50 parts of water, 10-20 parts of vitamin, 10-20 parts of tea extract and 10-20 parts of plant essential oil into a mixer, and stirring and mixing at high speed for 30-50min under the condition that the rotating speed is 50-70 r/min. The multifunctional sunscreen cream provided by the invention is fresh and non-greasy, has a good moisturizing effect, and has an excellent sunscreen effect. However, the sunscreen cream cannot have the effects of preventing irritation, repairing after sunburn and soothing allergy, and although the sunscreen cream has a good sunscreen effect, the effect lasts for a short time.
At present, many sun cream have single effect, can not prevent the stimulation of the external world to the skin and the effect of after-sun repair and allergy relief well, and many sun cream need to be wiped for many times because the effect duration time of factors such as the day heat perspiration is shorter.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a repairing type sunscreen composition and a preparation method and application thereof. The repair type sunscreen composition provided by the invention can play a role in sunscreen in offices, has long duration, does not need to be continuously made up, can effectively resist external stimulation, has the functions of repairing after sun and relieving skin sensitivity, and can resist bacteria and oxidation; meanwhile, the composition provided by the invention is in a gel texture, is easy to apply in use, and is cool and comfortable.
A repairing type sunscreen composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 14-19 parts of sun-screening agent, 68-80 parts of water, 2-4 parts of butanediol, 0.3-0.7 part of NaCl, 0.2-0.6 part of thickening agent, 0.65-0.12 part of conditioner, 0.15-0.3 part of pH regulator and 1-3 parts of emulsifier.
Further, the sunscreen agent comprises sunscreen dispersion pulp, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor and ethyl diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl benzoate, and the mass ratio of the sunscreen dispersion pulp to the ethyl methoxycinnamate is 3-5: 3-5: 2-4: 2-4: 1-3.
Further, the conditioning agent comprises: allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 85% bisabolol, tocopherol, evening primrose oil and ethylhexyl glycerol, wherein the mass ratio of allantoin to dipotassium glycyrrhizinate to the mixture is 1-3: 1-3: 4-6: 4-6: 2-4: 3-7.
Further, the thickener is one or more selected from transparent xanthan gum, carbomer U21, SIMULGEL EG.
Further, the pH regulator is triethanolamine.
Further, the repairing type sunscreen composition also comprises 0.15-0.45 part of preservative.
Furthermore, the preservative is one or two of phenoxyethanol and ethylparaben.
Further, the emulsifier is SENSANOV WR.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the repairing type sunscreen composition, which comprises the following steps:
s1 adding the sun-screening agent and the emulsifying agent into an emulsifying tank, adjusting the temperature to 70-90 ℃ by a heater, heating while stirring at 40-60r/min, and stirring at 50-70r/min for 8-12 minutes when the temperature reaches 70-90 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
s2, adding water, butanediol, NaCl and a conditioner into a water phase pot, adjusting the temperature to 70-90 ℃ by a heater, heating while stirring at 40-60r/min, and stirring at 50-70r/min for 8-12 minutes when the temperature reaches 70-90 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;
s3, adding the mixture B obtained in the step S2 into the mixture A obtained in the step S1, and stirring for 4-6 minutes at a speed of 50-70r/min to obtain a mixture C;
s4, stirring, opening a cooling system, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the dissolved thickening agent into the mixture C obtained in the step S3, stirring for 4-6 minutes at 50-70r/min, then adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH to 5.5-6.5, and stirring for 2-4 minutes at 50-70r/min to obtain a mixture D;
s5 adding preservative into the mixture D obtained in the step S4, and stirring for 4-6 minutes at a speed of 50-70 r/min.
The invention also aims to provide application of the repairing type sunscreen composition in preparation of sunscreen cream and sunscreen spray.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the composition provided by the invention contains a conditioner consisting of evening primrose oil and ethylhexyl glycerin, and the addition of the conditioner enables the composition to resist external stimulation well and relieve skin sensitivity well for after-sun repair.
(2) The composition provided by the invention is fresh and comfortable to use, has long sunscreen effect duration, is suitable for daily office sunscreen use, and does not need makeup in the using process.
(3) The bisabolol added in the invention can enable the composition to have the functions of bacteriostasis and inflammation diminishing.
(4) The use of tocopherol and allantoin in the present invention can improve the antioxidant properties of the skin and can alleviate dry skin.
(5) The composition provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, safe, free of any toxic and side effects, and suitable for long-term use.

The present invention is further described in the following description of the specific embodiments, which is not intended to limit the invention, but various modifications and improvements can be made by those skilled in the art according to the basic idea of the invention, within the scope of the invention, as long as they do not depart from the basic idea of the invention.
The sunscreen dispersion slurry is sold under the trade name of Covascreen TI AS D56, and the international cosmetic raw material is named AS titanium dioxide/triethoxyoctylsilane/cyclopentadecyldimethyl siloxane/cyclohexasiloxane/lauryl polyglycerol-3-dimethyl siloxyethyl dimethyl siloxane, and can be purchased from new daily chemical trade expansion limited company; the emulsifier is SENSANOV WR with chemical name of C20-22 phosphate ester (and) C20-22 fatty alcohol, and is Sabick emulsifier WR SENSANOV available from SEPPIC company; the thickener is SIMULGEL EG, and international cosmetic raw materials are sodium acrylate/sodium difloroyltaurate, isohexadecane, and polysorbate 80, and can be selected from SEPPIC company;

s2, adding water, butanediol, NaCl and a conditioner into a water phase pot, adjusting the temperature to 70 ℃ by a heater, heating while stirring at 40r/min, and stirring at 50r/min for 12 minutes when the temperature reaches 70 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;
s3, adding the mixture B obtained in the step S2 into the mixture A obtained in the step S1, and stirring for 6 minutes at the speed of 50r/min to obtain a mixture C;

Example 2A remedial sunscreen composition
A repairing type sunscreen composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 19 parts of sun-screening agent, 80 parts of water, 4 parts of butanediol, 0.7 part of NaCl, 0.6 part of thickening agent, 0.12 part of conditioner, 0.3 part of pH regulator, 3 parts of emulsifier and 0.45 part of preservative.
The sunscreen agent is prepared from sunscreen dispersion pulp, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor and ethyl diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl benzoate according to the mass ratio of 5: 5: 4: 2-4: 3, and (3).
The conditioner is prepared from allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 85% bisabolol, tocopherol, evening primrose oil and ethylhexyl glycerol according to a mass ratio of 3: 3: 6: 6: 4: 3, and (3).
The thickening agent is prepared from transparent xanthan gum, carbomer U21 and SIMULGEL EG according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.5: 4.
The pH regulator is triethanolamine.
The preservative is phenoxyethanol.
The emulsifier is Sensanov WR.
The preparation method of the repairing type sunscreen composition comprises the following steps:
s1 adding the sun-screening agent and the emulsifying agent into an emulsifying tank, adjusting the temperature to 90 ℃ by a heater, heating while stirring at 60r/min, and stirring at 70r/min for 12 minutes when the temperature reaches 90 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
s2, adding water, butanediol, NaCl and a conditioner into a water phase pot, adjusting the temperature to 90 ℃ by a heater, heating while stirring at 60r/min, and stirring at 70r/min for 8 minutes when the temperature reaches 90 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;

A repairing type sunscreen composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16 parts of sun-screening agent, 75 parts of water, 3 parts of butanediol, 0.5 part of NaCl, 0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.99 part of conditioning agent, 0.25 part of pH regulator, 2 parts of emulsifier and 0.35 part of preservative.
The sunscreen agent is titanium dioxide.
The conditioner is prepared from allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 85% bisabolol, tocopherol evening primrose oil and ethylhexyl glycerol according to a mass ratio of 2: 2: 5: 5: 2: 5.
The thickening agent is prepared from transparent xanthan gum, carbomer U21 and SIMULGEL EG according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.5: 4.
The pH regulator is triethanolamine.
The preservative is composed of phenoxyethanol and ethylparaben according to a mass ratio of 10: 1.
The emulsifier is Sensanov WR.
The preparation method of the repairing type sunscreen composition is similar to that of example 3. The difference from example 3 is that the sunscreen agent is titanium dioxide.
Test example 1 Performance testing of a healing sunscreen composition
1. Test materials: example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4.
2. 70 volunteers were collected and randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 persons, and the repair type sunscreen compositions prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 were irradiated with a hernia lamp solar simulator of a standard ultraviolet spectrum for 30min to measure the SPF value, and then the makeup duration of the compositions was measured.
3. The experimental results are as follows: the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the values of the makeup holding times of the groups of example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, and comparative example 3 were all higher than the value of comparative example 4, while the makeup holding times of the groups of comparative example 1, comparative example 2, and comparative example 3 were not much different from the values of the examples, indicating that ethylhexyl glycerin and evening primrose oil had little effect on the SPF value and the makeup holding time. Meanwhile, the sunscreen effect of comparative example 4 is better than that of the example, but the makeup time is very short, so that although the sunscreen effect of the composition provided by the invention is general, the makeup time is long, and the composition has excellent practicability for daily office sunscreen.
Test example 2 repair Performance test of repair type sunscreen composition
1. Test materials: example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4.
2. 80 mice were randomly divided into 8 groups, 10 mice each group were dehaired, the backs were shaved, local sunburn was caused by irradiation with an ultraviolet lamp, the area of sunburn skin was recorded as a1, then the repair type sunscreen compositions prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4 were applied to the shaved backs of the mice, irradiation was performed with a hernia lamp solar simulator of standard ultraviolet spectrum for 10 hours per day for 2 days, the repair condition of the mice after sunburn was observed, the area of sunburn skin which had not been improved after repair was recorded as a2, and the repair rate after sunburn was calculated as (a1-a2)/a1 × 100%.
3. The experimental results are as follows: the test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the results in table 2, the after-sun repair rate of the groups of example 1, example 2, example 3 and example 4 is significantly higher than that of the groups of comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3, which shows that neither ethylhexyl glycerin nor evening primrose oil, which are single components, can significantly improve the after-sun repair performance of the composition, but when the two are used in combination, the after-sun repair performance of the composition can be significantly improved. And the after-sun repair performance of the comparative example 4 is still higher than that of the comparative example 1, the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 3 under the condition of poor sun-screening performance, and the combination of the ethylhexyl glycerin and the evening primrose oil can be further demonstrated to remarkably improve the after-sun repair performance of the composition.
Test example 3 comfort performance test for use of a sunscreen composition of the healing type
1. Test materials: example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, the resulting remedial sunscreen composition and the commercially available white emulsion composition.
2. The test method comprises the following steps:
70 volunteers are collected and randomly divided into 7 groups, 10 persons in each group are allowed to use the repair type sunscreen composition prepared in the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2, the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 4 and the common white milky sunscreen cream on the market, after the repair type sunscreen composition is applied, the use refreshing comfort of the product of the volunteers is counted, the product is counted into 0-10 points, the higher the value is, the better the refreshing comfort is, and the final comfortable experience value is counted.
3. And (3) test results: the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the results in table 3, the comfort experience values for the compositions of the examples are higher than the comfort values for the common compositions, and the comfort value for example 3 is the highest.
Test example 4 bacteriostatic Property test of repairing type sunscreen composition
1. Test materials: example 1, example 2, example 3, and example 4.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: sterilizing the prepared 4 groups of repairing type sunscreen compositions by ultraviolet irradiation, respectively spreading 0.5mL on a culture dish, setting 0.5mL of normal saline, and respectively inoculating with 8.0 × 1040.5mL of CFU/mL of mold, and the number of the mold is determined by a microbial plate colony counting method after 30 min.
3. And (3) test results: the results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the number of molds in each example group is significantly reduced compared with that in the normal saline group, which indicates that the repairing type sunscreen composition prepared by the invention has a good bacteriostatic effect, and the bacteriostatic effect of example 3 is the best.
Test example 5 antioxidant Performance test of a repairing sunscreen composition
1. Test materials: repair-type sunscreen compositions prepared in examples 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2 and 3.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) accurately taking 0.0197g of DPPH powder, using absolute ethyl alcohol to fix the volume to 250mL, preparing 0.2mmol/L DPPH stock solution, and measuring absorbance A at 517nm0Storing at 0 deg.C;
(2) taking 0.2mL of each of the repairing type sunscreen compositions prepared in the embodiments 1-4, mixing with 4mL of acetic acid buffer solution and 3.8mL of ethanol to obtain a sample to be detected, and measuring the absorbance A at 517 nm;
(3) respectively taking 0.5mL of each sample solution to be detected, adding 2.5mL of DPPH stock solution, reacting in a water bath kettle at a constant temperature of 28 ℃ for 30min, and measuring the absorbance A at 517nm by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometerbClearance of DPPH radical [ A ]0-(A-Ab)]/A0。
3. And (3) test results: the test results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from Table 5, the repair type sunscreen has an antioxidant property of more than 70% and a better antioxidant property.
In conclusion, the composition provided by the invention has good durability, after-sun repair performance, antibacterial and antioxidant performance, and is fresh and comfortable to use, and example 3 is obviously superior to other examples in terms of sun-proof durability, after-sun repair, antibacterial, antioxidant and use comfort, and is the best example of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A repairing type sunscreen composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 14-19 parts of sun-screening agent, 68-80 parts of water, 2-4 parts of butanediol, 0.3-0.7 part of NaCl, 0.2-0.6 part of thickening agent, 0.65-0.12 part of conditioner, 0.15-0.3 part of pH regulator and 1-3 parts of emulsifier.
2. A remedial sunscreen composition according to claim 1, wherein the sunscreen comprises sunscreen dispersion paste, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, ethyl diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl benzoate in a mass ratio of 3-5: 3-5: 2-4: 2-4: 1-3.
3. A remedial sunscreen composition according to claim 1 wherein the conditioning agent comprises: allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 85% bisabolol, tocopherol, evening primrose oil and ethylhexyl glycerol, wherein the mass ratio of allantoin to dipotassium glycyrrhizinate to the mixture is 1-3: 1-3: 4-6: 4-6: 2-4: 3-7.
4. A remedial sun protection composition according to claim 1 wherein the thickener is selected from one or more of transparent xanthan gum, carbomer U21, SIMULGEL EG.
5. The remedial sunscreen composition according to claim 1, wherein the pH adjusting agent is triethanolamine.
6. The healing sun-screening composition according to claim 1, further comprising 0.15 to 0.45 parts of a preservative.
7. A repairing type sunscreen composition according to claim 6, characterized in that the preservative is one or two of phenoxyethanol and ethylparaben.
8. A sunscreen composition for healing according to claim 1 wherein said emulsifier is SENSANOVWR.
9. Process for the preparation of a healing sunscreen composition according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1 adding the sun-screening agent and the emulsifying agent into an emulsifying tank, adjusting the temperature to 70-90 ℃ by a heater, heating while stirring at 40-60r/min, and stirring at 50-70r/min for 8-12 minutes when the temperature reaches 70-90 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
s2, adding water, butanediol, NaCl and a conditioner into a water phase pot, adjusting the temperature to 70-90 ℃ by a heater, heating while stirring at 40-60r/min, and stirring at 50-70r/min for 8-12 minutes when the temperature reaches 70-90 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;
s3, adding the mixture B obtained in the step S2 into the mixture A obtained in the step S1, and stirring for 4-6 minutes at a speed of 50-70r/min to obtain a mixture C;
s4, stirring, opening a cooling system, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the dissolved thickening agent into the mixture C obtained in the step S3, stirring for 4-6 minutes at 50-70r/min, then adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH to 5.5-6.5, and stirring for 2-4 minutes at 50-70r/min to obtain a mixture D;
s5 adding preservative into the mixture D obtained in the step S4, and stirring for 4-6 minutes at a speed of 50-70 r/min.
10. Use of a remedial sunscreen composition according to any of claims 1 to 8 in the preparation of a sunscreen cream, a sunscreen spray.
