Even the common user terminal 10, the authentication user terminal 20 and the lawyer user terminal 30 can complete the online consumption complaints, reports, mediation and settlement to the market supervision and management department, control reports to the public security department or civil action under the condition of no meeting, and the time and the energy of the communication in the current situation are greatly saved.
In the scheme, generally, the authentication and consumption right of the common user side 10 is convenient, the litigation right of the authentication user side 20 is convenient, the lawyer user side 30 is convenient to receive services, the processing efficiency is high, and the common user side 10, the authentication user side 20 and the lawyer user side 30 can effectively maintain the own right and benefit; in the process, the ordinary user terminal 10 and the authentication user terminal 20 do not need to go through complicated legal processes in person, and the rights and interests of the ordinary user terminal and the authentication user terminal can be protected.

Claims (10)
1. A merchandise identification and right maintenance system, comprising:
the common user side is used for sending an authentication request, and commodity information and sales shop information corresponding to the authentication request; wherein, the commodity information comprises the right to be maintained and evidence required in litigation;
the authentication user side is used for acquiring the authentication request and the commodity information corresponding to the authentication request; the system is also used for judging whether the obtained commodity information is the same as the relevant information of the commodity in the database of the identification user end and generating an identification book with a preset format according to the judgment result;
when the authentication client judges that the goods at the common client are counterfeit goods, the common client can be further used for sending a consumption appeal request and/or a reporting request, and the authentication client can be further used for sending an litigation request;
the lawyer client is used for acquiring the consumption complaint request, the reporting request and the litigation request; and forming a delegation relationship with the common user terminal and/or forming a delegation relationship with the authentication user terminal.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the authentication client is configured to obtain a right-keeping result of a consumption complaint and/or report; and after the consumption complaints and/or the reports are successful, the authentication client sends the litigation request and forms a entrusting relationship with the lawyer client.
3. The commodity and authentication and authorization system according to claim 1, wherein the commodity information comprises a trademark photo, and/or a commodity photo, and/or a bar code photo, and/or a commodity code photo, and/or a two-dimensional code photo, and/or a package photo, and/or a courier bill photo, and/or a record photo or video of a purchased commodity, and/or a purchase voucher, and/or a description of the purchased commodity; wherein the proof of purchase comprises an invoice photo or receipt photo or payment screen shot of the purchased goods.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authentication book is available to the ordinary user and/or the authentication user and/or the lawyer user; when the authentication user side judges that the commodity is a counterfeit, the authentication user side can be used for sending a consumption right invitation link, or the authentication book comprises the consumption right invitation link.
5. The system of claim 4, further comprising a management user end; and the management department user can also obtain the identification book and/or the commodity information and/or the selling shop information.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the lawyer client is further configured to lift a consumption complaint, and/or a report, and/or an administrative penalty, and/or an instruction, and/or a litigation after forming a commitment relationship with the common client and/or the authentication client; the management department user side can be used for obtaining the consumption complaints, the reports, the administrative penalties, the reports and the litigation.
7. The system of claim 5 or 6, wherein the administrative user end comprises a market supervision administrative user end and/or a 12315 user end and/or a consumer rights protection committee user end and/or a people's law institute user end.
8. The system of claim 5 or 6, wherein the lawyer client is further configured to update the consumption complaints, and/or the reports, and/or the administrative penalties, and/or the reports, and/or the proceedings of the litigation on a regular basis; the ordinary user side, the authentication user side, the management department user side and the lawyer user side can all obtain the consumption complaints, the reports, the administrative penalties, the reports and the proceedings of the litigation.
9. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the lawyer user terminal and/or the authentication user terminal is further configured to obtain the number of times of maintaining rights for the same product, and/or the number of times of maintaining rights for different products in the same sales shop, and/or the number and amount of counterfeit goods judged by the authentication user terminal, and determine the amount of compensation of the right claim according to the number of times of maintaining rights and/or the number and amount of counterfeit goods judged by the authentication user terminal.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the authentication client is configured to send a real shopping guide link and issue an advertisement; it can also be used to publish its own registered trademark information, video, right-to-maintain information, and commodity information in its own database.
