The embodiment of the application manages the data life cycle on the platform by providing a unified data management platform, realizes reasonable distribution of data value, has core functions including data asset value evaluation, a data dynamic pricing system, data authority partial transfer, data life cycle tracking and the like, realizes value-added services such as data value evaluation, desensitization processing and the like while guaranteeing the benefits of all parties, gives a comprehensive value evaluation model aiming at the timeliness, integrity and innovation of data by fully considering the characteristics of data assets and dynamically adjusts according to a certain mode, such as descending according to time and transaction amount and the like, simultaneously controls the whole data transaction process by a data owner, can customize the data transfer authority, has the authority to receive part or all of the authority to give back, and can perform digital watermark binding on downloaded data which is separated from the platform, the identification watermark can be restored after various processing of the data is ensured, and the safe and legal use of the data is ensured.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a data transaction device, which is applied to a data management platform, and as shown in figure 2, the device comprises:
the first receiving module 201 is configured to receive data uploaded by a data provider and data description information after ownership verification of the data to be uploaded by the data provider passes;
the first control module 202 is configured to audit the uploaded data according to the data description information, store the uploaded data in a target database after the audit is passed, generate a data index link, and control a terminal interface corresponding to the data provider to display data state information and the data index link;
a second receiving module 203, configured to receive a setting operation of a data usage right and a data price by the data provider;
the display module 204 is configured to, when receiving a public transaction request for the uploaded data from the data provider, display the uploaded data from the data provider in a preset display manner in a data selling display interface;
a first sending module 205, configured to send a data authorization usage commitment book to any data purchasing party when a purchase request for the displayed data by the data purchasing party is received and a transaction price of the data corresponding to the purchase request is determined;
and the second control module 206 is used for providing corresponding data use permission for the data purchasing party when receiving the signing operation of the data purchasing party on the data authorization use commitment book.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises: the evaluation module is used for evaluating the value of the data uploaded by the data provider when the selection operation of the data provider on the data evaluation function is received; the generating module is used for generating a market recommended price according to the data value evaluation result; and the feedback module is used for feeding back the market recommended price to the data provider so that the data provider performs data pricing according to the market recommended price.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises: and the storage module is used for storing data transaction information between the data provider and the data buyer into a block chain when receiving the starting selection operation of the data tracing function by the data provider, wherein the data transaction information comprises the transaction data added with the watermark, the identification information of the transaction party and the transaction time.

As an optional embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: the second sending module is used for sending a service bill to the data provider according to the service function type selected by the data provider; and the starting module is used for starting the corresponding service function according to the payment result of the data provider.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device may include a processor 401 and a memory 402, where the processor 401 and the memory 402 may be connected by a bus or in another manner, and fig. 3 takes the connection by the bus as an example.
Processor 401 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor 401 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or combinations thereof.
The memory 402, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the data transaction method in the embodiments of the present invention. The processor 401 executes various functional applications and data processing of the processor by executing non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 402, that is, implements the data transaction method in the above method embodiment.
The memory 402 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor 401, and the like. Further, the memory 402 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 402 may optionally include memory located remotely from processor 401, which may be connected to processor 401 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more modules are stored in the memory 402 and, when executed by the processor 401, perform a data transaction method as in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
The details of the electronic device may be understood with reference to the corresponding related description and effects in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Claims (10)

1. A data transaction method is applied to a data management platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
after the ownership verification of the data to be uploaded by the data provider is passed, receiving the data uploaded by the data provider and data description information;
the uploaded data are checked according to the data description information, the uploaded data are stored in a target database after the data are checked, a data index link is generated, and a terminal interface corresponding to the data provider is controlled to display data state information and the data index link;
receiving the setting operation of the data provider on the data use authority and the data price;
when a public transaction request of the data provider for the uploaded data is received, displaying the uploaded data of the data provider in a selling data display interface according to a preset display mode;
when a purchase request of any data purchasing party for the displayed data is received and the transaction price of the data corresponding to the purchase request is determined, a data authorization use commitment book is sent to the data purchasing party;
and when the signing operation of the data purchasing party on the data authorization use commitment book is received, providing corresponding data use permission for the data purchasing party.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the selection operation of the data evaluation function by the data provider is received, evaluating the value of the data uploaded by the data provider;
generating a market recommended price according to the data value evaluation result;
and feeding back the market recommended price to the data provider, so that the data provider carries out data pricing according to the market recommended price.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when receiving the starting selection operation of the data tracing function by the data provider, storing data transaction information between the data provider and the data buyer into a block chain, wherein the data transaction information comprises the transaction data added with the watermark, transaction party identification information and transaction time.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a buffering time timing operation when a data deleting request of the data provider is received;
when a data recovery request of the data provider is received within the preset buffer duration, recovering the deleted data;
when the preset buffering duration is exceeded, deleting all backups of the data uploaded by the data provider, and deleting the transacted and traced data copy according to the received selection operation of the data provider;
and when the preset buffer duration is exceeded, receiving a data recovery request of the data provider, and responding to prompt information for re-uploading data sent to the data provider.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and carrying out overall process tracking recording on the data uploaded to the data management platform and generating a recording log.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
sending a service bill to the data provider according to the service function type selected by the data provider;
and starting a corresponding service function according to the payment result of the data provider.
7. A data transaction device, which is applied to a data management platform, the device comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the data uploaded by the data provider and the data description information after the ownership verification of the data to be uploaded by the data provider is passed;
the first control module is used for auditing the uploaded data according to the data description information, storing the uploaded data in a target database after the auditing is passed, generating a data index link and controlling a terminal interface corresponding to the data provider to display data state information and the data index link;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the setting operation of the data provider on the data use permission and the data price;
the display module is used for displaying the data uploaded by the data provider in a data selling display interface according to a preset display mode when receiving a public transaction request of the data provider for the uploaded data;
the system comprises a first sending module, a second sending module and a third sending module, wherein the first sending module is used for sending a data authorization use commitment book to a data purchasing party when a purchase request of any data purchasing party for displayed data is received and the transaction price of the data corresponding to the purchase request is determined;
and the second control module is used for providing corresponding data use permission for the data purchasing party when receiving the signing operation of the data purchasing party on the data authorization use commitment book.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the evaluation module is used for evaluating the value of the data uploaded by the data provider when the selection operation of the data provider on the data evaluation function is received;
the generating module is used for generating a market recommended price according to the data value evaluation result;
and the feedback module is used for feeding back the market recommended price to the data provider so that the data provider performs data pricing according to the market recommended price.
9. An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the steps of the data trafficking method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the data transaction method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
