Further, in an embodiment, the method for activating a self-service card is applied in the financial industry, as shown in fig. 3, in the method for activating a self-service card in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, the activation valid period of the self-service card is prolonged according to the target client level of the self-service card, and a flowchart of the prolonged activation valid period of the self-service card under an application scenario is obtained, which specifically includes the following steps:
s301: determining that the target total amount of the insurance purchased by the customer falls into one of the preset amount ranges;
specifically, the target total amount of the purchased insurance is counted first before the current system time of the customer, and then it is determined that the counted target total amount of the purchased insurance falls within a certain one of the respective preset amount ranges.
It should be noted that the preset amount range may be "100-1000" or "1000-5000", and the specific content of the preset amount range may be set according to practical application, which is not limited herein.
S302: determining a client level corresponding to the falling amount range as a target client level of the self-service card;
specifically, the target total amount of the insurance purchased by the customer obtained through statistics is divided into preset amount ranges, preferably, each preset amount range corresponds to a customer level, and then one customer level corresponding to one amount range in each preset customer level is determined to be the target customer level of the self-service card.
It should be noted that, the preset client level may be a combination of the first level and the second level, or a combination of the member level and the common level, or a combination of other levels, and the specific content of the preset client level may be set according to the actual application, which is not limited herein.
S303: according to the extension rule in the extension rule table corresponding to the target client level, the activation valid period of the self-service card is prolonged, and the activation valid period of the self-service card after the extension is obtained;
in this embodiment, a corresponding extension rule table exists in each preset client level, and a corresponding extension rule exists in each preset client level, where the extension rule table records the corresponding relationship between the client level and the extension rule, and the extension rule records the corresponding relationship between the client level and the time required to be extended for the activation validity period of the self-service card.
It should be noted that, the time required to extend the activation valid period of the self-service card corresponding to the first level is 15 days, or the time required to extend the activation valid period of the self-service card corresponding to the second level is 10 days, and the specific content of the extension rule may be set according to the actual application, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, firstly, an extension rule is obtained according to the position information of the extension rule in an extension rule table, then the activation valid period of the self-service card is prolonged according to the extension rule in the extension rule table corresponding to the target client level, and the activation valid period of the self-service card after extension is obtained. Wherein the higher the customer level, the longer the activation expiration date of the self-service card needs to be.
In the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, through the steps S301 to S303, since the activation valid period of the self-service card is prolonged according to the extension rule in the extension rule table corresponding to the target customer level, the extension rule records the correspondence between the customer level and the time length required to be prolonged for the activation valid period of the self-service card, and the higher the customer level is, the longer the time length required to be prolonged for the activation valid period of the self-service card is, so that the activation valid period of the self-service card can be flexibly adjusted, and the flexibility of adjusting the activation valid period of the self-service card is further improved.
Further, in an embodiment, the method for activating a self-service card is applied in the financial industry, and as shown in fig. 4, in a flowchart of setting a client level in an application scenario in the method for activating a self-service card in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, the method is set by the following steps:
S304: acquiring insurance history data of clients of each self-service card in a preset time period as a sample;
in this embodiment, the insurance history data is data generated by performing the insurance applying and returning operations by the customer of the self-service card, and the number of times of purchasing personal accident risks is 5.
Specifically, in actual operation, in order to acquire a certain amount of sample data, insurance history data of customers of each self-service card in a preset period of time is generally acquired as a sample. Wherein, a plurality of insurance history data exists corresponding to the clients of each self-service card.
It should be noted that the preset time period may be half a year or 1 year, and the specific content of the preset time period may be set according to practical applications, which is not limited herein.
S305: selecting the insurance history data of the clients of at least two self-service cards from the insurance history data of the clients of each self-service card;
specifically, firstly, selecting the insurance history data of the clients of at least two self-service cards from the acquired insurance history data of the clients of each self-service card, and then selecting the insurance history data of the clients of at least two self-service cards.
S306: classifying clients of the self-service card to obtain classified class numbers;
specifically, in order to obtain the category number, the clients of the self-service card need to be classified, so that the classified category number is obtained. The number of the classified categories can be 3 or 5.
S307: randomly selecting the classified category number insurance history data from the sample as a first category of the classified category number clustering algorithm;
in this embodiment, the clustering algorithm may be a K-Means clustering algorithm or a LARANS clustering algorithm.
It should be noted that the K-Means clustering algorithm is a prototype-based objective function clustering method, and the CLARANS clustering algorithm is a large-scale application clustering algorithm based on random search.
Specifically, firstly randomly selecting the classified category number of insurance history data in a sample, for example, selecting 3 insurance history data, wherein the 3 insurance history data are respectively 10 ten thousand yuan of total amount of purchased car insurance, 10 times of purchased personal accident insurance and 5000 yuan of purchased serious illness hospitalization insurance. Then the selected classified category number insurance history data as a first centroid of the partitioned category number clustering algorithm.
S308: according to one insurance history data in each selected insurance history data, calculating the target distance from each remaining insurance history data in the sample to the first centers of the divided category number clustering algorithms by adopting a first formula, simultaneously giving each remaining insurance history data to the first centers of each clustering algorithm closest to each remaining insurance history data, and completing the division of the divided category number categories, wherein the first formula specifically comprises:
H=(S q -R p ) 2 /T i
wherein H is the target distance, S q For the q-th remaining insurance history, R p For the first core of the p-th clustering algorithm in the divided category number, k is the divided category number, p E [1, k],T i The ith insurance history data in the selected insurance history data is selected;
in this embodiment, each of the remaining insurance history data is insurance history data of a customer of the self-service card as a dimension calculated in each sample except for target data, where the remaining insurance history data has a one-to-one correspondence with a first center of the nearest clustering algorithm.
Specifically, according to the calculated dimension, the distance from each remaining insurance history data in the sample to the first centers of the clustering algorithms of the divided category number is calculated by adopting the first formula, and meanwhile, each remaining second insurance history data is given to the first center of each clustering algorithm closest to each remaining insurance history data.
S309: and re-calculating the second cores of the clustering algorithm of each category in the number of the divided categories after the division is finished until the second cores are equal to the first cores, and determining each category in the number of the divided categories after the division as a corresponding client level according to the sequence of the division.
Specifically, the second cores of the clustering algorithm of each category are recalculated in the number of the divided categories after the division is completed until the second cores are equal to the first cores, and each category in the number of the divided categories after the division is determined as a corresponding client level according to the sequence of the division.
The higher the ranking, the higher the client level corresponding to the category.
In the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, through the above steps S304 to S309, since the insurance history data of the client is used as the sample and the clustering algorithm is used to set the client level, and the clustering algorithm screens out the categories with more similarity between the modes in one cluster and between the modes not in the same cluster, so as to realize the automatic division of the client level, not only make the client level division process become more intelligent, but also make the efficiency of the client level classification higher.
Further, in an embodiment, the method for activating a self-service card is applied in the financial industry, and as shown in fig. 5, in the method for activating a self-service card in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2 to 4, a flowchart of activating a self-service card in an application scenario specifically includes the following steps:
s401: judging whether a login account and a password input by a client of the self-service card are received, if yes, executing a step S402, and if not, executing a step S403;
specifically, whether a login account and a password input by a client of the self-service card are received or not is judged. If yes, step S402 is executed, and if no, step S403 is executed.
The login account may be a mobile phone number or an identification card number, etc., the password may be a combination of a number and a letter, or may be a pure number, and the specific contents of the login account and the password may be set according to practical applications, which is not limited herein.
S402: verifying the validity of the input login account and password;
in this embodiment, the registration database stores registration information including a login account, a password, a registration time, a registration place, and the like.
Specifically, whether the input login account and password exist or not is inquired in the registration database, if so, the validity check is passed, and if not, the validity check is not passed.
S403: and sending an input login information reminding message to the user.
Specifically, an input login information alert message is sent to the user. The login information reminding message can be "hello, please input login account number and password", the specific content of the login information reminding message can be set according to practical application, and the login information reminding message is not limited here.
S404: if the validity check is passed, judging whether an activation instruction input by a customer of the self-service card is received, if yes, executing step S405, and if not, executing step S406;
specifically, when verification of validity of a login account and a password input by a client of the self-service card is passed, whether an activation instruction input by the client of the self-service card is received is judged. If yes, step S405 is executed, and if no, step S406 is executed. Wherein, the activation instruction can be a combination of numerals and letters, such as "342DG-6YJR8-X92GV-V7DCV-P4K27". When the validity of the login account and the password input by the client of the self-service card is not checked, a login failure reminding message is sent to the user, the login failure reminding message can be ' hello ', the login account and the password input by the user are wrong, the user inputs again ', the specific content of the login failure reminding message can be set according to practical application, and the login failure reminding message is not limited here.
S405: displaying a check code input page of the self-service card;

The specific content of the activation failure reminding message may be set according to the actual application, and is not limited herein.
S407: receiving a check code input by a customer of the self-service card in a self-service card check code input page;
specifically, after the self-service card check code input page is displayed, the check code input by the customer of the self-service card in the self-service card check code input page is received and extracted. The check code may be "123" or "jpk", and the specific content of the check code may be set according to practical application, which is not limited herein.
S408: and sending the self-service card identification information and the check code in the self-service card attribute information to the appointed system so that the appointed system can activate the self-service card.
In this embodiment, the designated system maintains a method of activating the self-service card.
Specifically, after receiving a check code input by a customer on a self-service card check code input page, firstly, sending self-service card identification information and the check code in self-service card attribute information to a designated system, and then activating the self-service card by adopting a method for activating the self-service card in the designated system.
Further, when the self-service card is successfully activated, information of the success of the activation can be fed back to the client, for example, the information of the success of the activation can be "you can be happy and happy, and the self-service card is successfully activated". When the self-service card fails to activate, the information of the activation failure can be fed back to the client so as to prompt the user of the activation failure and apply for activation again.
In the embodiment corresponding to fig. 5, through the steps S401 to S408, the self-service card is activated after the validity of the login account and the password is verified, and then the verification code and the activation instruction are verified, so that the security of activating the self-service card is improved.
Further, in an embodiment, the self-service card activation method is applied in the smart identification industry, and after step S305, the self-service card activation method further includes the following steps:
S3051: normalizing each target data by adopting a second formula to obtain normalized third insurance history data, wherein the second formula is as follows:
L=(s-min(s))/(max(s)-min(s))
wherein L is normalized insurance history data, s is one insurance history data in each target data, min(s) is the smallest insurance history data in each target data, max(s) is the largest insurance history data in each target data, and the normalized insurance history data is between [0,1 ].
Specifically, the second formula is adopted to normalize each target data to obtain normalized insurance history data, and the normalized insurance history data is between [0,1 ].
