305. And acquiring the artwork data of the target artwork, and determining whether the information of the transaction participant comprises the asset holder of the target artwork recorded in the artwork data.
Specifically, for a target artwork transaction, an asset holder of the target artwork is required to agree, which may be understood as a seller being an asset holder or a consignor or agent for the asset holder. The server can inquire and check the asset holder in the acquired artwork data, and when the transaction participant information comprises the asset holder of the target artwork, the audit is passed, the audit passed information can be sent to the artwork transaction node, and the transaction can be continuously executed.
306. And if not, sending a transaction interception instruction corresponding to the transaction information to the transaction node.
When the asset holder of the target artwork is determined not to be included in the transaction participant information, the audit is not passed, a transaction interception instruction indicating that the audit is not passed can be sent to the artwork transaction node, so that the transaction node intercepts the transaction, and the asset holder information can be sent to both parties to indicate that the transaction does not meet the regulations and the asset holder agrees. Optionally, additional asset holder consent information may be subsequently received and the transaction may be executed after the audit is correct.
The authenticity of the transaction artwork can be verified under some conditions by verifying the asset holder, namely, the seller is not qualified to sell the artwork of the asset holder under the condition of not accepting the commission, so that fraudulent behaviors such as false sale and the like by utilizing the artwork information of other people can be avoided to a certain extent.
The embodiment of the application acquires the image of the artwork from the first node, identifies the image of the artwork, determines the artwork identification of the artwork, acquires the artwork data corresponding to the artwork identification in a data sharing system, wherein the artwork data comprises the property owner of the target artwork and historical transaction data, the historical transaction data comprises purchase time and purchase price, acquires the valuation information of the target artwork according to the artwork data, and sends the valuation information to the first node and/or the second node, the second node is a seller node of the target artwork, and when the artwork is transacted generally, particularly when the artwork is transacted, a user cannot accurately, truly and comprehensively acquire the related information of the artwork due to professional second-hand limitation, and a lot of fraudulent behaviors exist, for example, the merchant gives unreal information to promote the sale price and cause loss to the consumer, the method in the application can provide the current reference evaluation value of the artwork for the user and objectively monitor the transaction fairness; when the transaction information of the target artwork is detected, extracting the transaction participant information in the transaction information, acquiring the artwork data of the target artwork, determining whether the transaction participant information comprises the asset holder of the target artwork recorded in the artwork data, and if not, sending a transaction interception instruction corresponding to the transaction information to a transaction node. . By checking whether the artwork transaction is approved by the asset holder, the authenticity of the transaction artwork can be checked under some conditions, the fraudulent conduct of a seller through unreal information or counterfeit artwork is avoided, and the transaction safety is further improved. The artwork information, historical transaction data and the like are stored through a block chain technology, and the related information of the artwork is stored by adopting the block chain, so that the artwork is not easy to tamper, the circulation information of the artwork on the market is more open, transparent and reliable, and a better appreciation platform is favorably constructed.
