S240: and if the notification that the first to-be-audited information is not passed is received, refusing to send the second voice information to the server.
The first and second voice information may be acquired by a voice pickup device such as a microphone. For example, the background customer service personnel transmits the first voice information to the server through a microphone; then, the server transmits the first voice information to the terminal. The user transmits the second voice information to the terminal through the microphone; then, the terminal transmits the second voice information to the server.
In summary, in the embodiment, information is audited on multiple layers by acquiring the certificate information of the user, the expression information of the user, the behavior information of the user, and the information of the scene where the user is located, and the second information to be audited is audited in a voice manner; therefore, the technical effect of comprehensively auditing the information is achieved, and the accuracy of user information auditing is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the method may further comprise:
when receiving the audit state information of the first information to be audited and/or the second information to be audited, which is sent by the server, displaying the audit state information of the first information to be audited and/or the second information to be audited; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when receiving a notice that the information audit is successful or not, which is sent by the server, displaying the notice that the information audit is successful or not.
In this embodiment, the status of the information audit can be presented to the user in real time.
Through the embodiment, the audit progress information can be displayed for the user, so that the user experience can be improved.
Based on the same technical concept as the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a multi-level information auditing method. The method is applied to a server; the server is in communication connection with the terminal; as shown in fig. 3, the multi-level information auditing method mainly includes the following steps S300 to S330. Wherein:

In a preferred embodiment, the step of obtaining the first to-be-audited information of the user may specifically include:
s301: acquiring an image of a user certificate, a face image of a user, a human body image of the user and an image of a scene where the user is located;
s302: identifying the image of the user certificate by using an Optical Character Recognition method (OCR for short);
s303: acquiring first information to be audited according to the identification result;
s304: extracting expression information of the user according to the facial image;
s305: extracting behavior information of a user according to the human body image;
s306: and extracting the information of the scene where the user is located according to the image of the scene where the user is located.
In the embodiment, the image of the user certificate, the face image, the human body image and the image of the scene where the user is located are obtained through the image acquisition device; then, image recognition is carried out, so that first information to be audited is extracted.
In a preferred embodiment, before the step of acquiring the first to-be-audited information of the user, the method may further include:
sb 1: acquiring an identification code of communication equipment of a user; the identification code of the communication equipment is sent to the server by the terminal;
sb 2: sending a first verification code to the communication device;
sb 3: sending a second verification code to the terminal; and the second verification code is used for matching with the first verification code, and under the condition of successful matching, the user verification is determined to be successful.
Through the embodiment, the user can be verified, and after verification, the information verification application is accepted.
S310: when the first information to be audited is audited, sending first voice information to the terminal; the first voice information is used for obtaining second information to be audited of the user, and the second information to be audited is different from the first information to be audited.
As an example, the customer service staff may send the first voice message to the terminal through the server to inquire the second information to be audited to the user. If the first information to be audited comprises identity card information, bank card information, expression information of the user, behavior information of the user and information of a scene where the user is located; the second information to be audited may be user-associated information for auditing, in addition to these information. The user association information needs to use more text description. The second information to be audited includes but is not limited to information such as information of a guarantor, work conditions, learning conditions, family conditions, conditions of relatives and friends, price and specification of goods to be purchased, and the like. For example, the customer service person sends voice information including conditions of friends and relatives to the terminal through the server, so as to obtain information of the friends and relatives of the user, which is used as second information to be audited.
S320: and acquiring an auditing result of the first information to be audited.
The first information to be audited may be audited by a third-party device or a background customer service staff, which is not limited in the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, step S320 specifically includes:
s321: acquiring a mental verification result of a user; wherein, the mental verification result is obtained according to the expression information of the user and the behavior information of the user;

s324: if any one of the mental verification result, the environmental verification result and the logical verification result fails, determining that the first information to be verified fails to be verified;
s325: and if the mental verification result, the environmental verification result and the logical verification result are all verified successfully, determining that the first information to be verified passes the verification.
S330: and if the first information to be audited is not approved, refusing to receive the second information to be audited, and determining that the information auditing is failed.
In this embodiment, the mental verification result, the environmental verification result, and the logical verification result may be obtained by a customer service person or a third-party device in the background. Wherein the mental verification result is used for determining whether the mental state, the speaking behavior, and the like of the user are normal. And the environment verification result is used for determining whether the scene where the user is located is consistent with the pre-stored information or not. The logical verification result is used to determine whether fraud or the like is present. For example, the customer service staff judges the logical consistency of the information provided by the user according to at least one segment in the second voice information and the user certificate information in the first information to be audited; if the front and back logics of the information provided by the user are inconsistent; the logical authentication of the user fails. The customer service personnel enter the logical verification result into the server.
In a preferred embodiment, the method may further comprise:
s340: if the first information to be audited passes the audit, receiving second voice information responding to the first voice information; the second voice information comprises second information to be audited;

and sending the audit state information of the first information to be audited and the second information to be audited to the terminal.
In summary, by adopting the above technical scheme, the embodiment of the present invention respectively performs audit on the first information to be audited and the second information to be audited, performs mental verification, environmental verification, logical verification and user certificate verification for the user to be audited, and audits the second information to be audited in a voice manner, thereby implementing multi-level audit on the user, improving accuracy of audit, accelerating audit progress through voice audit, and improving user experience; and the audit state information is displayed to the user, so that the user audit experience degree is further improved.
Based on the same technical concept as the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-level information auditing method, wherein a terminal is in communication connection with a server. As shown in fig. 4, the multi-level information auditing method mainly includes:

s401: the terminal sends the first information to be checked to the server;
s402: the server acquires first information to be audited of a user;
s403: when the first information to be audited is audited, the server sends first voice information to the terminal; the first voice information is used for acquiring second information to be audited of the user, and the second information to be audited is different from the first information to be audited;
s404: the server acquires an auditing result of the first information to be audited;

sc 7: the terminal matches the first verification code with the second verification code; if the matching is successful, executing step Sc 8; otherwise, executing step Sc 9;
sc 8: the terminal determines that the user authentication is successful;
sc 9: the terminal determines that the user authentication failed.
In this embodiment, the communication device of the user may be, for example, a mobile phone, a walkie-talkie, a pager, or the like. The identification code of the communication device may be, for example, a mobile phone number, a walkie-talkie number, a pager number, etc.
In practical application, a user can input the identification code into the terminal; the terminal then sends the identification code to the server.
The first verification code may be a character string, such as a number sequence, an alphabet sequence, a combination sequence of numbers and alphabets, and the like.
After receiving a second verification code sent by the server, the terminal matches the second verification code with the first verification code; if the matching is successful; determining that the user authentication is successful; otherwise; the user authentication fails. Before the terminal matches the second verification code with the first verification code, the user inputs the first verification code to the terminal after obtaining the first verification code through the communication equipment. By adopting the technical scheme, the user is verified to be determined as the user to be subjected to the information verification.
In a preferred embodiment, the method may further comprise:
s409: if the first information to be audited passes the audit, the server receives second voice information responding to the first voice information; the second voice information comprises second information to be audited;
