Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The following briefly describes an application environment of an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an application environment diagram of the information auditing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is exemplarily shown. In fig. 1 a terminal 1, a communication link 2 and a server 3 are shown. Wherein the terminal 1 communicates with the server 3 via a communication link 2.
The terminal 1 includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, an e-reader, a vehicle-mounted device, a desktop computer, a smart tv, an industrial personal computer, a wearable device, a virtual reality device, and the like.
The communication link may be a direct communication link or an indirect communication link that communicates via a cloud (e.g., an ari cloud, an Tencent cloud, a Baidu cloud, etc.).
The server 3 may be replaced by a server cluster or a cloud. The server cluster may include application servers, database servers, interface servers, and the like. The cloud may be considered a pool of resources.
In order to solve the technical problem of how to implement non-waiting auditing, an embodiment of the invention provides an information auditing method. The method is applied to a server which is in communication connection with the terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the method mainly includes the following steps S200 to S220. Wherein:
s200: and receiving first to-be-audited information of a user.
The first information to be checked includes user certificate information, such as identity information and financial information, which can be acquired through the user certificate. The identification information may be obtained by recognizing an image of a user identification card or a driving license or the like. The financial information includes bank card information. May be obtained by identifying a bank card image.
In this embodiment, the image of the user certificate may be acquired by an image acquisition device (e.g., a video camera, a still camera, etc.) in this step, the first information to be audited of the user may be sent by the terminal to the server. The terminal includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a smart television, an industrial personal computer, a wearable device, a virtual reality device, and the like.
S210: when the first information to be audited is audited, first voice information is sent to the terminal; the first voice information is used for obtaining second information to be audited of the user, and the second information to be audited is different from the first information to be audited.
As an example, the customer service staff may send the first voice message to the terminal through the server to inquire the second information to be audited to the user. If the first information to be checked comprises the identity card information and the bank card information; the second information to be audited may be user-associated information for auditing, in addition to the identification card information and the bank card information. The user association information needs to use more text description. The second information to be audited includes but is not limited to information such as information of a guarantor, work conditions, learning conditions, family conditions, conditions of relatives and friends, price and specification of goods to be purchased, and the like. For example, the customer service person sends voice information including conditions of friends and relatives to the terminal through the server, so as to obtain information of the friends and relatives of the user, which is used as second information to be audited.
In this step, when the first information to be audited is audited, the first voice information used for acquiring the second information to be audited of the user is sent to the terminal, so that the auditing synchronization of the first information to be audited and the second information to be audited is realized, and the auditing process can be accelerated.
In a preferred embodiment, the first information to be audited includes identification card information and bank card information of the user; then, the step of auditing the first information to be audited specifically includes:
s211: respectively matching the identity card information and the bank card information with preset standard information;
s212: and determining whether the first information to be audited is successfully audited according to the matching result.
The predetermined standard information may be identity standard information provided by a third party, or bank card standard information.
In a specific implementation process, the server may send the audit state information of the first information to be audited, or the audit state information of the first information to be audited and the audit state information of the second information to be audited to the terminal.
In this embodiment, the server may feed back real-time audit state information to the user, so that the user can know the audit progress in real time, thereby improving the user experience.
S220: and acquiring an auditing result of the first information to be audited.
In this step, the first information to be audited may be obtained manually, by a third party organization or by other auditing devices, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
S230: and if the first information to be audited is not approved, refusing to receive the second information to be audited, and determining that the information auditing is failed.
In this step, if it is determined that the user cannot pass the audit in the process of auditing the first information to be audited, the user can refuse to audit the second information to be audited, and determine that the information audit fails, and end the information audit and operation. Therefore, the defect that the user can obtain the audit result only after waiting for the first information to be audited and the second information to be audited all the time can be avoided, the time for the user to wait for the audit is saved, and the user experience is improved.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the first information to be audited is audited, the first voice information is sent to the terminal to obtain the second information to be audited of the user, so that the synchronous audit of the first information to be audited and the second information to be audited of the user is realized; and under the condition that the first information to be audited is not audited, refusing to receive the second information to be audited, and determining that the information auditing is failed, thereby completing the information auditing of the user. Therefore, in the aspect of user experience, the technical effect of no waiting for auditing is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the information auditing method may further include the following steps S240 to S260 based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2. Wherein:
s240: if the first information to be audited passes the audit, receiving second voice information responding to the first voice information; and the second voice information comprises second information to be audited.
If the first voice message is a voice message for which background staff (for example, customer service staff) inquires the user about the second information to be checked; the second voice message is the voice message which is replied by the user from the first voice message and comprises the second information to be audited. For example, if the first voice message includes guarantor information; this step receives a second voice message including the guarantor-specific information.
The first and second voice information may be acquired by a voice pickup device such as a microphone. For example, the background staff transmits the first voice information to the server through the microphone; then, the server transmits the first voice information to the terminal. The user transmits the second voice information to the terminal through the microphone; then, the terminal transmits the second voice information to the server.
S250: and acquiring an auditing result of the second information to be audited.
In this step, the second information to be audited may be audited by a customer service staff in the background, or may be audited by an auditing device, which is not limited in this invention.
S260: and determining whether the information audit is successful according to the audit result.
In the step, whether the information audit is successful is determined according to the audit result of the second information to be audited.
In this embodiment, the second voice information is received to audit the second information to be audited, so that the technical effect of voice auditing of the user information is achieved, and the time for the user to wait for information auditing is shortened.
In a preferred embodiment, before the step of receiving the first to-be-audited information of the user, the information auditing method may further include steps Sa1 to Sa 3. Wherein:
sa 1: acquiring an identification code of communication equipment of a user; wherein, the identification code of the communication equipment is sent to the server by the terminal.
The communication device of the user may be, for example, a mobile phone, a walkie-talkie, a pager, etc. The identification code of the communication device may be, for example, a mobile phone number, a walkie-talkie number, a pager number, etc.
In practical application, a user can input the identification code into the terminal; the terminal then sends the identification code to the server.
Sa 2: the first verification code is sent to the communication device.
The first verification code may be a character string, such as a number sequence, an alphabet sequence, a combination sequence of numbers and alphabets, and the like.
Sa 3: sending a second verification code to the terminal; and the second verification code is used for matching with the first verification code, and under the condition of successful matching, the user verification is determined to be successful.
In the step, after receiving a second verification code sent by the server, the terminal matches the second verification code with the first verification code; if the matching is successful; determining that the user authentication is successful; otherwise; the user authentication fails. Before the terminal matches the second verification code with the first verification code, the user inputs the first verification code to the terminal after obtaining the first verification code through the communication equipment.
By adopting the technical scheme, the user is verified to be determined as the user to be subjected to the information verification.
