Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for identifying article information according to an embodiment of the invention. Wherein the method described in fig. 1 may be applied to a server, the article information authentication method may include the following operations:
s10, the server receives an article authentication request initiated by a target user terminal, wherein the article authentication request carries first article information of an off-line article received by the target user, and the first article information comprises a first article identifier and first article parameter information.
The target user terminal may be any one of a smart phone (Android mobile phone, iOS mobile phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a mobile internet device (Mobile Internet Devices, MID), etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
After purchasing the online articles, the target user can receive the offline articles online. After receiving the off-line article, the target user can identify and verify the received off-line article. Alternatively, the target user may manually authenticate the off-line item.
Or alternatively, the target user may shoot the offline article through the automatic shooting device, and obtain first article information of the offline article, where the first article information includes a first article identifier and first article parameter information.
Wherein, the first article identifier is used for uniquely identifying the identity of the offline article, and may include, but is not limited to, an article trademark, an article bar code, an article two-dimensional code, a radio frequency RF code and a common ID code of the offline article, and the first article parameter information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following information in combination: the size, shape, color, texture, cracks, impurities, materials, hardness, brightness of the article, and related parameters obtained by comparing other references.
After the first item identifier and the first item parameter information are acquired, the target user can send the first item information of the offline item to the server through the target user terminal so as to trigger generation of an item authentication request for the offline item.
S11, the server acquires an article purchase record of the target user, wherein the article purchase record comprises second article information of the online article purchased by the target user, and the second article information comprises a second article identifier and second article parameter information.
The target user purchases any article online, and the article purchase record is stored.
In the online purchasing process of the target user, the online articles purchased by the target user can be shot through the camera device, so that second article information of the online articles, including second article identification and second article parameter information, is obtained.
The second article identifier is used for uniquely identifying the identity of the offline article, and may include, but is not limited to, an article trademark of the offline article, an article bar code, an article two-dimensional code, a radio frequency RF code and a common ID code, and the second article parameter information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following information: the size, shape, color, texture, cracks, impurities, materials, hardness, brightness of the article, and related parameters obtained by comparing other references.
It should be noted that, both the server side and the target user terminal side may be provided with a camera device, and the camera device may automatically take a picture or video of an article in real time, and analyze materials, textures, internal structures, impurities, chromaticity, brightness, contrast, size, color, external structure, shape, and the like of the article, so as to obtain parameter information of the article.
The camera device is arranged on one side of the server, so that the intuitiveness of shooting can be increased, and the problem that purchased articles are not in line with the assumption due to the fact that a user cannot actually view the sizes, the qualities and the like of the articles is solved.
The camera device is arranged on one side of the target user terminal, information of the articles received under the line can be obtained in real time, wherein the information comprises the size, the shape, the color, the texture, the cracks, the impurities, the materials, the hardness, the brightness, the related parameters obtained by comparing with other reference objects and the like of the articles, and the problem that a user cannot effectively obtain the parameter information of the articles can be solved.
S12, the server performs true and false authentication on the off-line article according to the first article identifier, the first article parameter information, the second article identifier and the second article parameter information to obtain an authentication result.
As an optional implementation manner, the server performs true and false authentication on the offline article according to the first article identifier, the first article parameter information, the second article identifier and the second article parameter information, and the manner of obtaining the authentication result specifically includes the following steps:
11 Judging whether the first article identifier is consistent with the second article identifier;
12 If the first article identifier is consistent with the second article identifier, calculating the similarity of the first article parameter information and the second article parameter information;
13 If the similarity is greater than or equal to the preset similarity threshold, determining that the off-line article is consistent with the on-line article, and determining the result that the off-line article is a genuine article as an identification result.
In this alternative embodiment, the server may compare the first article identifier of the offline article with the second article identifier of the online article, if they are consistent, which indicates that the online article may be a genuine article, for further confirmation, the server may further calculate a similarity between the first article parameter information and the second article parameter information, specifically, for each article parameter, compare the article parameters to calculate a similarity between the two, and finally weight a similarity result of all the article parameters to obtain a similarity between the online article and the offline article, and if the similarity between the online article and the offline article is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold (for example, 80%), determine that the offline article is consistent with the online article, and determine a result that the offline article is a genuine article as the identification result.
It should be noted that, due to the unavoidable extrusion of the articles in long-distance transportation, there may be a certain deviation between the on-line articles that are shot by the user on the network platform and the actually received off-line articles, such as a certain degree of deformation, lightening of color after being wetted, and the like. If the deviation is within a reasonable range, the similarity of the off-line item to the on-line item is relatively high, and it can be confirmed that the off-line item is a genuine item.
As an optional implementation manner, the server performs true and false authentication on the offline article according to the first article identifier, the first article parameter information, the second article identifier and the second article parameter information, and the manner of obtaining the authentication result specifically includes the following steps:
21 Judging whether the first article identifier is consistent with the second article identifier;
22 If the first article identifier is inconsistent with the second article identifier, determining that the off-line article is inconsistent with the on-line article, and determining the result that the off-line article is a counterfeit article as an identification result; or (b)
23 If the first article identifier is consistent with the second article identifier, calculating the similarity of the first article parameter information and the second article parameter information; if the similarity is smaller than a preset similarity threshold, determining that the off-line article is inconsistent with the on-line article, and determining the result that the off-line article is a counterfeit article as an identification result.
In this optional embodiment, the server may compare the first article identifier of the offline article with the second article identifier of the online article, and if they are inconsistent, may directly confirm that the online article is a counterfeit article, whereas if the first article identifier of the offline article is inconsistent with the second article identifier of the online article, and if they are further confirmed, the similarity between the online article and the offline article is less than a preset similarity threshold (e.g., 80%), it may determine that the offline article is inconsistent with the online article, and confirm that the offline article is a counterfeit article.
S13, the server sends the authentication result to the target user terminal.
It can be seen that, by implementing the method described in fig. 1, an article authentication request initiated by a target user terminal may be received, where the article authentication request carries first article information of an offline article received by the target user, where the first article information includes a first article identifier and first article parameter information; acquiring an article purchase record of the target user, wherein the article purchase record comprises second article information of an online article purchased by the target user, and the second article information comprises a second article identifier and second article parameter information; performing true and false authentication on the off-line article according to the first article identifier, the first article parameter information, the second article identifier and the second article parameter information to obtain an authentication result; and sending the authentication result to the target user terminal. Therefore, in the invention, after receiving the article, the user can identify the authenticity of the received article, thereby solving the problems that the parameters of the article cannot be acquired in real time or the parameters of the article cannot be acquired effectively in the prior shopping, so that the actually purchased article is different from the article simply seen through the processed picture or video, and simultaneously solving the problems of counterfeiting, imitation, non-credit and the like caused by the opacity, the asymmetry of information and the like in the credit system of the prior network platform.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another method for identifying article information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method described in fig. 2 may be applied to a server. As shown in fig. 2, the article information authentication method may include the operations of:
s20, the server receives an article ordering instruction triggered by the target user.
The target user can place an order for any article on the network platform, and the operation of the related purchase button (such as an 'immediate purchase' button) on the network platform can trigger the generation of an order for the article, or alternatively, the target user can trigger the generation of an order for the article in a voice mode, such as the target user entering voice 'I want to place an order' on a related article order interface.
S21, the server responds to the article ordering instruction to acquire second article information of the online article purchased by the target user.
Specifically, the server responds to the article ordering instruction and can automatically acquire the second article information of the online article purchased by the target user through the image pickup device.
S22, the server tracks the transaction process of the online article according to the second article information, and tracking information is generated.
The transaction process of the online article is tracked, so that real-time tracking and recording of the transaction process can be realized, the condition that the article is forged or unpacked is prevented, and the transaction safety is improved.
S23, the server records the tracking information.
S24, the server receives an article authentication request initiated by the target user terminal, wherein the article authentication request carries first article information of the offline article received by the target user, and the first article information comprises a first article identifier and first article parameter information.
S25, the server acquires an article purchase record of the target user, wherein the article purchase record comprises second article information of the online article purchased by the target user, and the second article information comprises a second article identifier and second article parameter information.
S26, the server performs true and false authentication on the off-line article according to the first article identifier, the first article parameter information, the second article identifier and the second article parameter information to obtain an authentication result.
And S27, the server sends the authentication result to the target user terminal.
S28, the server determines the selling merchant of the online article.
And the server can determine the selling merchant of the online article purchased by the target user according to the recorded tracking information.
And S29, the server evaluates the credit of the sales merchant according to the identification result and the similarity to obtain the current credit value of the sales merchant.
Wherein an evaluation formula can be preset, the evaluation formula can set different weights according to the identification result and the similarity, for example, evaluation formula = discrimination result a% + similarity b%, wherein, a% + b% = 1.
S210, the server calculates the comprehensive credit value of the sales merchant according to the current credit value and the historical credit value of the sales merchant.
The current credit value of the sales merchant only represents the credit of the sales merchant at the time, but not the true credit of the sales merchant, and the comprehensive credit value of the sales merchant needs to be calculated according to the current credit value and the historical credit value of the sales merchant.
S211, if the comprehensive credit value is smaller than a first threshold value, the server logs off the seller and/or adds the seller to a blacklist; or if the comprehensive credit value is greater than or equal to the first threshold value and less than the second threshold value, the server sends warning information to the sales merchant; or, if the integrated credit value is greater than the second threshold, the server promotes the store level of the sold merchant.
After the transaction is completed, the merchant can be automatically evaluated according to the identification result of the article, and the probability of false evaluation is effectively reduced because the user does not need to manually evaluate the merchant, so that the occurrence of bad merchants is effectively stopped, and a perfect credit system is assisted to be established.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, firstly, when the credit of the merchant is reduced to a certain degree, the merchant is warned to prompt the merchant to pay attention to the improvement of the credit, and after the warning is invalid and the credit is further reduced to a certain degree, the merchant is directly logged out and/or added into a target list, so that the merchant is prevented from continuously selling bad products.
