step S1, providing the mirror device for ensuring the flatness of the mirror as described above; and
step S2, the reflector is placed in the accommodating space, so that the reflector is confined between the plurality of bump structures and the plurality of hooks.
In the step S2, the step of placing the reflector in the accommodating space is to determine what manner to use according to the structure of the hooks, specifically, for example, if the hooks and the bottom plate are integrally formed, the reflector is inserted into the accommodating space from the second side edge of the bottom plate where the hooks are not disposed.
If the abutting part of the hook is formed by hot melting the second end of the columnar part, before the abutting part is formed by hot melting the second end of the columnar part, the reflector needs to be sleeved into the accommodating space from the upper part of the bottom plate in advance, and then the step of hot melting is carried out, so that the reflector is fixed on the fixed seat.
In summary, the reflector of the present invention is fixed by the fixing base having the hook and the bump structure, so that the reflector is in point contact when in the fixed state, thereby minimizing the degree of expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold.
The above detailed description of the preferred embodiments is intended to more clearly illustrate the features and spirit of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention by the preferred embodiments disclosed above. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the scope of the appended claims.
